W this looks good just walking around M China. Many of these restaurants look incredibly elegant. A Yaki niku place. There was a wagu buffet. I just passed by, I passed by a lot of popular pop places. You could spend a week just exploring eating here. I was going to go to this really awesome looking Nole Chinese place, but they close in about 30 minutes so I think I'll go here. It is supposed to be a very authentic restaurant. Let's try it when you enter this place. You, a little, complete and each leaf I had is for a bowl of noodles.

I'm starving. First I bought two noodle bowls, one of them, a noodle bowl. I always buy one of my favorite noodles. In that and this place is about to close. in half an hour there is still a full house look this pig looks like a couple of pieces of meat some meatballs Sprouts you can choose the noodles you want I have very thin rice noodles oh this is very very good the broth is very rich hervy very tasty with a touch of sweetness, there are also spices that you can put in there, you have to add a little garlic and vinegar again, load it with chili peppers, chili peppers and vinegar.

I think it's really necessary for B noodles just because it's so rich and tasty, oh yeah, now it absolutely is. perfect, the super fine one really soaks up that delicious broth, oh those chilis aren't choking, wow, these are huge flavored noodles, it's so good, it tastes like Thailand, you call it a satisfying bowl of noodles, that's a major understatement, this one another bowl is really interesting. I asked what the best bowl noodles were here and they recommended these are their crispy pork noodles. Squeeze some lemon juice on this. I don't think I've had a night like that before.

Check out these crispy pork chunks on flat egg noodles. Slices of pork on the side and it comes with a bowl of soup the soup is amazing it's really amazing it's a crunchy piece of pork loaded with fat. Bell chaste with some of the dry noodles and then chase it with a sip of broth. thinner slices of por little, tons of sweet flavor and the noodles themselves don't have much sauce, they just taste like they're covered in a very thin layer of pork fat, so this whole dish is a very porky dish, especially when it comes to to this broth add some chillies, also add a little bit of vinegar and just a splash of fish sauce, this particular dish really highlights the cut of pork and also the springiness of the noodles, my favorite of Both are still the B needles for everything.

I had here authentic and delicious let's go for some bubble tea oh this place also has avocado series there is this whole area full of bubble tea shops M green mango Che is amazing I want to stay longer in m just so I can be here more, there are so many places I want to eat and today I'm getting a preview of Chinatown. Tomorrow I'm spending a whole day here going to all these places I added to my list, so today is really an exploring mission. One thing I definitely wanted to do in Australia is visit the local McDonald's and Burger King.
Well they call it Hungry Jacks here and luckily the area next to my hotel has both so I walked into McDonald's, not much difference on the menu, the most unique thing here. Are these pineapple fritters? There are also some unique items on the maafe menu, like what they call hot and toasted cross buns, but I wanted to try their Inus beef burger because it's made with 100% Australian beef, it's a good one. Siiz Patty with a couple of giant pieces of bacon inside melted cheese and barbecue sauce, although this burger is a little dry, I could tell right away that it is a better quality beef burger than those in the US, only which has a much stronger meat flavor, you can enjoy it too.
You can clearly tell this thing has a good amount of fat here, it just tastes like good quality beef a lot of times in the US. I don't feel like McDonald's burgers taste like that. I'm very excited to try these, so they are fresh. out of the fryer pineapple fritters fried jumbo slices of pineapple nugget and hot right now oh my gosh this is so good, it's a wonderful crunch on the outside. Inside, the pineapple is warm, it's juicy, this is absolutely phenomenal, the pineapple is sweet, a little sour, tons of juice is released, all that juice is trapped inside this fishy exterior, it tastes like a fried piece of paradise, I love it, okay, it looks like barbecue sauce inside a flat piece of bacon and a little cheese.
I really didn't think this was going to actually be even edible because it looks like the bacon has been baking under the Australian sun for the last 2 years, that bacon tastes more or less like leather, but the bread is pretty good. I like the melted cheese, but overall it's not a bad sandwich. Finally, hot cross buns, it's nice. Well, inside it is very soft. I like raisins. It has a nice, chewy texture. First time I had hot cross bun, not bad. The best here, definitely, are the pineapple fritters. Now let's cross the street and go to Hungry Jacks, so this.
Hungry Jack is in a W gas station which was like a hamburger, this is very interesting and if you are wondering why Burger King in Australia is called Hunger Jacks it is because a gentleman called Jack Cowan tried to bring Burger King to Australia in the 1970s, but there was already someone who had 17 Burger Kings, so Jack changed the name to Hungry Jacks, probably because he's really

