This is a cool herb. Let's Rock. Labels won't catch me. Japanese food is just like Chinese food and the only reason I know that is because my only Korean friend told me that this modern flavor is breaking eight minutes to go, I was going to do like a creamy yogurt and maybe some bits of lamb, what are those burnt smelling crepes? I burned my rice like 100 burnt. I need it, I'm sorry, guys, get closer to the last minute, Mary, last minute, 90 seconds to go, come on, come on, come on, we should be looking at the plates. four nine eight seven six five four three two one and serve mary today i made a pan landline it has a garam masala crust underneath it is grilled aubergine puree i am looking at my plate and wishing i had my basmati rice to myself, just missing that right now I'm really nervous it's so well done the spices aren't overpowering it's delicious it really is so tender it's great omg they love it maybe the rice is overrated skip it please so which here i made a little take a tandoor chicken you have a honey riyada with some pistachios it made the chicken a little spicier and then i glazed it with a little bit of honey at the end very tender that's very good yeah it was delicious what i love about this dish instantly says indian cuisine um i might go with the red team blue team i have to say i think they both have um strengths to them um but im going to have to go with the tandoori chicken blue team well done good start we couldn't e n at least get a tie uh one point for blue next thai kitchen with the blue rogue team taking an early lead now it's time for nedra to take on her old teammate and nemesis janelle another place i got here um a good curry broth and some fried squid ari fried squid i dont see much in thailand wanted to make something out of the box the squids are well cooked but i dont get much herbs or other flavors this is very seasoned flavors have never been cooked i cooked thai before so it is ok hi janelle plz i wanted to make just a nice steamed halibut i made a lemongrass coconut broth which is just gorgeous this is a clever reinterpretation of a classic thai dish really oh thats fantastic really like it really has that vibrancy what and leave me alone mmm that's delicious come on the fish is soaking up the flavors of the coconut milk i think this is extraordinary like seriously equ i type red or team blue i have to say team red what really thank you great job great job and what i also appreciated about that dish is that you knew when to stop and when not to add more to it.

I think you did a beautiful job ok whatever thanks next with jenelle beating nandra the score is tied now time to see. who will win the battle of greece come on anthony or cindy cindy please present your plate uh today i made a stuffed chicken roulade and a mint orzo salad wow this is delicious the chicken is very well done it is beautifully seasoned thank you anthony please i have a seared lamb the sauce underneath is a plain greek yoghurt with plum and mint very well cooked yes that lamb is like butter the plum is like muddying the flavors a bit red team or blue team just say red team thank you good job thank you very good job yes two to one we have this in the bag uh last pairing japanese cuisine is the final round and with the women up by one zach will have to beat susan to force a tie susan please i made a white miso dashi with bok

a seared sesame seed crusted ahi stir fry with a daikon ponzu salad on top it's very that's fantastic it's a very good dish thank you chef it really blends on the palette great thank you love my plate there is no way zach is going to beat me that's exactly why i called you zach it's alright zach zach either tie or we lose right now it's all up to you. he's baichui what you mean by choi food my sauce is uh soy sauce don't you see that's what i'm saying this on top is a fried herb leaf um not really sure what herb it is this is my first time actually doing Japanese cooking I don't see much chicken on Japanese menus for sure this looks very home style um I think when you eat the noodles with the chicken it all comes together so I may not know these ingredients but I know the taste I know the taste and it tastes pretty good the chicken is a bit dry uh to me it's more chinese than japanese so it is if i was looking for anything japanese i have to say i would be a bit disappointed if it's the red team or the blue team that's a no brainer that's the red team thank you very much good job susan yay i got the point for the red team we won once again great job good job got a new member still came with the challenge he
