The first thing I do in the morning lately has been. forming a bulletproof team, one of the most important things that has happened in my life is that I was diagnosed with endometriosis and had surgery over a year ago, but since then I have really tried to stay on top of my body and my health while I'm trying to prepare myself. What I love is scrambled eggs, well

wiggles

are almost 30 years old I used to watch The Wiggles growing up. I actually started dancing by watching Irish dancing on the Wiggle show. Apparently I told my mom, I just want to do that. I just want to do it that way back in 1996, they filmed a live show in Sydney, they cut to the audience and then you can see my sister and I dancing and I was probably about 7 at the time. It's so strange to think about me growing up watching the Wiggles and them being such a big part of my childhood and now being a movement, you can't really rule out anyone who is in the audience who could possibly be a movement in the future, so I have breakfast and then I can go see if there is a yoga studio in town or a ballet class or just go for a walk.

In the gardens, because my skin is very fair, I use Zoe Foster sunscreen, which is a zinc sunscreen, and then I go back to the room and get ready. I cleanse my face with Kora Organics facial cleanser and then use Noni Globe. Cora Derrota is a very gentle oil and I continue with my rose quartz heart that makes your skin feel nice and fresh. You can put it in the refrigerator to make it even cooler, which is great for me. My costume makes me very horny. I feel a little hot and nervous. I love using Quorum Rose spray.
I wear makeup every day. If I feel like I haven't removed my makeup from the night before, I'll use a scrub before I start. again, once we get to the venue, the sound check happens and then the show happens and then the next line happens and the day just moves forward. I'll be honest, my makeup probably takes 10 minutes, this is my dressing room, my tea, my hairpins and my makeup. I've had this forever. I actually bought it at an art store. It's easy to pack and when you pack it, it stays upright, so when you wash your brushes, you can put them in there and they dry, so my first step is to put concealer underneath.
To my eyes this is bare minerals, it's live, it's not sticky and sometimes we can have an emergency performance or someone will say we have a meet and greet in 15 minutes and my

