The power vacuum created a bunch of pretty weird builds, most of which ended up being nerfed in the final Ice Age balance patch. But still, some of the most interesting and unique builds of all time were part of the Quaternary meta, so I think it's time to finally create the Ice Age

simply because almost every construct that went extinct can be blamed directly or indirectly on humans.

Humans unlocking projectile weapons gave them such an oppressive advantage over the large mammals, that they became completely unstoppable on any server that lacked proper counters. But since you should already be fully aware of what OP humans are like, we'll skip them in this tier list and talk about the other big builds in the Ice Age meta. As always, we'll start from the bottom of the tier list and work our way up from there. In level F we have the alias Megaloceros. the construction of the giant deer. This build holds the record for the most evolution points allocated to the antlers skill.

I've talked about the concept of diminishing returns before on this channel, for example talking about how the poison dart frog has toxins that are strong enough to drop an elephant, is probably a bit of a stretch. But in that case it's not that being too poisonous is a problem, it's just that some of those evolution points would probably have been better spent elsewhere. But in the case of giant deer, this level of antler growth is not only excessive, it is generally harmful. First, antlers have a significant equipment loading cost. Running, fighting, or really any everyday action takes more stamina when loaded with heavy antlers.
