I won't talk much about the show now because you guys will see it later. In the video, I spoke to Bianca about it and she explains the different programs and what they can do for you, but I was very happy with my results after the first four weeks and this eight week program has changed my life. This video actually came out on the same day that Bianca just launched her online program for you guys to be able to complete the same workouts that I've been doing for the last eight weeks, how exciting is it that, without further ado, let's get into the video from week five, day one, here we go.

I was already seeing a lot of improvement in the last four weeks, which motivated me so much in the first week that I couldn't even jog and look at me now, Bianca was still pushing me to my absolute limits, although she made sure there wasn't a moment. where I wasn't sweating for some reason. We managed to do three rounds of the workouts I showed you. I managed to sit on the wall for a minute straight, which I'm very proud of. I managed to plank for a minute. Sure, I really surprised myself and I'm very motivated for the rest of this month. I felt a little sick, but I managed to keep going. I'm super happy with how it went. Day one, week four, done. I didn't actually keep filming everything I ate. I did this for a day. This is a good example of what I ate over the four weeks. Hi guys, Molly. I started working in the morning so I have to do it in the afternoons on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and I really enjoy going to the gym with Molly. It's a lot of fun when you have a friend there with you, so I'll go in the afternoons on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. now i also just woke up and watched tick tocks and youtube and instagram for 40 minutes. Good start to your day, susie, although I had wasted my morning, it was still time to do that good exercise to feel like Shrek in my all green suit and Before I would have done these exercises on my knees, but I was doing them on my toes for the first time because Bianca told us that you have to keep improving and pushing yourself and I was dying doing the exercises on my toes instead of my knees are a completely different ball game.
I was so proud because I finally did it without modifying the workouts to make them easier. I was getting better and better quickly on day three and it's time to gain those glutes so here I am using resistance bands, they're actually from Bianca. Own brand, they're called Alfie and they're so amazing I don't even know what that workout is called where I drag myself through like I have a grudge in my hands and feet, but that was horrible, that was horrible and that was day three with caramelized onions . savoring egg, cheese, avocado and a break

but I'm going to make up for it for the rest of the day so this was from Molly's work because I dropped her off at work today and I'm so excited and I got a cold soy beer usually you only drink cold beers without milk, but I'm starting to feel like every morning when I go to the gym I can conquer the world like I've reached that point where I realized I literally can do almost anything, as long as I have the right mindset, as long as my mind allows me to do an exercise and finish it, I can do it, which is crazy and I'm finding that I can do things that I would never have been able to do in the first week We did all those exercises today I finished it with four minutes to spare in the first week I wouldn't have made it halfway so I'm very happy with my progress it's all about progress guys I wasn't in shape and if I can do it you can do it and now I'm rewarding myself on day five we were making my worst enemies, which are the steps.
I remember when we started I couldn't even take steps without holding on to the walls because they hurt. my ass a lot but here I am absolutely killing them I actually take it into account that the planks are my worst enemy if I could go back in time and kill one person it wouldn't be Hitler it would be the person who invented the planks can we? I'm just talking about the horrified look on my face as Bianca demonstrates that today's next workout was all about the core and I was realizing that my core definitely had a long way to go.
Bianca kept telling me to put her feet down and I was like girl, I literally can. No, but we got through it in the end, here I am doing some nasty stuff with some hip thrusts, having a little Michael Jackson moment right out of the gym, that was day five, week five didn't fail, basically, the workouts today what we had to do. them for a minute straight and they didn't let us stop and Molly and I had a few little breaks in between but for the most part we kept going so I'm really proud of that but I definitely want to do better next week. and be able to go the full minute without stopping at all.
I'm so excited to have coffee right now, so let's do it. Human beings are magical creatures. We can see what does not exist and choose to rise above what is week six, day one. It was about improving the exercises we had done the week before and pushing ourselves even harder, as you can see I was struggling this morning. I felt a bit like shit, I felt like I was going to throw up, but I still go ahead with the training. I think that's the most important thing, even when you feel the absolute worst, you just have to have that discipline to keep going.
A good blow for you. This was a very cardio based workout so I was really struggling. Cardio is not. my strong point, let's just say I spent a lot of my time dancing trying to distract Bianca from the fact that I wasn't actually doing the workout, but I still managed to improve from the previous week and I was absolutely screwed after this look. me sweating bullets oh i just slammed my camera against my window day one week six it's a finney we squat with 15 kilo dumbbells Bianca wants us to lift even more next week so I can't believe how fast we're progressing it's amazing , I feel like a tank that keeps getting stronger and stronger, literally the sky is the limit at this point, if you bend over with a bunch of white, don't you end up peeing yourself because I quietly think I might pee myself next week?
I also have a Skinny Girl Drink. I have a long black ice cream, not my biggest fan, but apparently over time I will crave the bitter and like it. This will help me get through intermittent fasting for the first week, hopefully, and then I can cut out the caffeine. In the morning I am very excited to see what tomorrow has in store for us. We seem to be doing a lot more weights this week and Bianca is pushing us to our absolute limits. See you tomorrow guys, without even thinking about it, I grabbed this box of cornflakes and I was so I was about to serve myself a plate and then I thought, wait, I'm not going to eat.
The hardest thing so far has been remembering not to eat. My first meal will be at 12 p.m. m., it's 7:30, so I have five hours before I can do it. I eat something and I usually eat before I go to the gym, which is at 5:30 a.m. m., I will always eat a banana before I go, I will always eat a banana before I go to the gym, so it was very strange to work out in an empty place. stomach, but it was recommended that you exercise when fasted in those periods, so it was a little strange, but I wouldn't say it affected my performance.

