1am Chinese Noodles & “Butter Chicken” Sandwich & KETCHUP Chicken Nuggets in Toronto

Hey guys, good morning, I'm Mike Chen, here in Toronto, today is going to be a very, very fun food day. I'm going to eat at Tim Horton, I think for the first time because now they offer pizza and they also have Burger King here. something really cool too, but first of all I know, I just got back from the Bahamas, but I miss the Bahamas a little bit. There is a great Bahamian restaurant I wanted to try here called Old Nassau oh nassa punch ooh clava dove fresh salad oh yeah, There's a lot of effect there too, this is very exciting, I have some classic dishes that I tried in the Bahamas and some that I haven't tried, of course as Bahamian food you should have some conk fritters, the stuff is absolutely out of this world, crispy. the size outside, soft and pillowy inside, full of conk pieces and these Masters are probably made like I said, crispy outside, inside, soft like a pillow and these are really interesting drinks, plus this is a juice from heaven , so it's basically coconut juice with condensed milk.

I never tried this while I was at the Maham, oh this is delicious, fresh coconut juice, creamy condensed milk mixed with a fragrance, rich and refreshing, and this will definitely help beat the heat because I know the salad is going to bite me a bit. There are a lot of chilies here. I am very excited about this, also the Kunk, slightly chewy, very delicate with a beautiful hint of ocean salad flavor, is my favorite Bahamian dish. Oh, I was so scared the next time I went. This salad was going to be like this until I got back to the Bahamas, but it tastes like it's back on the island, those same tender, wonderfully sweet pieces of conk basically cooked in all this lemon juice, a little sweetness from the crunch of the tomatoes. the chilies, beautiful heat from the Scotch Bron of peppers, the more you chew, the sweeter the conk becomes, but it is so delicate that it is super citrusy, a little sweet, the texture is crunchy, it is succulent, this is pure addiction and combines very good with the fritters. so take a bite of the fritter with some salad, such a beautiful combination Al, I have this one, this is the switch, it's pretty much bahami and lemonade, but in this case it's a lemonade, oh oh, this is delicious. made fresh you can also taste that beautiful slightly sweet citrus flavor that is a bit of pulp here too because of the way these dishes are as authentic as possible, it feels like you are back on the island eating this stuff and if you never Have you tried Bahamian food before, come here and get some, trust me you will love it and this is something you haven't tried before.

I had fried fish before, this is the steamed fish, it is first fried and then cooked in this red tomato sauce with peppers and onions, wow this is so good, this fish is absolutely exquisite, the snapper is so beautiful and flaky , white, and the sweetness of the fish is simply enhanced, but the soft sautéed onions and peppers and tomato sauce add a little smallness and what really makes this dish stand out is the nuances of flavor, such as the aromatic touch of the moment , the light touch of the Scottish hat. I love how so many Bahamian dishes revolve around lemon juice and that provides that beautiful zest that perfectly rounds off the beautiful flavor.

The profile of this dish is transformative, it is exotic, it is tropical, all the quintessential Bahamian flavors are represented here. I'm so excited and they call it a sea monster here which is a very appropriate name because I'm looking at this and feel intimidated fried snow crab shrimp with lobster tail a side of traditional Bahamian macaroni and cheese and this is another dish I've never I tried before it is called rice with land crab so land crab of course right here this is a crab that is fine I guess the land and the rice made with the flavors of the land crab M this is amazing every grain just exus , that incredible Umami, the texture of the rice is absolutely perfect.

I think there are also other herbs in the rice that enhance that wonderful crab flavor. I mean, this is a very comforting dish. I must try it. This is another one of my favorite Bahamian mac and cheese, unlike the mac and cheese here, it is cooked in the oven, not gooey everywhere, has a nice toasted layer of cheese on top. This is better than what I ate in the Bahamas. I love that beautiful smokiness of the toasted cheese on top, the

inside, soft and covered in that gooey cheese. I mean, this is macaroni and cheese that when you eat it you don't feel like it's too heavy, try some of the fried shrimp if you live in Toronto or are visiting Toronto and don't try this restaurant, you'll be doing the service yourself, these shrimp fried are absolutely amazing, tender, plump, juicy, succulent and shrimp with such a beautiful crunch in the batter and sauce I don't even know what's there.

