More Interesting Facts About,

Here bread is bread, right? It is made with rich flour, it has soybean oil. I'm fine with that, they're not good ingredients, but that's normal for any type of fast food panera, even chicken-fil-a like ours. Made meat is 100 USD, inspected meat, which means no fillers, no extenders, no fake meat, you won't get prime meat by chance, but there are no fillers in there, so it's pure meat. My main problem with the Big Mac, I have right now my taste buds are on fire. Is it the sauce? The Big Mac secret sauce. I have a problem with secrets.

It is made from soybean oil. Alright. Chick-fil-A sauce is made from soybean oil. We never cook with soy. oil at home, right, can you buy soybean oil in the supermarket? No, it is a very cheap neutral flavored oil that is genetically modified. The problem is that it is very sweet and I can still taste the sugar on my taste buds. The secret sauce seasoning has high fructose sugar. corn syrup and corn syrup and then another dose of sugar later, so here are four types of sugar, two of which are GMO high fructose corn syrup or, if you get this in the UK and In other countries, they cannot use it and prohibit GMOs. high fructose corn syrup, they have to use real sugar or non-GMO glucose syrup, so that's a little crazy, but then they have something called propylene glycol alginate.

I don't think I've ever seen that ingredient in food before. Hmm, I'll have to look up what it is. It has to be a stabilizer or an emulsifier, but in the sauce of that pink sauce they add caramel coloring. Caramel coloring for some people is known as a carcinogen and its main reason is to prepare food. it looks more brown, you'll see it often in stocks and broths to make it look more brown, but they're putting it in the secret sauce which last time I checked is pink, I don't think it needs that brown color and then one.
Of the most disturbing things, any sandwich that comes with pickles, the pickles are so good that I have never seen ingredients in pickles that have so many preservatives. Potassium sherbet is a really nasty preservative that you usually see in deli meats, it's in pickles. and polysorbate 80 is an emulsifier but there is a food grade and a cosmetic grade like for makeup and supposedly they are putting food grade in here, unfortunately the secret sauce is not where it is so I would leave that out and get this instead. one this is what I ordered specifically for the video this is a double quarter pounder and the reason I like this is there's no sauce here so what I would do is order a double quarter pounder and get rid of the top bun here, oh my goodness.
If you want a burger, this is your best option here because you don't have that nasty sauce when you get rid of one of the buns, which are horrible ingredients, tons of carbs in processed wheat times, but the ketchup I would maybe order without ketchup. because this ketchup is the traditional American ketchup like a Heinz that has high fructose corn syrup and corn syrup. If you buy this burger in many other countries, including the UK, they can't put the corn syrup in there, they have to put cane sugar in it. there so I would get this double quarter pounder maybe without cheese but to be honest the cheese isn't terrible there is no ketchup and I would just make a bun that's what I would surely get much better than the big mac because that secret sauce, that big mac sauce.
They should keep it a secret, it's not good, okay we have to go to the fries, these are sitting in front of me saying my name, let me take my notes here because these fries unfortunately have a unique look that I don't like, but let's see, it's not as good as I remember. They've been sitting for a few minutes, but they prefer the waffle fries on a chicken bun. It's interesting and in fact, I will say that ingredient-wise, they are better. This is interesting. in the fries there are a couple of ingredients I've never seen before so you think it's going to be fries cooked in raw oil, well that part is correct but then it goes on so the potatoes are cooked in a canola oil mixture , corn and soy, so those are all really refined and very inflammatory highly processed GMO oils, but who cares, they all do it.
This is a fast food review, but this is the only fast food place I've seen that also fry in hydrogenated soy oil. What would Sebastián Manos Kaka say why? Would you do that? Hydrogenated soybean oil means that you take a liquid oil manually hydrogenated into a stable creamy version and fry it in it. Many other countries prohibit it and say it is illegal and when you do it you are not just drinking. a processed oil but then you're turning it into a trans fatty acid that your body can't even recognize and it's loaded with even more free radicals that kill the cells in your body, but then it doesn't anymore. stop it, it has a natural meat flavor, what a natural meat flavor and that meat flavor is derived from hydrolyzed wheat and hydrolyzed milk, so if you are sensitive to casein or lactose or if you are gluten-free, you can't really eat French fries, but why? they're adding beef flavor to the chips, it's natural beef flavor, it's because beef flavor is another word for natural flavors, any kind of beef flavor, vanilla flavor, they're trying to make it more palatable between that and the hydrogenated soybean oil which is literally crazy. so unfortunately maybe I would stop at Chick-fil-a, get their waffle fries there which are a little cleaner and then have them with the double quarter pounder, that's totally crazy let's move on to the next menu item before let him do it.
To talk about something I've been talking about a lot on Instagram, seed probiotic. If you are probably eating a lot of fast food, your gut microbiome and gut health will need help, this is the best probiotic on the market. I've been taking it for four or five months. It is not just a probiotic, it is a prebiotic and a probiotic because it is the only one on the market that has a capsule within a capsule. It's a leonardo dicaprio of probiotics because a lot of probiotics die and die in your body. stomach from all the acids, this one has the outer capsule which is actually made from pomegranate which dissolves in the stomach because pomegranates are rich in fibre, it feeds the gut bacteria so it is a probiotic, then the inner capsule goes up to your colon throughout your intestines and delivers 24 strains of bacteria that not only help with the gut but we are also talking about bowel movements, skin, immune health, this is literally the best on the market, ships to everything the world, has a 30-day money back guarantee and my promotion.
The code in the description box gives you 15 off your first month's supply. Everyone I've contacted loves it, so give it a try. There is a 30-day risk-free trial. You will love it. This is by far the best probiotic out there. the market I swear and I thought I wanted to feature it during this meal right now because you guys are a big sponsor of Flavor City channels okay let's get to the chicken next and then we'll grab some breakfast items so I've got chicken nuggets that I used to mash as a kid with barbecue sauce and then bought their new crispy chicken sandwich.
They don't have roast chicken on the menu anymore, I think they got rid of it in December last year, I guess in the US. In the end you vote with your wallet and they say we don't want

