It was an amazing few days in Rio, now back to S Pao so my flight leaves in about 7 hours, I left e

thing at the airport and came for one last meal of all you can eat Brazilian BBQ at boogo day chow and for them CH is actually the most popular Brazilian BBQ restaurant in Brazil for locals by far, they are even in the Michelin guide of course, I'm curious to see if there is any big difference or if this is better but mainly I just want to have Another all you can eat meal B BBQ FR and Salab Bar already looks so much better than anything I've seen in the US So many fresh fruits and veggies like papaya, pineapples, tons of salads, bacon covered of chilies, that's the best, the best spicy Dre. sweet, it's so smoky and tasty.

I think I ate it at Fogo CH in the US. F water, one of my favorite Brazilian dishes, and also crispy pieces of pork belly, oh my goodness, it tastes good, but that skin is a little too proof bullets for Yo let's get started and I got my first piece of meat, a melt in your mouth cut of beef rib, look at that chimmy cherry that looks beautiful, a perfectly charred piece of fatty filet, look at all that shiny fat, oh My God, oh. OMG, it's so perfectly cut. I love a lot of char on my fatty meat.

The mother of all that is beef, that base for every amazing best cut yet, so much fat, so much juice, this Char is simply the most perfect Char you've ever had on a Brazilian barbecue, to say this is better than the US Fogo DEA 100%. be insulting Fogo de cha in the US never tasted so good it's like Superman fighting like this I don't com OMG this place is like nothing I've ever tried before. I can't believe I've been to a restaurant like this but no it's like they exist in completely

dimensions toasted cheese of course you have to get the spicy honey yes they are so toasted they have a nutty flavor it soaks up any flavor you add amazing, put crispy fat on the Wing and look at that juice, I can't believe how good it is and how much better it is compared to what I have in the US, plus the juicy meat and fat crunchy, it has such a wonderful smoky flavor that is really obvious in every piece here.

Perfection, can you believe how juicy the steak is? They definitely cook it rarer than in the US. I've never seen jerky with so much juice on a Brazilian BBQ before. Also, I just bought a piece of lamb again, what a trippy greasy mess. OMG this is just unreal I swear when I was cutting into this piece of lamb and based on my past experiences with lamb at Fogo DEA in the US this was going to be dry at least a little tough Perfect 10 out of 10 20 out of 10 If you don't like lamb, after biting into it, you will become the most tender and juicy thing that tastes like meaty hatch.
A bite into a hatch opens your mouth, it just fills with juice, you don't need to add anything to this. The meat, every piece is perfect, so by lunchtime I think it's the same five or six

different

cuts of meat floating around. I saw some lamb ribs brought to the next table, so I ordered some of that too. This is something I did. I don't see floating around that I had to special order, so I don't know if there are other meats you can order, but this looks like a delicious rack of lamb, oh my goodness, it's awesome chicken breath for the meat. the taste is perfect, the smoke is almost like an additional ingredient that gives flavor to the meat, oh my god, I think the meat here at F Chow flavor wise is better than bua COA, that smoke makes a big difference, no I know how they are. cooking the meat back there, I mean, it's intensely smoked.
I'm going to miss this a lot. Yes, I just confirmed that they use Charco to grill everything. Get out of town. That smoke is so good. Wow, and so far I have been. Barbacoa and Foga, both are Michelin restaurants. They are both amazing, the service is very attentive as soon as you sit down. I've been to Fogo in the US where I'd sit there for the first 30-40 minutes and I wouldn't. I would go back even after that, maybe it was just two cuts floating around, but here, as soon as you sit down, as soon as you turn this to Green, it's on, I mean, the meat just floods your table very quickly, you realize immediately if you drop a napkin where your need for PL is changing they notice it right away the

buffet

is beautiful so many different colors so many different foods whatever you want vegetables sauces chilis fruits and they cut you up a lot, that's another difference in the US. , you usually get like one and then have to beg them for another slice of meat.
They cut a lot of your meat here because there's a lot more floating around, of course. I can't compare the two bar restaurants because I ate the lunch version of Fogo DEA and I ate the dinner version of bboa, but there are so many different versions of P babaa. I've never seen that before. It is so cool. I also like the chimy chery from barbac coa. Best, every cut of mine is 10 out of 10, but their garnishes are a bit lacking, not that you really need to worry about garnishes. Such an incredible experience. Both places I highly recommend if you are ever in Brazil, get all you can eat BBQ, oh that was so good, there is actually one last thing I want to try.
I just saw she was in Brazil, so let's go look for her before we get on the plane. Luckily, she's there, at the mall, this week. Burger King in Brazil launched Barbie food. Inside are Kim fries. which is just your regular fries with a barbie stand and a pink burger and a barbie milkshake with a pink donut on top so this is the pink burger it looks like pink mayonnaise a little bit of cheese on a burger this thing definitely doesn't look like it was made In Barbie land, maybe Kim did this. I don't know, yeah, it's pink mayonnaise on top.
A cheeseburger is very thick. I think they changed this big, tasty burger thing. A little dry, but the taste is not as bad as I said. a good sized beef patty gets a good amount of meaty flavor, try Burger King's signature smoke Chase it with a shake Barbie this is basically vanilla ice cream I think there's nothing wrong with a little strawberry quick syrup and chase it with a donut even though the donut came from a plastic bag, not a bad product, quite. The airy, springy frosting is good, it's a fun little match now for the pair of Heavy Hitters sandwiches.
I don't think I've tried it before one of them is here. in Brazil Burger King makes a real Whopper, of course, pork sandwiches, ham sandwiches are very popular in this country, so this is a pork sausage, Whopper, it's pretty good, the burger is delicious and again charred It gave it that oral flame flavor, it is very tasty. Patty, you definitely taste the spices and smokiness of the sausage. It is much tastier than the typical beef burger. I also like these C fries. These are truly the best Burger King fries I've had in a long time. I also bought a Whopper with cheddar cheese because Brazil.
Fast food uses lowco ingredients and the Brazilian beef is delicious, very very tender, juicy, gooey and cheesy patties, with slices of bacon and a soft sesame bun, it has a really nice bright fire flavor, how do they taste? I had a very fun meal and that concludes my trip here in Brazil. I didn't have much time this time, I was only here for about a week. I will spend most of my time in Rio. Next time I come back here, I've already marked a few. Of the places I want to go this time I only wanted to stay in the bigger cities, but next time I'll buy a car and drive to some old M towns because there seems to be a lot of amazing food to eat.
