Jabra Elite 75t vs. AirPods Pro: 3 months later

When it comes to wireless earbuds, there are many options to choose from and two of the most popular are the Airport Pro and the Jabra

elite

75t. I've been using them for several

months

and this is a real talk on how they work. Analyze how they perform and what the experience has been like over the past few

months

so you can decide which one is best for you first. The big difference is of course the price of the airport Pro - two hundred and fifty dollars in the US while the helicopters are one hundred and eighty dollars and the next big difference is that there is active noise cancellation at airports and only cancellation passive noise at work.

I'll talk more about that in a moment, as well as the design and overall comfort. Things like that in addition to full functionality, but I want to start by saying what the most important part of any wireless system is: the sound quality of all, so when you take them out of the box and start listening to music, the default sound profile on both it's good. However, I put the unemployed in my ears and suddenly the default profile is so shocking. Oh, there's a lot more bass and I can really hear the vocals, highs and mids quite clearly.

The airport professional is good, but compared to what I can hear. at work, I just prefer this sound much more alone on the default settings. That said, you can also modify the default sound profile on workers. There are many different presets within the Sound Plus app. The airport pro has an adaptive equalizer. so it changes constantly depending on a number of different variables, but it sounds a little duller than the work, doesn't mean it's bad, it just means it's more neutral, another part of sound quality that's really important to talk about It's of course active versus passive noise cancellation because that influences how music and other things sound in your ears.

I thought this was a no-brainer when I looked at it on paper, honestly the active noise cancellation is so good on the

airpods

. Pro, it just drowns out a lot of the outside world, but overall the design of the Jabra just means that the seal is very tight, so the passive noise isolation does a great job of blocking out the outside world and most of the time I do not do it. I don't miss having active noise cancellation. I would really choose the airport pro if my main use case was wanting ANC and traveling and moving around a lot, but for the most part I think the helicopters do a great job even though I don't have ANC, there is also a mode that allows input from the outside world, so it's the transparency mode on the airport Pro and here at work I had three months with the Edwards Pro where I said I just didn't use it.

I used it once or twice and found it a little disorienting, but honestly, I've really come to understand the use case for transparency mode in this current situation when I work from home and need to be able to hear more. The external world around me, like the doorbell ringing or someone trying to get my attention, that's why I really love the transparency mode in airport pro and I think it sounds much more natural in the airport than its equivalent here. Through resolution at work and making calls, airports have always been good for making calls. Jabra is the older version of these.

The 65 was not good for calls and fortunately has improved a lot with the design and microphone array. on the 75 T I don't think it's as good as the calls on the airport purchase because callers comment that my voice was a little more isolated, but they did say that Jabra made my voice a little more dynamic and just a little louder overall, okay, apologies for this selfie video, but this is audio from the professional interior situation of the airport, there is not much other sound that can be a little echo here just because the ceilings are very high, it is Well, I switched to his job. this is the sound coming from the beings microphone again, same situation inside, a little echo, see which one sounds better to you, okay, let's talk about the design and controls so you already know that the Air Pods Pro have a root that you can click on. the stem to be able to change the tracks activates the transparency mode a and C everything good the jars have a physical button that you can press and that has several different options, you will be able to have the ability to change the button settings controls will arrive at some point in this year and I really can't wait because I love the level of customization you get in the app for everything else, so it makes sense that you can change the buttons to do whatever you want. what you want in terms of overall fit, they are both quite comfortable, the airport Pro, although they don't fit my ear as well as the jobbers and I said before that I have very small ear canals and only the ear tips that are provided on the Pro From the airport.

They're just not small enough to create a truly airtight seal, the Jabras just do a very good job for my particular airway shape and stay on much better, especially if I'm exercising, so they both allow you to take one out of the ear. and the music stops and you can use the Airport Pro independently. Jabra, although you can only use the correct earbud independently, not only do you have to use touch controls on both earbuds, they also work with them. voice assistance, but this one, if you're on iOS, it's going to be much better to use Airports Pro because of that activation that you can do with your voice.

I'm not going to say the trigger word, I don't want to start. your voice assistant by accident, but it's much smoother on the air pods Pro rather than having to press a button at work to start your voice assistant, although you can use Alexa, Google's assistant, or Siri, another feature really small but underrated. What I've really enjoyed over the last few months about Jabra is that it has multi-device connectivity and actually talks in your ear when connected to more than one device. For me, the cases don't offer much to talk about. Actually the points of difference I'm interested in is that the build quality feels a little better on professional airport workers overall, not bad, just doesn't feel as premium as airport wireless charging in this case too . whereas the Elite 75 T don't have that in this case, although there is a model that has wireless charging and lightning versus USBC again, depending on the ecosystem you are using, that will make a difference for you, okay, let's talk about everything else.

Battery life and connectivity start with connectivity. Now, the Airport Pro's chip is so seamless in terms of connecting to Apple devices, which is a big part of why I like using the Airport Pro that said Bluetooth five at work. Rose has been excellent, I mean there's really only been very sporadic occasions where she's dropped out when she hasn't been working at home previously in the last few months when she's been in the office commuting to work. I didn't really notice many dropouts at all. Actually, just in the last week when I logged on to a computer, I noticed a few more dropouts from the unemployed than the airport professionals, so the battery life has actually varied a bit over the last three months .

Pro when I started using them, I actually got around five hours of listening time with active noise cancellation on since then. I've had a little less overall charging time with the Airport Pro with ANC on, it's closer to four and now half an hour, Jabra is also pretty similar in terms of battery change between the first few months I used it and now Seven and a half hours is the list time Jabra says you'll get on a single charge. on the headphones that was pretty consistent, I was getting a little over seven hours on a work listening charge and now I'm getting probably six and a half, six and three quarter hours of which there are a couple of other nice touches that they have the Joker and what I miss on the Airport Pro for example, the app for the chatterboxes and that's on iOS and Android, you can adjust the sound profile, the equalizer, as I mentioned, there's also a soundscape feature which is something nice if you listen to your headphones as you're falling asleep or

at night when you want a more relaxing soundscape, for example, instead of watching Spotify, Apple music, whatever you have for a nighttime playlist that you can put it as if it were incredible white noise.

The sound of the ocean escaping, my personal favorite. I like the sound of the beach. It is really nice. I think it's a nice touch. Although what I miss when using airport pro compared to unemployed is that there is no consolidated way to change everything, yes. You can swipe down from the control center and yes, you can go to settings. I just wish I had a central place to do it. It may not be a big deal to you, but I love being able to tweak settings and change things in an easy way. interface as I can at work so now it comes down to which of these headphones I'm going to choose most of the time for me most of the time I choose the chatter.

I love the sound of these much more than the default sound profile in the airport test and I love the powerful bass. I love being able to hear a lot more in my music.
