You probably want to see how it went, so here it is, now it was time for the dreaded weigh-in. I was as excited to do this weigh-in as Ellen was to let nikkietutorials use the bathroom. I decided to do it without shoes just to assert my dominance, but without a hat. I was very proud to have achieved it. Up to this point and I've come this far, I've felt so much stronger, look at me I'm glowing, oh wait it's just sweat, but still I honestly think it was the fittest time I've ever been in my entire life. At this moment, I thought about my little fashionable childhood self, not being able to keep up with all the skinny girls and tagging and always being the first one in and I felt like giving her a big hug and saying can you do this, can you overcome this, I couldn't have done it.
I did it without you now it was the final weigh-in and I weighed 78.9 kilos I honestly expected to lose more weight than this but it shows that the scale is not really what matters, luckily I saw a change. In my measurements, especially around my stomach and just the overall look of my body and physique, I could definitely see a big difference when you look at my side by side comparisons. I look much better in the second photo, much slimmer and much more toned when I press on my stomach, I have never felt so hard in my life.
I was thinking that what I lost in white I gained in muscle. I was so excited to continue my weight loss journey. Okay, now that the challenge is over. I want to talk about some things I would do differently and some tips I have for doing this challenge. Firstly, I made the mistake of rushing through training, which was mainly because I am not fit and this was way beyond my capabilities. fitness ability, but I would recommend taking it easy, don't be afraid to pause the video and take a longer break if necessary. I also recommend a little warm up before you start, especially if you do it early in the morning when doing high intensity workouts like these, there is definitely a chance of hurting yourself like I did, so yes, make sure you stretch beforehand and warm up. properly.
I would also recommend doing them at the same time every day. I felt much more motivated when I started at exactly the same time, there were a couple of times throughout the week that I did it in the afternoon instead of the morning. I felt a lot slower and less motivated so I would definitely recommend doing it at the same time every day if your schedule allows, one of the main issues over the last two weeks was my diet and I think this has to do with why NoI lost so much weight from the amount of exercise I did, so I don't think I was overeating. a calorie deficit for some of these days, if I had to do this again I would make sure to eat healthier.
I definitely wasn't controlling my portions, which is the big problem for me, so I need to work on that in the future, the recipes I tried from her were absolutely incredible: 80 percent diet and 20 percent exercise, so Of course, because I wasn't eating as well as I could have, I didn't see the results I could have seen. Something that surprised me. During the two weeks my stomach was tight and I could feel rock hard. I was really surprised at how hard I was able to push my body at the end of these workouts, when I did it the first day I didn't think I would make it.
Honestly, I was able to do both weeks. I never thought it would be easier. I thought I would just be out of shape forever at the end of the two weeks. I was motivated. I could do burpees easily. I was engaging my core. It's surprising how well I did. These workouts work. I'm pretty sure I have an 8.pack under here, but it's covered in a layer of grease. This is honestly one of my favorite workouts I've done so far, mainly because of its intensity and I love how they motivate you while doing the workout and you just like it. you're halfway there and I'm like no I'm not doing it but thank you if you want to know if I recommend this I definitely do it's
