Yes, the other time we liked to put it. in the microwave and like, oh man, it was a production and they just turned their backs on it and liked it, I know I couldn't believe when they

I had a random cold yesterday so I'm still dealing with it but I'm better yeah I don't know what happened you just woke up and you were. like I was really sick, I think I'm wrong, I was fine, you were fine and also the strangest thing was that I didn't feel like I was coming normally when I got sick, I had it the night before. I'm like, oh yeah, yeah, here we go, yeah. you feel a tickle in your throat and you say but it was nothing, I felt good, I woke up completely sick because I have nothing and I still don't feel anything, well, stay away from me, just don't

even

look at me, I think we are.
We are only friends. I just wanted to take some time to talk about last minute travel and Lobstah Chol on the

podcast

because I feel like this is a platform where I can talk freely with you. I was thinking of being a video on it, I wanted to be a Twitter post and I think this is the best way to do it because I could just talk and explain the situation and you know where I am with everything, um, a lot. You've been asking when the next episode of last minute travel and what's going on with my obstacle.
It's been pretty quiet in that regard, so I understand the curiosity and wanted to let you know after a lot of thought and 2 years of doing it. the program. I've made the decision to end the last-minute trips and step away from the show completely in a sort of long-short answer to why I feel like we accomplished what we wanted to accomplish with the show or at least I did. what I set out to accomplish and I'll touch on that again, but first I just want to say this huge thank you to the last minute travel followers;
You guys have been so incredibly passionate about supporting the show beyond any of my expectations that anyone would support anything I do about last minute travel really struck a chord with many of you and it was one of the most rewarding experiences putting on a show in which we traveled to the small towns that we visited and I only have the answer that we constantly received people who were proud to show us their small town or wait for us at the airport or make their own last minute trips and take pictures and send them to us and everything felt sense.
It's so infectious with the positive energy you guys felt on the show, so I'm forever grateful for making it such a rewarding two years of creating and traveling and something I never expected to happen, so first of all, thank you. To all the followers for the last minute trips. Secondly, I want to thank Colin for taking this journey with me. It's a crazy, crazy journey I've taken with Colin and we have a bond that a lot of people never have. getting to have that kind of bond having experienced what we experienced and traveled, how we've traveled and just the time we've spent in strange situations while filming the show great, wonderful, less than wonderful, knowing the whole spectrum of what travel is. last minute.
It gave us, we had a lot of times together, a lot of good times, a lot of hard times, but I will always remember the last minute trips and have good memories of them with Colin, so thank you to Colin for his support. doing it with me and making it possible, so in two years of doing the program I have been very close to seeing it under a microscope and I feel like that is how I needed to be to achieve it. where I wanted it to go to make little improvements and get things right logistically and creatively in each episode, just looking at it so closely and I think sometimes when you're that close and intimate with something, it really takes you to step back and look. .
Look at it from a sort of bigger picture view of things and ask yourself why you're doing it and I was able to do it and my reaction is I'm very proud of the show but I think we had done it. I think we did it two years ago, we had the idea that we wanted to start a series where we documented truly spontaneous trips and I think we did that and I'm proud of it and I think we achieved the most important thing. I think I accomplished what I set out to do this program and I think it's time to move on to the next thing and I think it's a difficult decision to make because, like anything that you know is good or something that pleases you or rewards you, it's difficult to achieve. let it go or move on to the next thing, but I think ultimately the show stands on its own as it is and I don't feel like, creatively, we need to keep doing it in a truer sense of things at the end.
One-minute trips consume a lot of time. What you see is a 15 to 25 minute episode where we travel over the weekend, but behind the scenes it's a week before pre-production and then you have the weekend of filming on location and traveling and then you have a full week after editing and publishing, so it boils down to over 50% of the month dedicated to a last-minute travel episode, and boy, am I so glad I decided to dedicate all my time to that. I had to do what we have created so far, I just can't keep doing it and I say with all the things that are going on in my life, many of you are very familiar with my life with Twitch Stream and being with Jenna in her videos and doing my videos and the podcast my family and friends my hobbies all the things I don't document on a day-to-day basis I felt like, among other things, I was spreading myself quite thin and having I really sat down with myself and asked myself why I keep doing it.
