we at in this lol we're working on it um i don't think married life is definitely it's a journey um it's a lot of work um and it definitely puts a lot of perspective on the growth you need have on yourself um and so I think we're in a great place and I also really love Seattle it's growing on me a lot um I'm currently in my favorite apartment that I've ever lived anywhere and mind you being in this city with this view, having the ability to do all of these things so close uh it has definitely put a lot on uh it has put a positive light on Seattle so I'm in an awesome place Zach how are you doing things? um you know what made you want to propose to Bliss so quickly well my life is going amazing huh but yeah I mean I just knew I mean the second I saw her. my first thought was uh-oh like I was like uh oh because I knew right away when I saw Bliss that everything was there, you know and I already knew that we had this deep intellectual connection and it was after we finished things that I really had a lot of time to reflect on how perfect she is uh and uh yeah i mean once we met in person um it came pretty quickly i needed i needed a little more information uh to make uh that call and i don't know how much it shows uh or how it shows, but um, I knew, obviously, pretty quickly that he was, he was pretty ready, yeah, Paul, for you, where are you and Micah now?

Do you regret? say no at the altar no to begin with I certainly don't regret it um yes he definitely told My Truth at the time and that's all I can ask of myself um yes as far as moving on um we were in some sort of conversation trying to figure out what capacity we can be in each other's lives if there is um yeah um so TBD and lastly I just want to say I love watching guys talk about their feelings and emotions and you know what

're still masculine it's fine to do, but I have to point out in particular, uh, Brett Kwame and Marshall, watching black men talk about their emotions.

Brett, you seemed like the big brother in the equation, which I love to see. What does that mean for you as blacks? men to show that we really can because I know it's not something in our culture to do it so it's beautiful to see it helps drive the needle forward so I just wanted to talk about it real quick we could start with Brett yeah um good , once again, I'm glad that what you know is coming true and yeah, and it's something that I'm personally very, very proud of because you know that as black men in the black community, I feel like we're given a lot of specific lanes of how we're portrayed in all sorts of media um and i'm happy to be a part of something that we've had the chance to show a different side of us and i hope you get to know the audience appreciate it or appreciate it on a larger scale.

and I think having that space in a show like this is an absolutely beautiful thing.