I guess it's just pure flavor and a little spiciness. Chase it with some KW K. It has a nice hint of vinegar, of course, fried lobster. Wonderfully sweet tail with a wonderful crushed crunch, this snow crab is so wonderful. Wash it all down with a little bit of heat from the peppers here, that's it and then just the natural sweetness of the seafood. Also, what's here is Cracked Kunk, another classic Bahamian dish. It's so incredibly cute. I ate that dish a couple of times in the Bahamas. I just came from there, so my memory is pretty fresh.

This conk is more tender than the one I ate. Absolutely amazing magical Seafood dish. If you get this 100% get the mac and cheese definitely get the CO Sal I also want to try this nassa punch oo it tastes like a stronger Hawaiian fruit punch. Well this lemonade is also amazing if you are eating spicy food, definitely get this dessert, time to eat a couple of things, guava, Duff, this. It is such a satisfying dessert with a soft dough topped with a rich and creamy M

y rum sauce and the natural flavor of the fruit is integrated with a soft dough and highlighted with this

y sauce just incredibly comforting.

Also, I didn't have a chance to get a d cre when I was in the Bahamas you can get amazing colada and cherry. I recommend going for both desserts when you're here. Wow, this place is amazing, every dish I had deliciously authentic, cooked to perfection, the flavors are exceptional, everyone here is so friendly and nice, and I am so. I'm happy I found this restaurant if you're ever in Toronto, if you love Bahamian food, where you've never tried Bahamian food before, this is the place, trust me, you'll love it. Okay dinner time I had to go change because I spilled dairy on my shirt anyway dinner will be at Rick's Good Eats this place has a lot of cool things like burgers and fries loaded with Indian spices check it out and this is great so this place has butter

dipped in what they call Ting Tang sauce, let's start with the burger, beautiful and juicy beef burger, you can see all the Sala all the different spices inside the burger, tomatoes, onions, cabbage with Chari May, which is a South Asian pickle sauce, also slices of American cheese and sautéed onions.

This burger is juicy, the Chuck Patty is loaded with punjabi spices, it's herby, it's very fragrant I think I taste a little bit of coriander and cumin here, like I said, the burger itself is super juicy and meaty, beautiful texture on this burger, In addition to crisp lettuce, tetiny tomatoes balance the creamy mayonnaise very well in every bite, you just get a wide range of complex. spices that somehow work perfectly, the burger itself has a hint of smokiness, a nice and impressive kick. I mean, this thing will definitely tickle your tongue, definitely one of the spiciest burgers I've ever had.

I'm really excited about the Double Fried Tori Chicken. sandwich again dipped in that ting tang sauce pickles onions lettuce tomatoes and the same pickle mayonnaise this is extremely tasty Fried chicken sandwich the burger crispy on the outside tender and juicy on the inside again the tang tang sauce a little bit of spiciness really just adds a great A lot of flavor is absorbed into the chicken burger itself. This thing embodies the smokiness of the chicken tendor and the richness of the Mayo is deliciously balanced by the pickles and cabbage. This is basically the best fried chicken tendor sandwich.

This is a really interesting butter chicken poutin since coming to Toronto, I've had a f poutin or Fatin now super spicy butter chicken, cheese, jalapenos, a lantro, loaded onions on a pile of fries. I love new and fun iterations of poutine and this, butter chicken, is a perfect topping for these fries, it's spicy. It's buttery, it's cheesy, the chicken pieces are wonderfully tender, all on top of crispy fries, fries, I think, are perfect vessels for tender and spicy butter chicken, you also get some jalapenos here to give a little acid to the creamy and spicy curry and the scalding hot curry melts the cheese perfectly.