I think I've come to the conclusion that I'm proud to leave it where it is, so thanks again to everyone who joined us, hopefully at some point. I will create something else that generates a tenth of the passion that you guys showed in the last minute trips because it was really a very, very rewarding experience and like I said, I have nothing but good memories looking back on my experiences with the program. That's it, I know it was a difficult decision to make, it's not something you did overnight nor was it easy Colin, and I'm proud of you because it's always very difficult to finish something you've invested a lot of time into. and energy and effort, but recognizing when your life is changing or your circumstances are changing or your feelings about the project are changing or anything and finishing something is always very bittersweet, but I'm proud of you for making a decision and deciding to move forward in the future with something else, you know, yeah, thank you and I didn't include it in that little rant, but the biggest thanks in the world to Jennifer for supporting this project while it lasted and absorbing it every weekend I would be gone and Every week I would I was hiding in a closet, okay, I know when you say it like it's, you know, half a month for each LMT, it's really true and I was just saying goodbye to you, basically, like the week before, I was saying goodbye to use.
You're like a visitor, yeah, you're physically, mentally, emotionally, not here and then on the weekend you're physically away and also incredibly busy and those hours are crazy, you guys wake up at dawn and do that and film all day. and then you know, do it for three or four days in a row, which is fine, you can move on, but then the real struggle begins with the editing week that changed our time from having the full episode finished on Friday, yeah, and I I would just say goodbye to Julian all week just say goodbye to him you know and it's hard I know it's hard for me it's hard for Rome yeah and we would like to say goodbye to you guys but you know you and Rome were both incredibly. support and I just want to specifically thank you guys, you know, you guys waited for letting us, yeah, the easy end of the deal.
He had three dogs to take care of. Roma had two dogs and small children. Rome and I feel that a question will probably come my way. After this, that's what's happening with Lobster Go and I think the easy answer is that earlier this week we created our wife Scott, Colin and I as a dual company with the goal of creating a production company with this vision in mind, where we could film production stuff and we could vlog while we were doing it, it's something unique and very quickly it turned into last minute trips, like wob school equated to last minute trips, and I think most of the People know there was one.
What we did here and there was a little strange, but for the most part that defined our circle, so last minute trips on my obstacle are putting an end to this point and again, as you know, I wish Colin the best. Now he lives in Austin, Texas, and he's out there doing his thing, he's directing music videos, he has his podcast and I know he's going to create great stuff and I and I encourage all of you to wish him the best too and thank you again for taking the journey with me, but yes, to get ahead, the answer is that the obstacle equals last minute trips and they are both coming to an end, so that's it and I hope I have answered the questions that you have had and Me You asked for a while now I'm ready to move on and create something great again and move on to the next thing in the most positive and grateful way possible, well you'll just need to explore what you like to do. because I know creating that show stung you and you had to film things that were pretty that aren't necessarily a vlog or you know, yeah, use your drone, take some cool shots of things that you don't normally see and I know personally that when they

started

the show there was a part of you that was dying to travel the country and that was a really cool thing.
I feel like everyone at some point gets that I-can't-wait itch. going out to other places that aren't my backyard to go film or hang out and explore, find whatever and then as time goes on that definitely starts to take its toll, you know, and it's a lot like The traveling aspect is so much and I can only hope that you find something that satisfies you creatively like that project did without some of the travel that you know, which was so horrible, not horrible, but it takes a lot of time, it's a lot, you know? Yes, I hope you can find something that satisfies you creatively and doesn't require so much time.