routine

has been adapted to work in a situation of emergency. my foundation is Giorgio Armani, it doesn't feel like you have a whole cake on your face, especially once you've done a show and you're sweating a lot, you don't want to have to keep putting a lot of layers on top. eyelash extensions, this has been the most helpful situation when I have so many shows back to back, it just saves me a lot of time, my philosophy, particularly with Emma legal as a character, I try to make myself look as sad as possible and can possibly open my music Do I see a ballerina dancing there for me?
I tend to find that the less makeup I have on, the more kids feel like they can talk to me in terms of the colors I use on my face, they're all very pale and it's very bright and light, that's my base. I just look a little red because I'm a little hot, that's normal. So I just use a Mac studio pressed powder. This color is a little darker than my actual liquid foundation, but this color seems to work on stage, then the translucent powder just makes my skin not look so orange. Many photos on social media of families tagging the sight of my face and the color of my shirt are so bright.
I tend to see my face right away. I have two of everything because knowing me I lose something or break something even though I'm a dancer I'm pretty clumsy this is what I've been using to blush I don't really use any bronze art because most of the time on the show we get so hot that my face it gets colored anyway, but then I feel like once I'm done with rehearsal, once we're done with sound check, it goes away and then I tend to start using a more matte color right before the show. to bring out that chair, kind of a boutique, five kids love consistency and I think especially in the last three years I've been able to do my makeup a lot more similarly each time, it's good for them and it's actually a lot easier for me.
The next hourglass I use is ambient and I don't know why, but right away the first thing I do is put it on the top of my nose, sometimes just a little bit on the top of my lip. I just used a smaller brush to highlight the inside. In that area I have been using the cream foundation, it lasts much longer, especially in the four shows. I put the lightest one in the middle of the eye, the dark spot I put in the outer corners, so that's it and then the Anastasia brow pomade. I don't really wear this blonde color much because I used to be blonde.
I just dyed my hair red for fun about a month before they told me I was going to be a wiggler and then a month later they asked me. and I thought oh no, what color am I going to be so I ended up staying red and I feel like it's more of a man, I don't see myself as any other color than that of my eyebrows, I mean, I'll brush them if Being particular, like I am nowadays, I just do a very clean line, nothing too fancy and then fill it in with I put a little bit of glitter in my makeup just to give it that fairy tale feel and even my nails have a little bit of glitter because a lot of kids come to the show with the nails painted with the undulating colors they always want to show me.
The nails turned yellowish for you, so then I show them and then we have a little nail show. I have to lacquer them now because my quick changes are so fierce that they break and that always works for me, it's nice. basic color on top, I just put it everywhere, that makes what's underneath irrelevant. I'm not sure, so now I use lipstick over lipstick because it stays on longer and on the show it had a little bit of color. I would put this. Apply it over lipstick to make it last a little longer during the show and then pour on the one I've used for so many years.
It's great for everything, even if you get a bite or a rash or something, it just fixes it. I used it. on top and then I don't feel like my lips are dry during the show and then I weirdly rub it on my hand and that's it so I put on my makeup and then I have to go. I have to go to sound check I have to go to rehearsal once I'm done with rehearsal once I've done Sanjay and maybe I have some food I like to cook my lunch here Eckstein Veggie is very smoothie for tea I think Always I have been interested in sign language.
I grew up with two deaf friends who I pointed out to different objects in their house and they taught me sign language for those objects. Good to see you. Do you feel like it's a dance and I believe? As a dancer, I have always focused a lot on the visual. The Wiggles have always tried to combine actions with words, so in Rockabye, for example, everyone claps. All of those actions are exactly what you're singing, so that gestural field of sign language. Wiggles make children. from all over the world with so many different abilities U is a lovely sign from Eloise - we love Emma most of the time, if a child has an additional need we will meet them before the show, sometimes the crowds can be too loud too . a lot of people and that's why we can spend a quiet time with those children.
The beauty of the Wiggles is the fact that they have been able to talk to children in such a relaxed and informal way. I wonder what's going on here. right, it's a little black cat, you know, usually the tone of our voice doesn't really change between backstage and onstage, like, can you point your finger? can you do the turn? It's exactly how I'd ask you a little bit in real life. more energy and a little more excited, but the moment you start changing your kids' register, the kids start saying oh wait a second, that's not real, so the way I would talk to a kid It is the same one that we would be talking to an

entire

audience my caution is so strong I wear a long-sleeved shirt a skirt a petticoat a belt very thick black stockings different skirts different dresses many different tutors have you ever seen too many bones shoes that could change during a show I have ballet shoes and tap shoes Irish dancing shoes lots of different shoes for every occasion and then I'm about to confirm that I wear a wig on the wiggle show there has been a lot of chatter on all the different forums about whether it's my real hair or not initially at the beginning I was using my own hair and that's why it was quite confusing especially when people were watching the first weekly series compared to the second weekly series and this one I didn't have a week and this one I did yeah I use a wig and I don't just have one.
I'm about four weeks old now. Some to tour abroad. Some are satisfactory. The one I have at home all the time just in case for my hair. That's how curly when they discovered us we were becoming

