I think that's what really sets it apart from a lot of other tandem meals I have. It's how fragrant it is. I know I just ate two bowls of ramen, which is pretty tasty, but I thought I'd give it a try. its classic too, so this is itThe broth the owner started with is a Tokyo version of tonkatsu broth and I'm told it has pork and chicken here. Oh, look at that liquid silk and of course their signature face-sized chashu, which I absolutely love. I appreciate and normally when you eat tonkatsu ramen in Japan because it was created in Fukuoka so you normally see very thin ramen noodles like you would see at ippudo or ichiran but this is really different than anything else that is delicious it's a little less silky. than what you will find in ippudo, maybe a little oilier, it is not as heavy as the broths in each arm, but it tastes very very good and what I like about these noodles is actually very very safe, you can try the chicken that is also in this body.
The broth itself is lighter than the other tonkatsu places I've been to, but the flavor is stronger. I think I still prefer tanjan miyam because that's my problem.