I guess so, ideally that would be the case. Yeah, yeah, you're sleeping on cold boats on trailers and man, I'll just say one thing. like I have a lot of memories from that show that I never thought I would have in my life of doing things that I've had so many times of you calling me saying there's no food, there's nothing and I'm just like begging. Julian asked him to pack something for the plane and he said no, I'll be fine, I'll get some food at the airport like a celiac vegan who goes to places in the country where the only thing you can eat is french fries, which is fine, but not me.
I don't know if you've ever had French fries four days in a row because I certainly started to feel so bad, so bad, yeah, I always have that like whenI'm traveling and there's nothing like traveling with French fries. and wine is always like a good and it's great for like - good night not like one night is and then the next day it's not mine I'm not okay if you want to take a last minute trip and then end up in an RV park in the middle of nowhere alone and you're vegan just fries or your friend okay That's all set just a potato baked over an open flame for five minutes although yeah Colin Colin told me he was going to work and I still tried it.
I stabbed a potato with the stick and held it over an open flame and tried to pick it up. one bite later and he made me spit it out because he says apparently I can get sick from eating raw potatoes. I guess I don't know, but anyway thank you and thank you for allowing me to talk about it on the podcast. I think there is everything. Every now and then some things happen in your life that you just want to sit down and talk about and clear things up and explain things to yourself, so I think that's also one of the best things about the podcast, yeah, another great thing about The Podcast is playing games, we have one here, we've only played it twice before, only twice you guys always request this, although yeah, I was going through our old episodes and checking out your comments and you guys really want us to not

even

get started. about more things to rant about, so good and bad, though good and bad, so we created a list with the help of you.
What I've been doing when I need suggestions for the podcast is I've been visiting our Instagram at Jenna Julian and I have been making a little effort for the questions feature where you can submit your answers anonymously and I can read them all, so you guys helped make all of this happen so thank you for that so let's take each one of them. a turn to take something out of the cup that we can't even start on don't even get me started and get me started and we also said at one point just like we can, we can't steal but we can give one of them away, I like this deal as a feature of theft, okay, basically, if I pick something that Jenna really wants to rant about, she can steal it once and I can do the same, but otherwise you're forced to rant about whatever it is you have to rant about. and it can be a positive rant or a negative rant, like you can, some of them can go either way, who does it, do you want to go first, I'm not looking, I hate how you don't fold these, I hate it, oh no.
You don't even get me started oh my virgos are better than Aries Wow I didn't get that I mean from above these are facts like this it's not even an opinion at all virgos are better than Aries basically all the signs of the zodiac. is better than Aries, this could say anything and it's still true. Fixed effects are forgotten, can I argue? You can do it if you want, okay, keep going, Jillian, you're a tornado. Aries is wild there are literally jokes on the internet about people holding their babies while they are giving birth so they don't have in Aries because you've met an Aries everyone is crazy about we provide energy that no one else knows how to provide oh my god , it's like starting things and never finishing them a bunch of energy moving in one direction that's like it's like a branch of a tree that's always growing and then like a little shot this way a little shot this way a little I shoot this way a little shot this way always going in one direction I just never liked growing a nice, leafy tree of careful plant energy, it's like always forward, so I'm healthy and I'm growing, oh my God, of course no, and I give it to you, you are stubborn, you are a tornado of energy.
I'm not that stubborn, you're a little stubborn, you're more severe than me, but when I'm right, yes, you're more because I'm right, you're much more stubborn than me when I'm right, always. that's not true, okay, 90% of the time I guess I don't argue about something unless I'm right, okay, but how about this? Well, let's say we're in a time crunch if we need to do something quickly. I'm not. I'll tell Jenna to do it. I will do it because I know I can make it happen fast. You told me you can make anything happen fast, but at least I'll make sure it gets done.
