From your data, we are currently at about a 30 deployment of iOS 14.5, it is about May 9 and May 8 when I record this video and it is expected that by mid-May we will have about a 60 deployment of iOS 14.5. of adoption of how many people are actually upgrading their phone now because of the early stats, we're seeing a five percent acceptance rate, yes, a five percent acceptance rate of people actually enabling iOS 14.5 and allowing Facebook to track them Yeah, that's just out of this world now that's crazy that's really bad but it's okay because we're going to get through this and I'm going to show some things with you in this video that you really know what you can do and how you can keep going. tracking some things and looking at attribution analysis and stuff and getting some of that back, but with all this going on, you know I'm not going to put my tinfoil hat on here, but just the big macro overlooking where my head is at .

stores more and that way everything is in the app so they can still track It doesn't take them outside of the app so I really think that's one of the ways you know they're just an example that could potentially solve this problem right here and that way everything is in the app we're not using external tracking Nothing like that. how far can we continue to do that ethically outside of iOS 14.5 now again, I just put on my tinfoil hat and invent different circumstances, you know, and different things like that that could be happening and also I really believe that Apple will probably leave to see how to make your own ad platform, you know, between having an apple, a desktop or a laptop, macbook, airpods, mouse, keyboard, all these things, Apple has its own little ecosystem and I really think they are trying to shut it down and this is just another bite at the ad tracking data attribution market share there are already rumors that Apple and it has been shown that Apple is launching their own attribution software why are they launching attribution software by what they come out and show Apple ads now that it's already enabled once you update 2014.5, while facebook snapchat and all that is already excluded, so those are just a few key things to think about if you really believe this about privacy, This is not at all about privacy, Apple has cornered the market in all one way and I really think they are preparing to make a big change and you know, create their own ecosystem completely and of advertisers and so on, and they know their own advertising platform, etc., that's also a good thing for advertisers. because to feed that system we're going to need advertisers and as an advertiser you're going to need to know that you can still use the same tactics that you used on Facebook on Apple's advertising platform so if that happens we'll still be fine so regardless of what happens ?

We will be fine. And how you look at this, you can look at it with a growth mindset or you can look at it like it's the worst. I hate all this. I'm suffering. It depends how. you look at it and what glass you put on what pair of glasses you put on is how it's going to turn out, so if you keep positioning this as the worst thing you've ever done, your Facebook ad results will suffer, your customers will leave you, your business will slow down. If you have an eCommerce business, you need to be able to look at this with an open and growth mindset.