wiggles

. They were dyeing my hair. We got a phone call saying you had to come back for the press. We didn't have time to let my hair dry naturally, so she blow dried it. When I came back for all my press photos my hair looked like this so I had to keep making it look like that and after about a year and a half my hair started falling out because I parted it in the same place every time. times. day and that's why I invested in a good week.
It's much easier to do a week and it gives a sense of consistency to the character in motion, even when we're filming in green screen, it's better that my hair looks the same and that it's flatter so it's easier to cut and the wigs and me and we all die together this is my weave when I wash my hair and when I wash weed I just wash with conditioner no shampoo I wash my hair three times in the shower and then I go out and put on this product called TCB so it's something you put on before you dry your hair and then I put on another serum called rose oil and those two products are just used during the week, that's it. you can't wear anything else during the week you can't even have perfume and then touch the wig week is very particular about what happens at Irit.
I use this S curve and another product called miracle. These products are really good at moisturizing my hair, this is so fun, so I loosely part my hair and then do a spiral twist. I only sleep on a silk pillowcase and that's why all my wigs travel with a silk scarf around them so they don't rub. plastic or other types of materials okay so I travel with satin feel good sorry it's not a Platt it's like a really easy twist because you don't want to be too harsh on your hair and then I have a weekly cap basically after It shows that this is wet from sweat, so I tend to carry one with me and put it up here, trying to make it as flat as possible.
I'm going to leave that week there, I'll wear it this week. I'm traveling for more than a week. I have my tour week and my filming week and you can see Turing's wig. It is made within a few miles. This tool I only use one of these. I call them a dog brush because it looks like a brush that you use. on your dog, but they're like an explorer brush, so I'll show you how to curl them, wait, sorry, I'll do it quick. I don't really curl them into a modern curl, it's like an old comb.
I let the partner sit at the table, the curl sets in the cool air and then lasts much longer, so I just get rid of it, so we'll pretend that she's cold and it's catching me, so I usually put the week in the In the queues ofhorse, I find it's easier to find where the center is and then I try to brush a little during the week to separate the curl and it starts to get a little softer. I usually put three new pins on the left side and a bobby pin right here I sit it and then I grab all the rest of the hair and put it together into a pony.
My trick is to get a bobby pin, take some of the front hair and pull it through the front. hairline and soften the hairline as much as I can and that is the done side, the right side is under the bangs to make it easier to pin. I put two bobby pins on the right side and I just put a pin somewhere on the top here because the loops will sit on that if I'm doing forts, which are a very quick belly roll and right now I'm doing about eight, where the week starts to move, so I hold it up a little more, it's the reason why at ballet you have your hair up. a bun so that when you turn and see your head you don't get distracted or take the weight off your center of gravity, we wanted something to look elegant, but I still needed it to be together so I can dance in the show when I do pirouettes, I get These are in my face on the microphone all the time and now I turn better with my hair on my knees because I'm used to feeling the weight on my own head. and now for the boat I make all my own bows or my mom sometimes makes them this kid I've had for about three years they all have their own personalities and a lot of kids come to the show here there are bow ties it's just what I use for the hairpins on the ship you shouldn't do that with the teeth either and that's the bow my earrings and that I've basically transformed this is me just in a different way I'm ready for the shirt I take this little bag kids they are very serious, they are very clear and they know exactly what they like and one of the best things about the program is that if the child is not interested, they will turn around, go get a snack, talk to mom and dad, so you really have to get them from the beginning and they will tell you whether they like it or not.
Our show lasts about an hour and is packed. It is filled with lots of live music dancing. It's interactive. We all played the musical. instruments ourselves I play the drum the most surprising thing about being a Wiggles you can play yourself you have your own name you are not playing a character in wiggle dances like I danced I do sign language I play the drums and they all the interest they would have already had even if it wasn't illegal and I think it makes you more relaxed within your legal Emma persona because you don't have to do anything you don't feel comfortable doing.
I do not do. any warm up for my voice, I never really trained as a singer, most of the program for me is about telling stories through songs; most songs now are in my range of narration, sometimes I don't have to jump too high or too low before the show I do a little ballet barre warm up just to warm up my body warming up it's like a vibrating platform my body is much better when everything is bad but for me it doesn't take much time with this and the costume between shows in North America there is a lot more time to relax today we have three shows we have done - as you can see my weeks just look at this one so I'm ready To kill that I touch up my makeup between every show and it's really just a little bit of powder and maybe some of the glitter in my eyes that has sunk into the creases from sweat when the shows are over.
I can finally pack up my costume, the most important part for me is Packing up my things for the week, going to bed now, making sure it's okay, curls are pinned, okay, sometimes outside the stage door , we families greet and take a photo, then I will remove the Chinese makeup and makeup first and then we will. I will travel to the next place and as soon as I get to the hotel I will check it out as a bar and then sit at the bar for about half an hour tonight. I have steamed vegetables, seven avocados and a little oil, and now.
I'm ready for dinner bon appetite at night I use the kora organics facial cleanser or sometimes if I still have a little bit of makeup on I use the turmeric scrub just to exfoliate a little bit of that base off my face and then taste the oil with my rose quartz heart and that's it so it's 11 o'clock a little late so I'm going to bed with you