Sometimes you sacrifice quality constantly. Sometimes is better. Be quick no, no, that's not true. You better like life. Make sure you get it right once and then wrong fast seven times, but keeping in your brain that you need to organize, plan every little thing in your life yeah that's paralyzing sometimes it's not at all for dogs it's good for kids it's good for people people respond well to structure, schedules, planning and understanding are some meals a sense of peace sometimes in and they like routine to have that but you need a little bit of madness no, you never know , the only time that has a purpose is when it's funny, that's it, that's the only part that's not true, yeah, that's the only time I can think of when you're Aries energy. it's positive it's when you're so hungry I don't want to be around you because you're so miserable it's so disgusting you can cook something in five seconds to feed yourself that's the only time your tornado energy is positive I have other examples that seem to stick to me They're escaping right now, but I guess I'll accept this argument.
Do you know how many times we like to put together or build something? You read none of the instructions. You start doing it. Suggestions that never ever. ever you learn your lesson and just try to do it correctly, it's not. I don't think you need to follow all the rules in the world. I think sometimes you can just do things. Rules are not always bad. Sometimes the rules are not always good either. They are not always good, sometimes they prevent creativity and the spread of butterfly wings, that is fine when creativity is contained in a way that makes any agent and remains contained you cannot put creativity in a tupperware you have to let it go so that it was good, come on now, well, you are embarrassed by the climate, don't even get me started on whether she, whatever you say, I will agree with you, just because you decided to grow up in the tundra doesn't mean that people who live in climates less cold or extreme they can't feel cold or want to put on a sweater or somehow the entire city of Los Angeles is laughed at if someone wants to put on any type of outer garment.
Don't even get me started because you grew up in Wisconsin or wherever you are miserable, miserable all winter long yeah it's so cold that when someone from LA says hmm it was 50 today I put on a sweater you feel the need to go behind their throat because they're not allowed to feel cold oh they're much warmer than me therefore they can't be cold that's not true at all it's all relative it's okay I didn't do it as much as I want to blame you for growing up in a frozen place. the one you grew up in, I can't, which means you can't blame me either for growing up where I grew up, okay, I didn't choose it, I grew up here, okay, I grew up in a place where 40 is freezing, okay, while you I could have grown up in a place where 40 is the most beautiful day of the year, that sucks for you and it's great for me, but that doesn't mean I can't be cold and put on a sweater when it's 40 degrees.
Don't you laugh at me when I say I'm cold? Oh yes, I'm cold. I'm cold. I'm cold. I just make fun of people who say they're cold when they know they're going to go somewhere snowy and bring like a jean jacket that's different that's not yes that's being underprepared that's underprepared I'll make fun of someone for complaining that he's cold when he's not prepared for the cold weather he knows the people of Los Angeles be like I'm cold and it's beautiful Julianne will say it like in a vlog oh, you know, we're going to bring the dogs inside, outside, cold and Everyone says I'm standing in 23 feet of snow, you don't know what.
The cold is everything, currently my limbs are frozen. You say you're cold. You know, why do you put yourself through that? Why is that? It's a point of pride that you freeze your butt off every day. Oh me. My entire house is literally covered in snow. I live in a snowball. Great, I don't care, that's your life. I live in Los Angeles or sometimes it can be a little cold and I want to put on a sweater and not feel it. They laughed about it don't even get me started look how angry I am about this.
Okay, I think we're done with that. Okay, thank you, thank you, good man, good man, thank you. I wish you had doubled these hmm, buying bed sized blankets. use in living room blankets here is a positive thing this is a life hack I learned just by going to Target and using my brain so you know how they sell blankets in stores and even if they say oversized blankets like you know for your living room. because when you're just on the couch, they're never as big as you want them to be, they're just not, you know what I mean, so what I started doing is you go to a bedding store that's beyond the target, wherever you feel like.
You want to buy some bedding and you know where your flat sheet is and between your duvet and your flat sheets, sometimes they sell a blanket that is like wool or other just comfortable materials that are queen or king size and they use it as the blanket. your living room is the most underrated hack of all time. When do we start doing it right? I think when I started buying those blankets like in Big Bear because we weren't any blankets, yeah, and all they had was like a queen size row. Yeah, or a blanket and I thought this is really great because it's big enough for two people to sit under or you and several dogs, so now at this point we have like four king size blankets downstairs and it's just the thing. best I have.