My training was faster than last week. I remember the first week when I couldn't even sit on the wall for 20 seconds and here I am breaking a whole minute without getting up. Wow Susie and now we were on the boards again.
I literally charge. I couldn't do these planks more than 15 in a row, I'm not going to lie, but as soon as I stopped, I did it again. This day was about completing the workouts for one minute straight, so it was really very difficult. to keep going for the whole minute, but it's all about mentality. I managed to do much better than the week before and there was also a possum in the gym. This opossum is actually a girl and is a mummy. She has little babies. It's the cutest thing ever, but she likes to leave little poops in the gym, which I think is super cute.
What day is it? It's week six, day five, tmi, but I haven't been able to do number two since yesterday. I was literally doing like that. rabbit poop, but I was terrified that I would be halfway through my workout today and then have to run to the bathroom and never come back, Molly, and I improved from last week, unfortunately we couldn't keep up the thorough exercises throughout the entire time without having a break, but I was committed, so I'll blame it on the fact that I'm still pretty happy with how training went today and now I have a break for the weekend, thank God, I'm sweating like a church, le I said to one of the other girls, I don't know why it was involuntary, I was like I was so sweaty, I expected her to be like me too, but she said, yeah, at least she's honest, let me have him, grab him, I'm pretty wild, yeah, you need a really bad bath. day three week seven la bianca of her demonstrating the training looking like she literally came straight out of the army and here I am trying to do the exact same training that I have never done.

Because of my asthma, I really put a lot of effort into that training. I did two rounds today and then half an exercise. Oh, and I'm absolutely screwed, it was a lot more weights, which really is like a whole other level. Absolutely another level. I've gotten to this point where cardio is getting easier and I'm starting to experience how hard weights are because they are so hard.
However, I'm still very happy with how today went, but that really put me off and what a surprise, I actually remembered to film my breakfast this morning. Here's a great omelette I made, it had a ton of veggies, it was super good, and of course I had my signature iced caramel latte. This doesn't do it justice, but look. Sunrise this morning guys, I'm so, so tired, it's one of those sad mornings, but I got my ass, I dragged us to the gym, we're here and I'm going to put everything into it, I'm so tired, I'm like ready to go to sleep now after that session I would have consumed a lot of calories because there was a lot of time on the cardio machine, so I'm proud of that, oh my god, I'm so tired, so tired, I need to have a good sleep tonight before the fifth day good days guys, I just realized something traumatic.
I had tried counting calories before, but I had never considered counting calories in my coffee because I thought since it was a drink, it wasn't going to have that many calories. 400 calories this is literally 173 calories per 100 ml 230 ml 346 more calories in this glass not to mention the caramel syrup I also put in it. I've been taking this for about three weeks, probably three a day for three weeks, soI guess we're going to have to find a new coffee recipe anyway. I'll show you my breakfast in a second. It is a fried food that contains 500 calories. I think I do have a big breakfast. It keeps me from eating and snacking during the day. I'm very excited about this. It has a little sauce on top. These Linda McCartney sausages are soaring. Oh, today we were working with weights again and I felt like an absolute tank when I was. using these weights like, look at me, I'm ripped anyway I was doing things I'd never done before we were doing these pull-up things. I've seen Murray do them before in the gym, but he'd never tried them. It was all about engaging my core and making sure I wasn't going to pull my back out, which is really important, but of course I had Bianca's guidance and we completed the workout without getting hurt.
Amazing week seven, day six, I thought I was working out.