healthy

grilled chicken, we want fried chicken, so I'm going to say if you're going to eat fried chicken here, you don't want the crispy one. chicken sandwich and I can't wait to try it and compare it to Chick-fil-a's crispy chicken sandwich. They have a few different varieties and I'll tell you why you don't want to eat it and why I'd rather eat nuggets while I make a mess here, let's see, that's a good sandwich, honestly I might like it better than Chick-fil-a.
I might have to go to Chick-fil-a right after this and check it out again just to make a fair comparison. I'm getting hooked for a reason and I'll show you why right here, just like Chick-fil-a, all of their crispy chicken sandwiches and I think there are four of them, three of the four, I should say, look at the ingredients. I have MSG and I talked about it in the Chick-fil-a video, if you haven't seen it, watch it later. The message comes in two forms, one artificial, of natural origin, the artificial is a powder chemically made in a laboratory. that is devastating to your health yes devastating its only purpose is to light up your taste buds to excite them they are called exciogens it sends a signal to the old brain this is good I want to eat more of this and it gets you hooked on the food they call crave worthy natural mushroom message soy sauce parmesan cheese that's good for you that's normal and natural but the man made one is bad and that's why they put it on a lot of chicken sandwiches and on all fried chicken sandwiches only the fried ones add um chick -fil-a and then unfortunately, unlike chick-fil-a, they fry it again in hydrogenated GMO soy oil which is really loaded with free radicals for your body, so if I had to choose, although I think I like it more Brad than Chick-fil-a.
I would prefer the one from Chick-fil-a because they don't have hydrogenated oil, but they have the yellow number five and no, so man. We're really competing for who is the worst of the worst year. So I wouldn't buy this crispy chicken sandwich. The only one you would get is the one without the message. It's just the original chicken sandwich, not one of the new ones. crispy, so I prefer you to buy nuggets and if I could choose the sauce, I will tell you what sauce I would pour them in. I have honey here, pure honey and I have a powerful hot sauce here first.
I'm going to try it alone, it brings back memories of honey, honey and chicken, zagani butter fried chicken, but I prefer you to eat the nuggets instead of the chicken sandwich because if you look at the ingredient of the nuggets, they don't put the message hooray ! They don't put that in there, they're still frying it in hydrogenated soybean oil. Everything they fry here at McDonald's is using something called yeast extract, which is a safer version of msg, but still not desirable. Its main goal is to once again get your taste buds excited, but it's not as bad as the message and honestly, I would just dip it in pure honey because all of their sauces here mostly have cane sugar, corn syrup with High fructose, which doesn't actually have the powerful hot sauce. but it has a lot of other soy oils and stuff in it, so the cleanest one you can get is honey, but let me try the mighty hot sauce.
Wow, that's spicy. This reminds me of that snl sketch from back in the day with the late great Phil. Hartman we send a to Somalia but then it gets intercepted by a lot of warlords, right, let's move on to breakfast, that's why we got there early so we can order breakfast, I bought the egg mcmuffin sandwich, there's something that bothers me about this. the way the egg disk looks good there is something wrong with this but i'm glad i made it for you right that's not bad and in fact i would put it on top of the sausage like mcmuffin or biscuit sausage because that pork is very low.
Quality and to be honest there is nothing unusually wrong with the egg mcmuffin. The only thing I don't like is that theCanadian bacon has sodium nitrate. If you try to avoid nitrites, nitrates, and bacon that has it, but it's fast food, it's not that bad. the hash browns, what man, this is going to take me back, can you hoard it right now? I'll be back, um, that's so good, okay, let me dip it in my connie or something. I'm really turning into the character of Bill Clinton, now a warlord. even if it's cold, it's good, but I wouldn't understand it because, just like the fries we talk about here, yes, the cheese hooks me, the bread is going to have to get me out of here kicking and screaming, it's fried in hydrogen, It's soybean oil and it still has the meaty taste in here, so in my opinion, don't get this because of the raw hydrogenated oil and the meaty taste, so you think, okay bobby, let's be