Because even my brother is six foot five when he comes over, if you think I'm going to give him a living room, screw your balls, he'll never cover his entire body, you give him a king size blanket to sit under on the couch. It changed lives for the better, it's an underrated home hack that I feel other people don't use because maybe it makes the blankets more decorative or something that suits your aesthetic. Well, I have a couple of them, but I'm not going to sit under them because it's not. He'll keep me warm and not cover my feet and I don't want that.
You know, this rant here reminds me of when I was a kid. I'll be at my dad's house and we had a bunch in the living room. of very cozy blankets, very small, that when they call you yes, I may be cold. I grew up in Los Angeles. I'm allowed to be cold. When you're cold, you like to bend your knees and really roll into a ball. to cover you, yeah, but I guess I like them, I love those blankets, right, my stepmom would buy the softest blankets and I love them, they're super soft, they're small, they're so small, yeah, so I don't know. when we started doing it, but we have these huge butts like fleece blankets downstairs in the living room, so every time we want to snuggle it's like this huge, you're covered in one, yeah, it's amazing, you better read one more, OK OK. go ahead please read it wait Julian just read it no this is a test read it yes read it that's part of the game don't even get me started on you and your sequences and how not to dub them read people. i don't use posting buddies insert segue oh you don't want to steal this one don't even get me started on people you don't just post it post minutes what are you doing going to the store for one thing or going through a drive thru or going to Tripoli you know who read that, listen, what you have to do is download the publication, mates, okay and any day of the year, 24 hours a day, there are options in your area for the publication mates to deliver some delicious food, some supplies from the market for some ingredients to cook with whatever, some soap, deodorant, no one judges, especially not the couriers, they will deliver it right to your door, it's a great app, okay, use the code in general and get a hundred dollars of free delivery credit for the first seven days when you wouldn't use that code, so check it out, use that code, they also recently sponsored the Twist Stream, so shout out fellow outposts, but this is literally a service, It is how it is. integrated into our lives like any sponsor we've ever had, we use couriers all the time, there are always times when you're too busy with work, family, whatever it is, you just don't have time to run to the store or run to the store. restaurant and pick up food, okay, post mates does it for you, you get the whole post mates app, they deliver food to you.
I mean, it's so easy, you see them on the map and they can call you and text you. It's a really simple process. and you know what if you need to like it just take it out of your pajamas one day just use the postman's permit and then you don't have to do better it's amazing what I'm mad at you what you don't even understand me started well, something you can't publish, dude it's farmers dog they're delicious ingredients that your dogs love but they're made specifically for your dogs so basically farmers dog is a service where you log in to their website the dogfrom state-of-the-art coms farmers. and Julien, you gave him a short questionnaire about your pet, what he likes to eat, how big he is, what his eating habits are, feeding schedules, and you fill out a bunch of questions, so the farmers take that information, formulate a meal plan and they send it to you.
Prepackaged custom meals in these wonderfully convenient bags where you freeze all of them except for a couple, which came in the refrigerator and then when your dog is ready to eat, you simply open the bag, take a small bite and they eat it. The most convenient thing you will ever know is that you are feeding your dogs real whole ingredients and their food, not fillers, no processed nonsense, no nonsense, no artificial nonsense, like you are feeding your dogs what you would like to eat well they want to eat only what you want to eat their whole foods, human grade ingredients, check it out, the calm of the farmer's dog reduces energy and our dogs loseThey go crazy every night in the morning they just lose their minds because in reality It's just a good food for your dog, so check it out.
