the only thing I'm worried about is I usually use oil and like I can't buy that package for free, I don't know what I'm going to do to replace it, but obviously I know the eggs come in a box so I'm going to try to swap the eggs for a flax egg and I know I'm going to be looking at a lot of things in the aisle of bulk products, so it might be a little tricky, it will be fun, although I hope we have a cake at the end instead of using milk.

Making my own cashew milk by simply mixing cashews and water. I don't have a source of fat for my cake, so I'll have to come up with some kind of substitute for the butter or oil that comes in a package. We have mini chocolate. peanut butter cups maybe you can melt them and add them to the cake. This can be my chocolate fountain. My source of sweetness and my source of fat. It could actually work to make a really sweet chocolate cake. This is new territory for me. I'm not sure if this is going to work.

I've seen some recipes where people make chocolate avocado pudding and I think I could do something like that to make a frosting for the cake. I'm nervous about some of the changes I'm making. making but I'm excited to see how it turns out guys, it's time to start baking. I have two jars of these mini peanut butter cups and I'm going to melt one because I want to save the other one first for maybe a frosting. I'm going to sift all the dry ingredients together. I'm also going to prepare my flax egg. This is a very good substitute for vegans, but I am using it to reduce our waste.

It's like something slimy. an egg consistency would be. Now I'm going to mash my very ripe banana. I'm going to make some cashew milk and I just put some water and cashews in here so I made the cashew milk and then I added some coffee beans. You're getting really fancy with this and I know I played it a little safer with my cake, but I only have a bucket of banana in my trash bin. Who is the expert? Now she's still her. I'm not the expert, so now I'm going to add my melted chocolate peanut butter cups, yum.
I'm measuring the avocado and now I'm going to mix it all together so it's smooth and doesn't have any chunks of avocado. Can you taste the avocado? I'm making a layer cake. I'm sure both cakes will turn out delicious. I must say they look very good, yes they look great too. I'm just nervous because Son wasn't going to come out of the pan, it worked when the cakes came out of the oven. I was relieved that they stood up, but they seem a little dense, so I'm a little worried about whether they're hard inside or not. I still have many left. I have some chocolate peanut butter cups left and I really don't want to waste them, so I'm thinking about melting them and using them as frosting for my cake.
There are still some pieces left, but the residual heat will disappear. Melt them to make the ganache frosting first. I made a chocolate ganache with chocolate chips and cashew milk and then took the avocado and blended it until very light and fluffy. Once the ganache is cool enough, I'll mix them together and then. beat them even more. I can't even taste avocado. I don't know how much fat is in these peanut butter cups so I hope it works as a ganache, a good chocolate ganache, you can't go wrong, what are they? In doing so, I simply trimmed the domes of my cake to level them out a bit and now I'm crumbling them into smaller pieces and toasting them in the oven to add a nice crunchy texture to the cake. that's very smart while we wait for them to roast, I'm going to make some coffee with the coffee beans I bought, so what's the coffee for?
I'm just going to make some hot coffee to spread on top. of the cake layers to add a little more moisture and more flavor. I'm going to start assembling my cake instead of using a disposable piping bag. I like to decorate my cakes with an offset spatula, you can still get many different designs and textures. That way, for the second layer, I like to turn it upside down like that, so the flat side is on top. I'm going to keep it relatively thinner on the sides just because I don't want the frosting to be overpowering, so my cake is I put my ganache turned into a chocolate shell, but that's okay, I don't really have anything else to add on top, oh, I have these things, maybe I could like a little, oh, you know, this could be really cool.
I'm going to put a little abstract design on there, it's like Stonehenge or something, so now that my crumbs are nice and toasty, I'm going to put them in the coffee grinder and grind them into a powder that looks really nice. Thank you. Did you mean? I was very impressed with Alex's efforts because he hasn't created any plastic waste so far and the only things in his trash can are all compostable. Now I'm going to decorate the top with the lemon that I used before. and just put in a little bit of lemon zest that way it's not completely wasted and that's it.
Overall, I am very happy with how the cake turned out. I really like the way it looks, but again we haven't cut it, so I don't know if it's going to be dense or dry. I am actually very satisfied with this cake. I'm excited to try it. I think it will have a good amount of chocolate flavor. Not the best execution, but points for creativity aside from the parchment paper fiasco. I think I did a pretty good job of course, we can't let these cakes go to waste so we'll have some people try them and see how they taste.
When I was cutting the parchment, I made a little mistake, but I thought we could use it as napkins. Oh I am, it's good, it's moist, it's very moist, it doesn't even need that much chocolate on top. I feel that the taste of peanut butter is very useful. Oh wow, layers, wow, okay, I like it. not too sweet, I feel accomplished, I mean, you didn't even create a piece of plastic waste, which is amazing, there's nothing like zero waste taste, except turtles, foreign dogs.
