squishy

toast ok victim number one is this purple penguin squishy from the start We noticed that he has a mild skin condition, possibly dandruff, it's not the softest squishy I've ever felt in my life, but I won't complain except for the fact that it leaves dandruff all over my hands.

Speaking of dandruff, this video is sponsored by Head and Shoulders. I'm just kidding, the actual design is quite cute, except for the spike or lack of spike, it's flat so it looks really weird but don't worry, we'll fix you first. I'm going to sand it all over to help my paint adhere, but it didn't help with the flake situation, although, oh, that's a lot of flaking and I'm going to go around and just clean up the edges and trim off the rough areas. Wonderful, next I'm going to work on trying to create a proper peak. What you currently have is simply pathetic.

I've got you covered one pinch at a time. I'm giving shape. a little peak of memory foam I hate making this, it's so absorbent it takes forever and it's really really boring snip snip snip but I was really trying to be patient and take my time to get it right I definitely don't I want it to be too big, no we need to compensate too much here and half an hour later it's finally ready. I'm taking some fabric glue and sticking it on his face securing it with a rubber band while it dries. Oh, now he has lips. 30 more minutes and he has a peak now that he has a peak he deserves a lollipop how are those two related?

Well, he will use his beak to sew the paddle. I've had this squishy for quite some time. The paddle has a real wood stick. which is interesting, okay we get it, it definitely has rips, cracks and tears. I wish the design was double-sided, but the back is completely flat, so boo, most of it is a very faded pink with a very contrasting yellow. and brown details which is so cute it's not so cute I'm going to place the paddle on the penguin I want you to have it I wanted it to look like he was holding it which looks like a cane which looks like a guitar which is silly Yeah that will work so I'm breaking it hot glue for this because there is no way for fabric glue to hold it together.
The hot glue wasn't working as well either so I tried again trying to add more glue and in different places but it just wouldn't hold so I took a marker, not that one, this one, and marked where the stick was and then cut its body to create a small groove in which the stick would sit, and this. It actually held up so quickly that I need puff paint and I'm going to fill all the gaps with puff paint both for aesthetics and to make sure the pieces fit together nicely once dry. I noticed that the paddle was so heavy that The Penguin could no longer stand up.
I've had quite a few squishies that can't stand up on their own, but for some reason I really wanted it to be able to stand up, so I stole a fishing weight, a sinker. I stole this from Jordan and I thought if I just opened up his foot and put this weight in there, it would counteract the paddle, it didn't really work, so I added a second weight in there, hey boy, oh boy, and that seemed to work, okay? I'm going to continue with my puffy painting, just sealing and securing everything together, including painting the entire beak to cover up the little holes that are in the phone, making sure to blend those edges with my brush so I don't end up with a really lumpy surface and covering that huge hole that is now in her foot after 12 hours of drying and here it is, so I'm starting with a layer of matte white over her face and over the palette, which I'm so glad the palette worked. because I think I really needed that extra accessory.
You know, it was so simple and lonely. Additionally, they both have bows around their necks. It's cute. I was going to paint the penguin black, as you can see here in my sketch. Obviously, it is the traditional color. a penguin and I liked this design for about 30 seconds and then I got bored so I decided to change the color of the penguin to dark brown. I know it's crazy, it's not that different but it made a difference for me. I just felt it. as if it were the perfect color for him, black was very hard and very boring.
I also like that it's like a chocolate color and he's holding a lollipop, you know, chocolate, chocolate and candy, and oh, I forgot to film him painting the back. He, wow, talking about bugs, no, so I'm starting to delve into more details. Now this design actually changed a lot from the original sketch. I wanted to make this weird sauce that drips onto the top of the popsicle. It's an idea I stole. Myself from a long time ago and this label is very cute. I think I like it a lot. The back is visible. Oh, I always have to leave one at least once, but I'm really trying not to do it anymore.
I ended up scrapping that idea. because I decided I liked the lollipop as is, I also made his bow tie look like a really cute candy and painted the beak like a light candy color. I feel like using that traditional orange color would have looked like I had a traffic cone in his face and would have been a little out of place since everything else looks so bland. I gave him dark brown eyes. They are perfect? Yes, are we surprised? No, no, it's okay, keep going. I tried to add some reflections using light. brown color, which is definitely the creepiest moment in the video, yes, no, yes, no, definitely change it to white.
Did I add his little nostrils or I don't know. The weight of embers B, Dapeng wouldn't even have to do it. This looks very nice, but. need something, thanks, that's all. I added some polka dots around it. You may not agree with this choice, maybe you're stressed right now, but I thought it would be a cute way to incorporate more color into the penguin and give him a little something. of a candy vibe, you can hate it if you want, just don't tell me about it because I can't stand it and then I'll add some cartoon highlights to the palette so I like it as it was. done and guess what no, no, at some point he lost his ability to stand.