The farmer's dog is calm and

ned. 50% off your first two weeks of using the Farmer's Dog. Thank you. you sponsor any smart sponsor, you're a troll or okay, don't even get me started on how Piece learned to get food out of the pantry. Peach decided that one day, if we don't like to close the pantry, she throws the little nozzle out of it. a little nose between the doors opens it and there's like a bottom shelf where we keep some of our food, we keep like some chips, we keep like our canned food and just some random things like our pasta are most of the chips , it's mainly the fries. so there is a bottom shelf where she is tall enough to stand up so we have been finding these bags of chips scattered all over the house and we are holy she has literally learned how to go to the pantry or, in trouble, take our fries. like just helping yourself to a snack like people would listen don't even get me started no don't even get me started because if I had done that you know what I would say this is a good thing because me personally every time I go to the pantry I close the doors afterwards to finish well, okay, I think it's good practice if we ever get a rescue Greyhound, which I'm sure we would love to have someday and for them or for anything else in the future, when you're done with the food , you close those doors for bugs or God forbid, a raccoon or something came to close the door, close the food.
I'm glad she learned to get those fries out of there because that'll teach you. You need to stop leaving doors open and food where people and little things can grab food, don't get me started it's a good thing yes this one was and if we get a big dog you're in for a world of hurt Julian you can do it. Don't be angry with her, the food was there ready for her to take. What would happen if you left the pantry open? I don't leave the pantry open, damn, okay, that's how I don't leave the refrigerator, I leave that sometimes they do it, sometimes it's not true, you know which one is that?
It's okay, sometimes you just have to, sometimes you have to admit defeat. I don't like this one, okay, skip it. I want to give you this one because it doesn't apply. for me, when your parents don't understand, you can't pause an online game, oh, there was no start, when will I even start, mom, specifically, mom, I'm growing up, okay, I'm playing Halo with my friends. We're playing Xbox Live, you know, talking all kinds of stuff to each other on our stupid little headphones. You can't walk into the garage and say hello. I need you to stop the game so you can do the laundry.
No mom, there has to be something. It's a kind of human order for this. I can't pause the online game because that would be pausing the game for 15 other people who are also playing with you. You don't have to do stupid things. I understand this as an adult, but no one says it. Stop my online connection, this is something that to this day my mom probably doesn't understand, like she comes to my house and I'm playing in the G pub or confiscates whatever she brings in. I need you to do it. pausing that game, not that she can really tell me that because I'm an adult, I don't want to pause the game anymore, but she's still like that as a concept that I think she still doesn't understand and that's just how it is. like I never understood it, just think oh you don't want a position, no I can't deposit, either I concede and leave my character angry and dead or you wait until the end like a normal person washes your clothes after the game. it ends and then you come back and start, you know how to own it, when you come back, when you're done, but don't tell yourself to stop the game, you couldn't tell your mom, you couldn't explain it to your mom, well I did, but she just thinks which is like I remember screaming like I can't pause the game but she thinks I'm just making excuses so I can keep playing mmm well I wonder why you're an Aries full of excuses my mom is an Aries it's a recipe too for the disaster, well, you know, I was too.
I also played a lot of video games at a lot of friends' houses growing up and all of their parents seem to have the same problem as mine because they understand video games as a game. that you can pause they don't understand that online complaining with other people they can't pause it other people depend on me right now yes I can't I'm playing with other other people it's like you're playing soccer and your mom comes in and says hey , I need you to pause this game, what do I tell the other 20 people on the field to just be sure they're doing it?
No, this is a group activity, it doesn't apply to me, the only game somewhere. when I was a kid we were single player or stuff like that P Wow yeah we're like Nintendo 64 where you can pause. I don't even get myself started. I'm grateful, but will you play Halo when it comes out? yeah I'm really excited to play Halo of DC this one is for you too I didn't even start with businesses in 2019 that are cache bar check just the reason I said this one is also for Jillian because every Monday, Tuesday , Thursday, Monday and Monday.
He rolls with his jujitsu coach in private and only accepts a check. I don't get it, like venmo is that easy to download and I've even told him about it. I've been like, "Like, you just ordered checks to pay your coach and you have a book of checks to just write a check to my coach for jujitsu and he's so dumb and that's not even the worst thing, so you know, I think he It's like, what is this venmo? Is it that safe? You know? I think it's fair, you know, hesitation, but at the same time I always think I'm right every time I write the check. a check.
