I went on and figured all that out, so I'd say I didn't care until the last few years and I realized how important it was. It's definitely been a rule that I keep nice now, this routine of making sure my face looks good and feels good. I've probably had acne and it's usually in the T zone. um, I try not to like it at all, um sometimes that's hard, now the next step is the drunk elephant sunscreen.

I like to put on sunscreen because not only is it important to keep your skin looking fresh, but I have lupus so being in the sun is a little difficult for me, so I like to put on sunscreen in 30 spf classes when you're taking care of yourself. your skin. your body, your mind and your soul just because they think everything is connected, so I notice that when I get stressed or something, I tend to flare up more or not, I get lazy with my routine, so I feel like it's been I've become just a part of it and just deal with whatever I have that next day.