How can we grow from this? And that's exactly what I'm going to show you now. How are we handling it? this and how you can grow from this specific thing here first you need a third party attribution software so the wicked reports that I can show you here runs around 500 a month but the good thing is it beats the update att so You've probably heard a lot about Alex Becker from Jairo. They also do this based on our personal preferences. I prefer the perverse reports, but I'll eventually make a video comparing the two together. I also make a video that discusses evil reports. and all the interesting things about it, but the interesting thing about the wicca reports is that they surpass the att update.
If you go to your website they will tell you that it doesn't do anything and it's because here's what the evil reports are it just shows where the cell came from and up to what ad so the wiki reports connect to the ad conversion of Facebook, like the kind of third-party integrations and stuff, where we can get all that Facebook data into wiki reports and Wiki reports connect to all of your apps, Shopify, etc. and they simply show and track a person over time, for example if someone clicked on your ad three months ago and just made a purchase a day from an email you sent.
They'll attribute that cell to that ad that they saw three months ago if you're viewing it based on last click if you're viewing or based on first click if you're viewing it based on last click, it'll attribute that cell to the email and then you can even see sort of holistic intermediate like approach for the marketing side so you can see exactly where the cells are coming from because for me all I care about is the first click on where we are spending the money where we get those first cells from so that's a big thing for me, so you can see exactly where your cells are coming from and all it will say is like you know Facebook ads, you know, the top of the funnel campaign. ad set purchase 30 days, I'll add the number five and say add the number five, three purchases, that's all that's going to show and that way we can see over time that we can still get those attributions, so a campaign might not be profitable in Ads Manager. it's showing very profitable and wicked reports that will prevent us from turning it off and if we turn it off we will obviously see a huge decrease in sales so wiki reports are awesome.
I definitely recommend booking a demo call with them. on your webinar on your website and just watching it is a little pricey, you'll want to spend at least 500 a month on this specific thing, so if you spend at least 10 grand a month it's worth it, maybe five big. a month, you meet some people even just 3 km away, depending on where their robots are and all that. Something else to look at is click magic, which I personally haven't used yet, but I've seen a lot of people talk about. about it very positively, which does essentially the same thing, but for a cheaper price, I think for 75 bucks a month, you can click on magic and it does literally the same thing as evil reports, but I definitely just review it on comparison to find out which one.
It makes more sense to you, so you need a third-party attribution software and it will help you a lot in overcoming data loss because we could see a 95 percent decrease in the data that Facebook receives because of the you know that only five percent. of people opted to track now, another thing is that Facebook can still track the highest event you set in its aggregated event measurement tool, for example, if someone opts out and makes a purchase on your website. will only allow an event to return to Facebook when they click, so if I see an ad today, I opt out of tracking and then make that purchase on that ad today or within a 24-hour period, whichever event is higher I configured. in the ads manager it will be sent back to the ads manager so if a higher level event is purchased I would highly recommend it to everyone who watches this channel because they are ecommerce we will send that event back to the ads manager ads, so that's a good thing, but if you sell very high priced products or it may take a few days to get through the cell, then that will be a problem, but again, it's based on attribution, not retargeting, so Say, for example, if someone signs up they don't make a sale, you know they don't buy within one or seven days, but they make a sale 30 days later because they see a retargeting ad.
That's a whole different story and I'll have a whole new video on how exactly the difference between attribution and retargeting time frames because some people confuse them, so be sure to check out my channel as well. I already have videos about this. This should already be done, but check your domain. Set up your event measurement tool. correctly and then also to make sure that you have server-side tracking and I'm going to have videos on those three things that should have already been done months ago. Now we delve into this. What are we doing first? Best creatives you need. better creatives with ios 14.5 you want to be able to maximize your ability to convert traffic so really invest and dig into better creatives, better ad copy, higher producing creatives and creatives are crushing it right now and keeping up with that because It won't just be posting a photo of your product and getting sales.
You're really going to delve into marketing tactics and marketing psychology, which I thrive on. I'm a nerd for all that. I love those things. A lot, so this is the opportunity for us to grow and expand in this particular area and our business is something that I've really been focusing on. Next up is more video content, so the nice thing about that is if anyone opts out. tracking, you can still retarget them for video views because it's on Facebook's own platform, so if we do more video content, we can make a kind of video funnel that we lead with an ad at the top of the funnel that we know that is converting at least a percentage of people, so let's say for example we know that 50 of our buyers are coming from that video right there and we're converting as a whole because a lot of people are up and out, but we know a lot of people that comes from that video then we can spend more on that video and then we can also retarget that video based on a percentage of video viewed and then we can make a funnel so that the first video is more like an introduction to the product, the second video is a reaction. video, then the third video is a retargeting of that second video by doing an unboxing of that product, then the fourth video is a retargeting ad of that third video through plus a testimonial that really sells the key points of why you need this product, like this that this is something that's cool, I was doing stacked video sequences so there are some videos on youtube about that, search for just video view retargeting, learn the key how you can do video view retargeting and then from the video review retargeting, start creating video funnels with a few different videos that address different key points of the sales process and walk the buyer through the sales process from when they are not fully aware of your product or something until they are completely aware and, hey, let's buy, so more video content has been super crucial. for us and obviously just stay up to date stay up to date with things happening weekly this is a completely new environment this is a blue ocean it's no longer a red ocean this is a completely blue ocean that we're all sailing through so make sure you stay up to date about things happening week to week, so stay up to date with everything as best you can.