I just can't believe I'm writing a check in today's day and age, but are you worse than that? Because that's not necessarily a business, right? that I go and then they only accept tips and cash they used to Be the status quo for a restaurant, you would leave cash on the table for your waitress, yes, but imagine if all restaurants just decided no, man, it's too risky to let the people tip on your card or whatever, it would all be a spectacle for you. 18 people stand in line at every ATM everywhere, yes there are people walking now too, especially with Apple's new announcement, like Apple Pay is getting sleeker and more convenient than ever, most people just have their phones, even if they have a credit card, that's debatable, but let's say. let's say someone was like paying for everything with their phone, they literally can't get to an ATM with it and they can't tip cash because it's just our phone, come on dude, wake up, get one of those little readers, the little scratches .
I don't even carry my debit card with me to go get cash. I know you're not doing that because I put all my expenses on a card that is a credit card, yes, but before I just used my debit card all the time for everything because I was very careful with my money, you never wanted to spend it, someone didn't have, but I also wasn't building up any credit, yeah, I switched to a different guy. of the system, but I don't do it because I'm not a person who goes looking for cash all the time. I don't carry my debit card anymore because it makes my accounting harder to put things on different cards, you know, so I think.
A lot of people are in the same iteration, so I stopped carrying my debit card, so even from out of the world and someone like you know, tip in cash or whatever. I'm like Julian, do you have cash? Because sometimes Julian is effective. in your car, whatever, I would never have cash, I never have cash, yeah, I try to keep emergency reserves in my car, in my wallet, but we like to go to those little fruit stands and just buy something of fruit and are their property. like cash only, yeah, I imagine it wouldn't be too hard for them to set up one of those little square readers, well just grab a venmo for the stuff on set, for the stuff that says fruit cards.
I understand why businesses only accept cash. I'm just saying that maybe I would consider your future. I'd say if there's an exception to this rule, it's like street meat and fruit cart, yeah, yeah, like those guys over there, it's kind of old school, it's okay if you are, if you do it. If you're going to leave the house with even a shadow of a small chance that you're going to use that service, you know you're going to bring in cash, how much would your business grow if you were also offered a way to just fold the grass or use it? a little square one thing I'll say this would blow up those people who are running in the park, they're not running with a bunch of cash in their pocket, who the hell goes out for a run with a bunch of cash in their pocket ?
I agree, I think It would behoove all of these small business owners to have some type of small chip or card reader. I mean, to be fair, okay, so certain credit cards charge a square fee, and so on, all purchases incur a high fee, and PayPal. unless it's for a family, your friend charges a fee, so I don't want to diminish, you know, the effect of using some type of service or because I know for a lot of people those fees add up and they're like that. Not worth it? So I understand that I know what PayPal is, but isn't there a way for the user who buys the service or pays whatever to pay the fee because I think there are a lot of people? it's okay to pay an extra fee on top of whatever for the convenience of being cashless, yeah well I think that's how it is with Venmo, so if I wanted to Venmo you using a certain credit card, I'd let me know while I was choosing that credit card that will charge a certain fee from my purchase, not the recipient's with Square, is different.
Square charges as a general fee from any merchant that accepts payments with Square and has been that way. for a while and I think it's kind of like I, a lot of people don't want to use Square because of that fee because it's really not a small fee and it adds up and this and that, but I also know that's how it gets. It's a little confusing for tax purposes, for example, if you're using Venmo correctly and you're paying someone for Moe's event, for example, a haircut at the end of the year that you have to get and maybe that looks bad on the eyes of the IRS or whatever, if it's like some kind of payment from a family member or friend through an app like that.