I don't understand, let's pretend that's not super annoying. Because? Hey, this is Mariah's husband, Jordan Rice, super tired of editing right now and she jokingly asked me if she could. I recorded something she forgot to say in her voiceover, so here I am, aside from the minor problem, this squishy turned out great, much cuter than before. I think this makeover is wonderful. I love everything except the fact that he. he's got two completely useless fishing weights on his foot, but he's still cute, he's like a little Willy Wonka Willy Wonka when he was a baby, if he was a penguin, a brown penguin, you know what his name is, have we ever heard of The expression? so easy it's like taking candy from a baby it's not really that easy it's like his gun you can kill someone with that okay let's move on okay so here's my next project the three of us go we got this more soft, sure it's a little worn and breaks here and there, but there's really nothing significantly wrong with its condition or design, which is probably why I've had this squishy forever and am only now starting to use it because I really had no idea how to improve it. but now I have an idea that involves this giant squishy ice cream cone.
The design doesn't appeal to me at all. What does chickenpox taste like? It's also pretty dirty and stained and full of holes that are a little hard to see because the foam is white, but trust me, they're everywhere and I'm also throwing in this little donut that has the outline of the icing on it, but then the icing is all over it. painted like half and half and then there's just this white face, it's this design. Also, it's kind of gross, it's super dirty, it's broken everywhere and a little sticky and I don't know why, okay, so let's have a community sanding session, except you, you already have enough holes and I'm going to combine them . all three in a soft first step I'm going to get rid of this cone just keep going keep squeezing wait for the scoop of ice cream move on to the s'more like this and I'm cutting the donut in half and that's going to go on top of the ice cream, which leaves really awkward spaces. , so I had to bring pieces from the other side of the donut.
I have to hot glue them. I used to be very opposed to using hot glue. soft, but fabric glue just can't do everything, put it back together, oh wait, that doesn't look good. I glued the pieces back onto the wrong half of the donut, so I had to tear them off and glue them back together. There we go, you got it. but before I attach it I'll use fabric glue to attach the spoon to the s'more and once it's dry I'll use hot glue to attach the donut to the spoon, there are still some huge gaps in there so I thought. about trying to fill them with pieces of foam, I lost interest in that, I'll just try to fill them with blobs of puffy paint, so basically I took three desert softies and stacked them on top of each other, this is the second desert.
Invention of mine I made a cake at Mack a few weeks ago and now we have the ice s'more with donut I don't know what it's called but it's great I had quite a few cracks and holes to cover with this but finally the repairs are dry and ready to be painted there it goes. I'm grabbing my flat white paint. It's empty, no, it's not just about opening a container of paint with ease. Wow, glad I didn't throw all that away anyway, great. now we are ready for the base coat. I'm going to paint everything white white white white white sorry, for some reason I never know what to say when I'm painting the base coat now because of the color I'm using rainbow. yeah, again I'm painting both the ice cream and the marshmallow in a rainbow shape, which is interesting because the donut is shaped like a rainbow, but it's not a rainbow, now that I see the first round of colors, I'm going to do some. quick adjustments thanks just a few small adjustments brighten the yellow deepen the green here we go you'll see how much better it looks than before it's very different ok I'm glad you repainted it.
I love the colors, it's just It's so beautiful and when all the colors are together in a rainbow it's just magical, it's magical. Before I came up with this, the only idea I had for this squishy thing on its own was to make the marshmallow part of the rainbow, which I thought would be cute, but you know. Really basic, so I decided to make it less basic. I would just add desserts on top to create a completely new dessert and that way I could still make my idea more, but make it a little more interesting by adding things I have.
I mixed my colors slightly just to give it a nice aesthetic look and voila, the rainbow portion is finished, so now I'm starting to fill in the rest of the desserts. I'm adding a nice tan color to the donut and giving it a little white icing and paint on the graham cracker with the same tan color and now I'm afraid of the chocolate so the dessert apart from the marshmallow and the ice cream everything has very natural colors of This way helps the rainbow stand out and not become too colorful, although for some people this may still be overwhelmingly colorful, but for me this is enough.
You should definitely intentionally make something that is overwhelmingly colorful, it would probably be so ugly it's beautiful. I'm going to add something. hot fudge on top to balance out the chocolate on the bottom and my original plan was to add some rainbow sprinkles to the donut but I decided there was enough rainbow already so I added a chocolate drizzle instead, wipe it down good. I also added a little shading to the graham cracker, although I wish I had used a little more brown color for shading because it looks too similar to the orange color that is in the ice cream, so that kind of bothers me a little.
I'm adding some highlights to the marshmallow and chocolate. It's weird because it's already shiny and this is what you would do to add more glitter in 2D art, so this gives it a cartoony look. I really wanted it to look very sticky and wet. I guess in the final touch I'm going to add some dots ofchocolate. I guess little circles of sprinkles sprinkle right on top of the ice cream, so before it was just a bunch of unrelated squishies and now it is. a new dessert invention that currently has no name, it turned out really cool, I really like it, it would be so impossible to make in real life, at least for me, it would probably be really hard to eat too, but it's really cool and looks very fun to combine. different desserts in like a giant dessert I think this is my new hobby, you know, you think you're grabbing a donut and then it's ice cream and then it's a s'more, go wild.
I'm really happy with how it looks, so here they are, I know. I normally do three

makeovers

, but they were pretty intense and there were five squishies involved between the two of them, so I didn't really think it was necessary to do a third one anyway. I hope you liked the video and I'll see. Goodbye next week
