daisy quiche workouts. I'll also do the 12 3 30 workout if you guys don't know what it is, it's basically where you get on the treadmill and do 12 incline threes. speed and do 30 minutes of that. I don't have a treadmill so for the purpose of this video I got a normal gym membership like one that has men it's 6 30 now I've spent the whole day working up the courage to actually walk into this gym and now I'm out.

I guess we're going to do this, so both Daisy Keach workouts only equal 20 minutes total and since my only other form of exercise during the day is walking to the kitchen. for a snack I thought I should probably do at least some cardio. I was holding on to my sides the whole time, but just when my lungs were about to fail somehow, I ended up here I am showing off my OOTD in the bathroom, I'm absolutely obsessed with this red outfit, she's giving the energy to the main character and now it was time for the daisy cage workouts and there were so many gym mates around that I felt very uncomfortable, but I asserted my position as the alpha of the group and got into the ab training first.
I literally never do sit-ups and spend most of my time on the floor cursing my past self for deciding to start this challenge. That is the light that creeps in as the Holy Spirit tries to take my soul. Honestly, I would have done it. I happily gave it to him at this point if it meant I had to stop working out, but we still had to do the glute workout at first, it didn't really seem that hard until I did it, the red leggings looked great on me because my butt I was on fire. I think I was praying to the Lord to give me the strength right now to continue with some of the training.
I didn't even know if I was doing it right because I didn't feel anything, but after doing it for about 10 seconds I felt like my leg weighed two tons, like I said before. I don't really follow a

diet

other than the fact that I'm a Pescatarian and I'm a girl who loves food, what I eat every day looks super different. but if I crave something sweet, I'll eat something sweet, okay, it's the next day and Murray will do the exercises on the couch with me here is the outfit of the day with gym shark sweatshirt, of course, little neon green moment 12 3 30 It was so fragile that I won't do it today because they literally can't ask me, but I will do it tomorrow.
They weren't as hard as I thought they were going to be, but I definitely had to take some breaks. My abs and butt hurt today, so he obviously did something. I'll start with abs training. Through it, the 12 3 30 is what will really help me. Margarita quiche workouts aren't too difficult. I feel very excited to exercise. I feel a lot less nervous about going to the gym than I did the first time. day and yeah let's take this work overseas so I did 12 3 30 for a YouTube challenge two years ago and I thought I was doing a lot better now but obviously my cardio isn't up to par with a couple of bands on when I tell them that 30 minutes feels like a lifetime and just to show you how hard it is, this is me after that 12 3 30 absolutely tore me a new one I felt the chips and salsa sloshing in my stomach, I literally have this whole thing In the workout room alone in the gym some guy opened the door and saw me and we made the most awkward eye contact and then he just closed the door and left, it's because he wanted to work out here but it's a shame I was here first. here's the OOTD that feels really cute and this outfit is so good even if you're drenched in sweat like me because it's really sweat resistant and I'm also wearing the matching sports bra underneath, if anyone walks in they can see my full view.
Butt cage training abroad my abs still hurt a lot, but I feel good. I'm actually really excited to work out something that has really helped me. 12 3 30 just distracts me, so I saw that Ava Jules had a new video out and I've been waiting to watch it until I do my 12 3 30. So I can have something to distract me from the pain. Where are you? The juniper started multiplying rapidly, so I decided to abort shipping whatever you're eating. Right now it probably shouldn't get in your face. I'm wearing the teal sweatshirt set. This is the one where you can still see the sweat, but to be honest, I sweat the last, but the sweat is normal.
Don't be ashamed of sweating at the gym. It looks like you peed yourself, so it just means you were working hard and I bet the other people at the gym wish they were sweating that much, so even though these workouts aren't the hardest I've ever

, I still have to do them. many breaks, even more so in abdominal training and glute training. I'm pretty good thanks to my huge Dickie. I'm a weight training girl and I was surprised how working out without equipment could still burn me like a butt on a stick. my cat is done for today, it's not really a cardio thing, just but I hope that by the seventh day he can do the whole workout without taking a break, that's my goal.
Good morning guys. I have a confession. Today is Wednesday so that means I didn't exercise yesterday and that's because I had a migraine that absolutely hit me at breakfast this morning. I've been so rubbish about showing what I eat this week. I'm going to have pesto eggs with some toast and also my iced latte, foreign of course. I feel very French when I have a side of berries with my breakfast. I'm at the gym drinking my pre-workout from my gym shark shaker bottle. I really am a gym shark poster girl. Damn, I'm going in, I'm going in, okay, I'm going in.
I would also like to add that I am having major period tests today, but I will stay strong. I have period underwear buttoned up ready to wear and it keeps saying no user detected on the belt because I'm so thin my name is Bella Hadid. I haven't even worked 10 minutes and this isn't going as fast as it used to. yesterday I think I broke the treadmill, not me looking in the mirror because I look great in this brown period, reviewing the gym session done and cleaned, not going to lie, it was tough guys, I was really struggling to get it done.
Through that my back hurts a lot for some reason I think it might have something to do with my period and wow I haven't been stretching properly so it hurts a lot and I had cramps the whole time so I had a very good. Stretch it, so I hope I feel a little better tomorrow. I'm happy to be able to do it and now I'm really hungry so maybe I'll get a roll of rice paper. I love rice paper rolls and haven't had them in a long time. They are so good. Here's breakfast this morning, muffin with egg and potato, oh no, lentils and potatoes.
Delicious frosty for lunch. I ate this very healthy poke bowl, a little too healthy for my taste. Hi guys, so I'm currently changing scenery a bit. on the Gold Coast, but I still need to exercise and where I'm staying, the hotel has a small gym, so I'm going down to do the 12 3 30. This is a work and holiday, honey, and by that I mean. an exercise vacation, the hotel should have advertised this as a sauna and Jimin because it was so hot. I was drenched in sweat the entire time. The poor girl next to me was avoiding eye contact because sweaty old Susie was flooding the floor that was her hands.
I've been sweating this whole time, but now I need to do the daisy catching exercise, which I'm having a hard time with, guys, okay, let's do it again Daisy, I can't even talk, it was like 8 p.m. at this point and I hadn't eaten since two because there were so many new ubereats options that I couldn't decide what to buy, so I thought I would exercise before eating and that was my downfall. The only thing that kept me through this training was The thought of the fish and chips I was going to order and devour afterwards I don't usually feel sorry for myself but I feel sorry for Susie in these videos, she was really going through it today, it doesn't work on an empty stomach 30 times. baby, day seven Murray is here with me.
I'm at 23 minutes 30. Mark, could you be very happy? I did it especially because yesterday I took a break because at the naked crop event we did a pilates workout and she was so dead and it hurt after that workout. I didn't have the strength to do for 12 3 30 in Daisy Peach. I was going to go do Daisy Keach's workouts right now, but I'm starving and Murray and I want to get out of the house. so we'll go get something to eat and I'll probably do the daisy quiche exercises in the afternoon when I get back, putting them off until the end of the day like I always do, but okay, I'll do them.

