I'm about to do growth training with Joe. It's like 3:30 p.m. m. I actually did the

yesterday and if you saw my Instagram story, you'd already know that I didn't press record or anything. It happened with my camera and it didn't save the video that was the highlight of my day yesterday. The fit is from Gymshark and I will have all the links to the sets I am using in the description. I love it, it's such good quality. It makes me look so curvy and beautiful and I'm obsessed, let's get into the workout she's doing like a boppy walk, I guess to keep your heart rate up to burn more calories, my pace is atrocious, this is too fast, I really don't I've done.

I've started sweating so far, one minute and 37 seconds later, I'm definitely sweating now, hey, what do I feel? I'm writing, she is an absolute trooper. I just took something out. I'm literally soaked. Do I look good while doing this? Alright? I don't know if you guys can tell I'm wild with sweat right now, you can literally see the sweat on my back, so a couple of things about the workout were super easy to follow. I really liked how happy she was the whole time and I was. I also really liked that she was actually sweating like she was dripping sweat because normally fitness youtubers sweat a little bit but it doesn't even look like they are struggling but she looked like she was struggling a little bit so it made me feel a lot better, it felt much more real when I normally do cardio.
I will have an asthma attack from literally running because I get so much heartburn that like I can't breathe, I really struggled, don't get me wrong. I know it was working because she was sweating, but I didn't like feeling like I needed to have an asthma attack, which was great, so I applaud the training. I really enjoyed it and it was a lot of fun, but I'm definitely happy. No more, my most recent healthy breakfast obsession has been eggs with pesto. I just use a jar of pre-made pesto, put it in the pan and crack the eggs into it and it's as easy as that.
I love serving it with some mushrooms and some whole ones. grain toast I can't even describe to you how good this breakfast tastes, you just have to try it for yourself, it's addictive, where I live I unfortunately got bit by the lockdown virus, obviously, I can't go to the gym or anything anymore, so this goes It's going to be my only exercise for the next seven days, so I'm really glad I have something to do or I literally would have been speechless about how cute this outfit is, I got skinny in the morning, I love this, it's the new butterfly pattern and has the small butt brunch, these will be some of my 100 new favorite workout leggings.
I also love the bra. I would say it is medium. I'm definitely hitting a plateau right now though, so let's get into the workout, my favorite. oh, I feel good, okay, I'm here with Murray today and he's going to try the training with me. I'm wearing the new Adapt leggings which I love and the top is from his vital range which came out recently, okay let's go high. Five of us are just making pesto pasta with peas mom is the mastermind behind this this is mom pretending to add the pesto because she did it when I was leaving now I'm adding the garlic, peas and onion and then I'm going to add cream, mom actually learned this from me, no I didn't, yes you did, I don't even know if it will taste good, that was half of it, slide it all in, might as well be shaved parmesan, I just put like As much as I wanted method, put in as much as you want, stir it up and that's dinner, this is my breakfast this morning, I just have some banana, flaxseed, oats, honey and natural peanut butter, okay, my goodness, I look like hell, It's the fourth day.
I have to be honest, I don't feel like doing this at all. I'm going to play my own music and I hope that motivates me because I don't feel motivated. I'm wearing a nice gym shark that fits underneath, but I'm going to leave this on until I warm up. I always get comments from people asking me how I stay so motivated and honestly it's not really motivation, it's just forcing myself to do the exercise when I don't feel like doing it because I know I'll feel better after doing it. Also, filming these videos keeps me motivated so thank you all, I'm so glad I thought that was actually going to drag on because I wasn't in the mood.
I'm going to distract you so I decided to put on a podcast oh podcasts keep me entertained so it was actually really quick once I put on a podcast I just put on happy hour with Lucy and Nikki one of my recent saves the day four, day five, guys, no. I'm going to lie, I'm getting pretty bored of doing the same exercise every time my ankles hurt a lot so I don't know, I'm pretty sure it's because of this softness when I step back I think I'm bending my ankle a little ankle. too much so I'm going to take it easy on those I have a cramp in my foot I'm fine not going to lie guys I'm so sick of doing the same exercise I'm bored with one I just want to try something else even though it was a lot of fun the first few times I need something else now I'm over it a little.
I discovered that grow with joe has What I Eat in a Day on his channel, so I thought following him for That Day would be a little fun, right? She said she lost about 20 pounds after her pregnancy thanks to intermittent fasting. He doesn't eat until 12:30. This exercise was really relaxing and super easy to do. basically all this lying down which is exactly what I wanted to do oh my god that would have been bad I would say it's more of a core and butt workout and I was definitely feeling the burn if you can't tell that's what it feels like. It's funny I only started sweating towards the end and it definitely wasn't something I needed to shower after so if you just want a really super quick and easy workout I think this one is awesome oh we did it yeah she had a carrot. juice and I couldn't find carrot juice and I don't have a juicer either so I had to buy just a premade juice but this one has no added sugar it has apple, banana, passion fruit, plum and lemon with natural green botanicals.
OMG that's really good, I don't think this will keep me active for long, although in her, what I eat in a day, I had an acai bowl. I couldn't find any acai in my supermarket, but I did find some frozen. berries, so I'm going to make a smoothie bowl and I'm going to put the same ingredients in it that she had, so I'm going to make the salmon. She seems to eat salmon in abundance, so I have this Tasmanian salmon with herbs and lemon that I'm going to make, she has it as a salad with apple slices, which sounds delicious, so I'll do that too.
I definitely overcooked the salmon. So it could be that the calorie calculation is different on each watch.
It could also have to do with the intensity she was doing with her heart rate. It has to do with a lot of different things so I'm still very happy with 423 calories I mean that's like a good breakfast 423 calories so it's like I burned my breakfast which is amazing and most importantly not It's not how many calories you burn, but how you feel when you exercise. Oh, we did and here is my body on the first day versus my body on the morning of the eighth day. to grow with Joe's walking training , I don't think the difference between my before and after is that drastic, but of course, it's only a week, you need to do something consistently to see real results, something I regret is doing the same thing. exercise every day for a week, but yeah that's something I would recommend is changing the workout, she has so many on her channel she has dance workouts, walking workouts, abs workouts, butt workouts, though in the end I got a little bored when I started, I thought it was a really fun exercise to do and also super simple and easy to follow, which is great.
It's not that you need a huge amount of coordination to do this exercise. I don't know if she came up with walking exercises, but I think it's great that she came up with something that you can do in the comfort of your home when you don't have the option to go for a walk outside. I love how motivating she is in the videos. She is so happy that she really understands you. so my final thought is that I really enjoy growing up with Joe's channel.