hungry

anyway. There are quite a few interesting items on this Hungry Jacks menu that I've never seen before. First of all, they have this. It's called the Grill Master Series and this is a Chicago Inus, so it's a huge 100% Australian Ingus burger with a slice of bacon cheese and pepper sauce.
It's incredible, it's a very meaty burger. Definitely try that pepper sauce. I don't know exactly how. Burger King makes this, but it tastes like it just came off the grill. The burger is tender, juicy, and complemented by a nice fatty piece of bacon. When you bite into the middle with the tomato, it just adds that burst of sweetness to the saltiness. Burger, amazing burger, you can order these little Boba bubbles now at Burger King for any of your drinks, so I bought a coke with bubbles, it tastes great with bubbles, so these are mixed bubbles. I think there's bubblegum blackcurrant and cotton candy. that's three bubbles bursting together, that's amazing, okay, now let's try this, this is Burger King's tropical chicken sandwich with a piece of pineapple.
I love Hungry Jacks, it's far superior to McDonald's. I think hamburgers taste better. I think the chicken sandwich tastes better. I think the big BK fish tastes better. I mean, when I bite into it, it's just a thick, crispy, perfectly fried piece of chicken cutlet with sweet, juicy pineapple, barbecue sauce, and bacon. I mean, this is a fantastic, fantastic, sweet and savory sandwich. I had to Understand this too I love spicy chicken sandwiches and it was advertised as having a spicier sauce. Looks like a phenomenal chicken sandwich. Mhm, crispy tender chicken. It's a delicious spicy chicken sandwich.
I still don't think it's very spicy. I feel like the spice level. Now it doesn't compare to Popey's usual spicy chicken sandwich. You can imagine how spicy it was before. Oh yeah, he's kicking it. It is spicier than a popy and has a more persistent burn. This is good. I also had to get a Whopper. This is the Aussie Whopper. What's interesting about this is that it has beetroot and a fresh fried egg inside the Beats which add an interesting slightly sweet profile to the Whopper. I'd rather if there was an egg in my burger it was runny, this thing hasn't been run in a long time. time, I don't think it ever did, I mean, I like the Whopper, I think these additions are cool, this is really interesting, so this is their new creation, it's a burger ball which isn't bad, so they basically took some minced meat and cheese and they coated it.
I pick it up and fry it, I mean it's been here for about 10 minutes so it's not really melted anymore, it's still crispy on the outside. I think fresh out of the price when the cheese is still melted and stretchy, I think it will taste amazing. This is sticky date pudding, so it looks like soft serve on top with pudding underneath, not a bad dessert. So soft serve on top, in my case a soft serve melted on top, the cake is sweet with cinnamon, this is definitely very very decent, my favorite thing. today definitely, that pepper burger, I mean that thing just blew away everything McDonald's has to offer, also pop and Boba, I think it works, they should make this in the US, it will be a big hit and the sandwiches chicken are also very good if you feel like a fast food burger while you are in Australia Hungry Jacks try it this is very interesting on this block full of restaurants and businesses it seems like someone's house is beautiful such an interesting looking place finally the dinner is a Mediterranean

some fried some grilled over charcoal there is a lot of cross lobster fish fillet stuffed squid there are prw and squid skewers there are baked scallops with parmesan there is paa rice in the middle there are muscles a soft shell crab fried spicy and these little fish they call crispy white bait this looks absolutely spectacular We'll start with one of these little white baits, light and very crispy on the outside.
Very soft fish. An SPL. A little lemon juice. A little salt and pepper. All you need is the spicy soft shell crab. I love this place. A little spicy. season so beautiful, crispy on the outside, tender and sweet crab meat on the inside with a burst of Hari miso, the lemon juice goes very well with the

, look at this squid pepper prawn skure, the squid is so tender already which come lightly seasoned so I can taste all the sweetness and freshness of the seafood, I mean this giant seafood PL has pretty much everything under the scallops, oh sweet, succulent and cheesy, not a single Seafood Bad Bite and look at this, it's a stuffed squid M stuffed inside the squid, it's brze fish and some different fresh herbs, again roasted over charcoal, there's some kind of D Stu fishing here tucked into the sweet squid suul, like this that within the

resides a mini mountain of P, oh that's so good, it's just pure buttery.
Soaked seafood flavor. in this rice, the texture of the rice is still nice in Al Dente oh, I love this, the fish is so good too, flaky white fish again roasted over charcoal, it's soft, tender and goes perfect with that rice in the middle, there are so many treasures to unearth on this giant plate oh look at the size of this shrimp here this is going to be amazing grab a muscle too and look at all that juice from the different shellfish oozing to the bottom of the plate and all that juice bypasses the rice giving it even more flavor the rice is almost the best part because it is the tastiest part of this dish it is like when all the powers of the different seafood combined we will obtain phenomenal flavors that is a delicious and smoky head of gr This is a spectacular PL of seafood, from the crunchy bait fish to today's tender fillet and that flavorful rice and each ingredient provides additional texture or flavor.
It's an amazing set to see a great way to wrap this food. The day started at a Thai needle place which is probably one of the most authentic restaurants I've been to outside of Thailand and then I got to try McDonald's and Hungry Jacks and finally ended up at this place which is what I call a fun filler.