healthy

, check it out, brett, let's get oats, sure, oats that are healthy, right, they're heart healthy, they're a whole grain, they come with diced apples, which Brad and I might agree that this might be the healthiest thing on the menu. , sure, the apples, a little raisins, not bad either, let me try this, oh, how sweet, someone is a little hard on the brown sugar back there, but back there, I mean, like in the processing facilities where make it in batches with robots, the reason it's sweet is because the actual oatmeal ingredients have brown sugar, which probably everyone does, but in this one it's our old friend caramel coloring, that ingredient whose only purpose is to color the brown foods, but some people consider it carcinogenic, what are you doing putting that in oats?
That's crazy and this is even more shocking. Here is cream. It is cooked in light cream so that it is nice and creamy. The cream should just be milk and heavy cream because it's light cream, guys, there's a sodium phosphate preservative that's normally found in bread as a preservative, there's sodium citrate and then there's carrageenan. Carrageenan is the emulsifier in seaweed that, in my opinion and many others, should be avoided at all costs. Some people like to say oh. Not bad, there are two types. Doctors use carrageenan to induce inflammation and there is a reason why many food manufacturers stopped it.
It's better to use acacia gum, bean gum, those kind of common emulsifiers, carrageenan here with caramel coloring. and brown sugar chunks, that's a little crazy, so to be honest, I wouldn't understand it. I prefer to buy the sausage muffin here, the egg mcmuffin instead of the oatmeal loco and then last but not least eat old oh yeah oh. That looks sad, old fish fillet. OMG I've never tried this before so I have to do it for the video. Wow, it tastes really good, it tastes like cod or something. The problem is that it is literally like the cheapest oil. for the cheapest fish my notes I'm a very disorganized investigative journalist here it's actually made from haddock the haddock is like the cheapest white fish ever and plus to be honest it's fried in hydrogenated oil the tartar sauce has soy oil which is not terrible just a fish is very low quality last but not least we need something sweet after our meal right I went to mix up the mccafe menu have you ever been to a mc coffee in uh, in Europe, they're actually very good, brad, like not?
Hasn't Brad only been to the US and Mexico? All these two countries, we'll talk more about Brad, so this is a mocha, an iced mocha, sweet, salty and crunchy, what more do you need? Every box is being checked right now and To be fair I'm going to explain the ingredients with this right now and they are really bad but I did a Starbucks review in the past we should probably do an updated one they are par for the course on this . latte, I'm not sure if that's the exact size listed there, but the average size iced mocha has 35 grams of sugar in the form of cane sugar and high fructose corn syrup, just to put that as reference, 35 grams there are four grams of sugar. a teaspoon, so there's about nine nine teaspoons of sugar here.
The average American consumes 19 and a half teaspoons of sugar a day, which is still too much, so you get more than half of your daily sugar with a drink like this. I want to drink my sugar, I want to eat it personally and unfortunately there is caramel coloring in the chocolate syrup on top, at least we are using real vanilla extract, not natural flavors, but in the whipped cream there is carrageenan and in the chocolate drizzle there is oil of hydrogenated coconut. They took a perfectly healthy coconut oil and hydrogenated it to make it more stable, make it last longer but also cause more free radical damage to your cells, so for you guys, that's it for the McDonald's review, where do we go next ?
Brad and me. we really love, love, love fast food review, if you haven't seen it yet, go check out Chick-fil-a's panera bread chipotle which is by far the healthiest ever and now Dave Portnoy from McDonald's makes uh pizza. reviews we do nasty fast food reviews um so that's it let us know leave a comment below like subscribe share that's the only way the community continues to grow and it's also the only way we we educate them all to put the best quality things in their bodies um but brad and we'll see you soon until then hashtag keep cooking crazy love and peace later