I don't know anything, it's not that claiming cash was also quite difficult. I don't know what it is, but I do think deep down. of the argument, it's funny that your coach and probably so many other people and services still only accept a check or cash when they could just as easily set it up. Yes, that's true, mom. Okay, don't even put Beast in pineapple. delicious pizza oh silly boy it's very good it's not very good it's not very good you're wrong it's not good your taste buds are fooling you you're lying your body it's like because I like a complex flavor Pro wow I'm so impressed your flavor profile you put it on Silence so you can relax.
Have you ever had roasted pineapple? It's disgusting, it's delicious, it's disgusting. I need my pineapple to be fresh and juicy and bananas, a little less gross, are not my favorite things, Chris, so it sounds like you. We're just against hot fruit, yeah, why would I want a thing? It's great, it's good. I'm supposed to be at room temperature. I don't want hot fruit. That's crazy. That's crazy. No, it's where nature makes the fruit have war. Roasted watermelon. thing that there is no cruise jump you eat watermelon you take it from where it is growing and you take a bite that's how it should be eaten I don't know if watermelons brother the jungle where I describe not a jungle that is not mine dish I don't like hot fruit, that It's actually thank you, your problem, that's the root of my problem, well, I think, I think the fruit is, I'm all for mixing, like the blueberry salad thatdone then you wouldn't have done it because a concert on Snapchat is so loud and so bad to listen to and not even close to what it's like to be there, what's the point?
Well, lucky for us, it's almost Coachella time, so it's time to watch everyone's story, as podcasts live on the Coachella main stage. I imagine that would improve my health. I know I still like him after all these years. I still don't feel like going to Coachella or other big music festivals. I understand why people love them and there are some people who, you know, spend every last penny they have and can't wait to do it. save as I understand it, you know, yeah, it's just not for me. I just wouldn't retweet that at all, but I mean being in that crowd of people and going through anxiety.
City, yes, it's like I don't feel like it. that thing about being in a crowd of people, I'm just like, yeah, I don't know how I appreciate music, I appreciate live music, but on that scale it really makes me feel like too much, but I like watching Coachella, you know, on TV a lot. after they started. televise it, yeah well they go live on YouTube, I love you live, Coachella live streams are really cool, yeah, because they're not filmed on an iPhone in the crowd, oh damn, bring it to me, yeah, I like it Live music, but not that kind. of places talking about live music, now let's benefit from our part of the show where we film someone cool that we found their content is cool this week, what is the name of this segment?
Let's think of a name.Jake army just in time what should the name of this little one be anyway it's like divergent from Philips fill different going today kind of amazing but Jenna has one go wait I don't have one yeah you said you were going to do one oh, I like Dylan's new song, Dillon Francis, what's the new song like? They are really new. The song is really good, it's really good. It's called Change Your Mind. It's probably my favorite topic this week. It's very good and Logie sent me a bunch of plants and I can't even, they sent me a princess pink philodendron that's not happy on the internet that I had lying around, I literally haven't understood it, it's a very rare plant, well, it's not that be so incredibly rare, it's just so hard to get because everyone wants them and they sent me one, yeah, it's your turn anyway.
My favorite content I found on the internet this week comes from a creator I've been crushing on for a long time bingeing Babish, he was literally. breaking up dude he created a show called Being with Babish Right and in the first episode of the show he sets out to help a fan of the show who maybe had fallen on hard times and oh my gosh I can't recommend it enough it's just like it , it's so tasteful and genuine and well done, and Andrew gorging on Babish, he's such a creative person, it shows and how he makes his videos that you might feel like every little bit of love that was in the episode and they like it was flying away. .
Orlando to help this guy and it's like everything about him, it's great content. I loved. I can't wait until the next episode. I love seeing people who are super creative but maybe have found themselves in a moment. A bit of a box branched into something different, so for him he stepped away from his cooking videos to do this series called being with Babish and I really like a plot because you know clearly, it's like we're working for him. and he did some cool stuff, so we'll link those two things below, but yeah, those are our favorite things on the internet.