Onions and that beautiful cilantro fragrance make for a refreshing pot. There is a lot of flavor in these fries. I mean, it's spicy, spicy, cheesy, meaty, immensely fragrant. You should also try it. chase it with some Masala tea, this is so good Some sweet milk, spiced tea, finally, Apple Pee Samosas, oh these might be some of the best Moses I've ever had, this is an absolute dessert, the perfection, that crunch on the outside is subtle but very soft and airy dough on the inside that almost has a mochy-like consistency and a little sweet hint of spicy cinnamon from the apples.

, although they don't actually taste like chicken, they taste like tofu nuggets. I suspect this tastes more like tofu than chicken. Regardless, this is so good. I was very impressed, but the nuggets at Burger King a while ago. They came out with the ultra spicy nuggets that were amazing. These nuggets are fresh out of the fryer, a layer of crispy skin on the outside, so many spices, the spice powder on these nuggets reminds me that they were in a Dorito. Super intense flavor, a little spicy. lots of ketchup but tremendously delicious inside the chicken is succulent it's juicy definitely worth trying let's check out the poutine before it gets cold wow this reminds me of the benefit I just ate except the fries don't They are so elegant, cheese, curd, butter, chicken gravy. the top cheese is very melty and stretchy, although look at that, you know what it is, a pretty good box of butter chicken poutine, butter chicken gravy of course, a North Indian dish, it's creamy , it is delicious, as I said before, it goes perfect with the fries.

The flavor permeates the fries much better than typical ketchup. The first flavor that hits you is that tomato base, then the butter and cream offering a velvety smoothness, then comes all the spice, the heat, the smokiness with just a ton of depth. good cheese curs excellent, they were able to give me this piping hot, all the cheese curs are nice and melty, like I said, not as fancy or as good as Ricks, but pretty good for Burger King, finally the butter chicken sandwich seems Quite simply, it's the same butter. chicken sauce that was in the poutine, so this was just added to the Burger King spicy chicken sandwich with a couple of onions on top.

I think it's delicious now, this Chicken Pat tastes like chicken. Pretty good chicken with that thin layer of really crispy breading, the chicken is tender. There is a good amount of heat here, my biggest problem with this is that I am not tasting much butter chicken sauce. I wish there was a lot more sauce on this butter chicken sandwich, I mean take a little so you can get that. a slight spicy flavor from the tomatoes, but what I'm really trying is the spicy chicken sandwich, which is really good. These three new items, my favorite is the ketchup nuggets, which are phenomenal, and the butter chicken sandwich, again, is a really good sandwich. need more butter chicken sauce overall Burger King, they are really good okay.

I'm going to finish this and U go to Tim Hortens and have a pizza. Unfortunately,Tim Horton stopped selling pizza at 10:00 and it's about time. 1:00 in the morning luckily Toronto has a couple of 24 hour hampo noodle places to go to Toronto this is one of them hey

this place actually has a very extensive noodle selection those cold noodles , there are dry noodles. I have a noodle soup and this. It's their meat lovers noodles, so there are different types of meat here, there are some giant pieces of pork belly breast and also intestines, you can adjust your type of noodles.

I have egg noodles, you can also get potato or rice. Adjust your spice level. This is a little spicy. peanut definitely need some vinegar have to add some black vinegar oh yes much better egg noodles nice and crispy the meat is very tender that melts in your mouth fatty pieces of pork ribs W the meat in this store of needles is very very good that pork is so good, crispy carage inside that tender piece of meat, no wonder at 1:00 in the morning the place is almost full, chasing noodles with a little bit of tofu, skimmed intestines Nan tnder with a delicious little Funk, this is an amazing bowl.noodles every piece of meat, all marinated so well, this broth has a little bit of peanut sauce in here, some peanuts and a little bit of crunchy vegetables and I have never seen one with so much meat here before there is also a marinated egg here.

I don't think you can find a bow noodle like this at 1:00 AM. m. maybe anywhere else in North America.