, but since I took a couple of breaks in between I thought I'd do it for ten and I also think it's giving me a good reason todo exercise. vacation because if I wasn't doing this I probably wouldn't be exercising at all now Mary and I are going to do the workouts.
I'm not going to do 12 to 30 this morning because I can too, oh competition, Susie. Don't wait to eat something in a cafe I'm not fine I'm doing this with my feet on the ground because I hurt my back someone please tell me in the comments that's why my back hurts so much I'm not using your eyes, I thought I had changed the training. I'm getting a little tired of doing the same workout every day, although yes, I can still feel it. My right buttock always hurts more than my left. Marie and I, of course, treated ourselves to a little brunch.
We went out again and had these delicious waffles in a dessert cone. I'm actually wearing the Gym Shark and Whitney Simmons collection here because all my workout outfits were dirty but I'm also obsessed with this collection and they have a ton of different colors on the big, lanky website, well guys it's the 10th, the Last day of doing the Daisy Keach workouts and I'm glad because I'm getting tired of doing the same job. It helps every time Murray and I went to the movies and ate a ton of popcorn and skittles and pods. Are you ready?
Come on, give me some more. Are you ready? It was my last workout, it was show time, baby, and I wasn't going to take any breaks, okay, maybe I took a couple breaks, but now it was time for the real test, the Russian twists. I actually only took three breaks during the Russian twist, where normally I would take about 10. So we'll get a win I've worked for, let's get this booty Murray, does my butt look bigger? Good response and during the glute workout I didn't take any breaks except for that final workout. which I couldn't understand at first, but I actually managed to start doing it properly, here I am just killing the dogs and everything we did guys, Daisy quiche workouts for 10 days, feeling better, very proud of myself for having done it and Good job to Mari too for being with me for the last few days at the time when everyone was waiting for the drum roll, please, this is my after, here I am too relaxed and I still have my tummy, but it's okay because she is pretty. my butt update I can't really tell the difference to be honest I just want to say that after was filmed a few days after finishing this challenge because I completely forgot to film an after right after finishing the workouts 10 out of 10 youtube from me , but I'd still say that's basically what I looked like after finishing the challenges anyway.
I don't think my body has changed much, but I do think that probably most of the change in my body was due to the 12 330. rather than Daisy Keach's ab workouts and bubble butt because, honestly, the ones from 12 to 30 they kicked my ass. Now for my final thoughts on Daisy Cage's workouts on a scale of toughness, I would say that the ab workouts were definitely much harder than the glute workouts. I think I really progressed well throughout the week as if I had never been able to finish the workouts without a break, that's the truth, but I managed to get a lot better at doing them and found it much easier at the end of the 10 days. but one thing I will say is OMG I got bored of these workouts and I don't recommend doing the same exercise every day, of course you will get bored, but that was just what I was doing for this. challenge, it was an experiment.
I also don't find her to be the most relatable. I'm being like I'm going into Daisy right now, but I'm not really trying to. I'm just being honest, I just don't love it. working out with a full face of makeup and not sweating all the time. I think it's not realistic. I think it can make people feel bad about themselves when they're really struggling with workouts, so I hope watching this video made you realize that. That is not the reality of doing the workouts, they are not as easy as she makes them seem. However, I liked how quick they were and I thought I definitely felt a burn and felt my abs getting a lot stronger by the end of the exercise. 10 days like I was hitting my stomach at the end for 10 days and it was really rock hard you know there's a layer of fat there but underneath I have an eight pack but I will say I think they're a good starter. training to start with and I like that you don't have to use any equipment to do them.
I think it's fun to do them from time to time but I definitely wouldn't do them as my only way to exercise if the guys love their workouts then that's great for you everyone will have a different preference with exercise and most importantly is that they're doing something they really enjoy, but you know, I had a lot of fun trying one of these new ones. training programs I am very excited to participate in the training programs again.
