in Nashville, Tennessee, and I'm now officially a resident here, which makes it even cooler, but I'm here in Star Rover Sound where I'll be taking on their

76er

steak

challenge, so it's in my face. having the most incredible amount of food for my stomach without a food challenge. I've been away since August of last year, it seems like an instant to you, but my normal, untrained little human self now has to eat 76 or so of ribeye topped with a luscious garlic sauce along with a juicy bun dipped in butter that makes let my heart sing a salad for health and then just to balance that out we have a plate of fries and onion rings which I'm actually super excited about because they look amazing but in total I'll have 1 hour to finish all of this, If I'm successful, I'll get a free meal of about $100, a cool t-shirt, and a spot on the wall of fame.

here at The Sound of Star Rover, so I hope to do this in all its glory, put one woman on the wall of fame and just one body on the wall of fame in general, so without further ado delay, let's get to work and accept this challenge. I started with nerves, nerves. Well, this is the first time I've done a challenge with a steak this big and thick, so I'm intrigued by this. Everyone will make fun of my cutting skills. Are you ready, good sir? I'm ready, you ready, oh I'm so ready, okay 3 2 1, it's time for steak, let's do it, we'll make this table shake and the earthquake stab, this is a big Mamba Jamba, this will be Decades of cutting ooh, but It looks good inside. dough, it looks good inside I told you there would be grunts, okay, now the fat is not included, but I don't feel like being judged, so I'm going to eat as much as possible, okay, let's give it a first try bite. oh yeah, oh, that's got garlic, okay, okay, this will be a nice hour, hopefully, less wow, this is cooked perfect, medium rare of course, because I like to eat meat the right way, whatever anything that is half-baked is bad, I said it, oh my God. okay, let's go for this big fat piece, here we go, beautiful, who would skip it?

I don't know, CA, maybe people who are really concerned about their health, that butter is something else, let me use it as a body wash. I do not do it. I don't know why I thought it would be funny, but, yeah, anyway, back to the steak, as you can see there, it took me quite a while to get started and even take my first bite. Whoever says that eating is not a sport. Heart rate is currently 115. What everyone is currently witnessing is an athlete in his prime. I was. I was working hard for this one. He had a nice bicep pump.

I think we're maybe a fifth of the way on the steak I was on. a good part, let's go a little further. I think I want to go halfway, which is currently the record for how far anyone has gone, 35 Oz. This bad boy is the furthest anyone has ever gone, so we'll get to that and then. we'll get to the fries this is so perfectly cooked this is magnificent I just have to get out Excalibur here we go I'm fully prepared for your judgment on how I decided to hold a knife and fork I even switched my hands back and forth as I made it through this challenge this was exhausting for all of you, about halfway through the steak let's try some onion rings after this bite it's like a dessert let's dip it in some of this juicy goodness too oh wow that's a solid onion ring , my friends, wow, no.

I don't know if it's because I've been on a diet for 8 months, but it's amazing. I was a little shy about tackling this one, not only because it was a huge challenge overall, but because steaks can be really difficult to eat if I didn't do it correctly, but my fears were quickly allayed. This was perfection. The onion rings are sadly gone, but with that we're going to get back to this steak. Let's really cement our place in history by removing another big chunk here judging by how unbelievable it is. I bet their normal sized portions are exquisite too, so I think I'll go back so as not to bother the restaurant, but this was a really nice place, it was like a fine dining meal in a really cool and casual, very good, this thing It's calling my name so let's do it, it's drenched in butter, this is already the healthiest food ever so here we go, wo, I keep saying wo, but really, oh my god, imagine if a donut was SA , that's just a bummer.
I'm going for more butter. Who cares? Beautiful, okay, health is wealth, okay, let's get back to the steak, show them the inside here. Beautiful interior cut. I bet you guys have been dying to see what we're going to go. for the end cap over here, okay, my left hand is not strong enough to cut this steak, come on, Ry mode, she, very thick boy, I think I need a sword to cut this, okay, I have a heart rate of 117, It's not a big deal, okay, you can. Tell him I'm definitely struggling here, it wasn't faking, I think every forehead vein I had was making a guest appearance during this challenge, but yeah, there was work to do, food to eat, okay, I just want to get this steak.
When we're done, we'll worry about the sides piling those carbs on top, it's kind of funny because I think this would be considered a pretty decent cut of rib right here and it's like the final little tasting plate which is another one of my mental thoughts. The strategy is to divide the amount of food I have left into normal portions of food and then I feel like I'm eating a normal person's dinner. Yes, it should be fine. Thank you. I haven't even needed water. This is so juicy and luckily, this has stayed pretty hot up to this point and that was one of the other benefits of it being a thicker cut of meat, it held its temperature for quite a long time, you know, if I feel like a frog , they actually have a really delicious cake. at the counter, but I don't want to be too arrogant.
There is still a long way to go. To whom I lie? I'm always arrogant when it comes to dessert. There's no denying that it doesn't look like it, but this is the part with some. cartilage I apologize for using my hands a little bit of cartilage had to be practical yeah, that's like Cary. I'm putting a piece aside that I can't get through, a little part of me actually wanted to, but I don't know, Huck, that thing. like a pill, but I decided not to do it until now. I haven't felt so intimidated by a small salad in a long time. A worthy opponent. You know, good sir, can I have a slice of that apple pie?
Yes, perfect. Thank you so much. The last bite of this amazing salad food challenge, so cheers, 4826, but I couldn't end it on a salad note. They have an amazing looking cake here that will be out in a moment, but while we wait for that, that was. amazing I don't even like it I'm not even a big blue cheese lover, even the salad was delicious so, an amazing testament to the food here at Star Rover, it sounds like the ribeye was cooked perfect from start to finish. I guess it was like 2 hours in the oven plus it's charred, a lot of love goes into that thing and then uh the onion rings I mean boom that was amazing too the roll was like I said Savory donut.
I'm having a basket and apparently I'm about to be happier with some cake and of course a cool t-shirt, thank you good lord, the people here at Starover Sounder are wonderful, if you want to try this challenge let them know a couple days in advance and they will hook you up, this is a great meal, come and bring your family to enjoy. some good food, yes, very happy to be the first person to defeat the

challenge here and, my first victory of 2024, is on March 29. I haven't filmed since August last year, very happy, that was the first challenge, it was a real confidence. reinforcement but until next time who knows where I'll be I probably have a lot of food in my teeth I'm going to close now okay peace bye eventually oh my god I would like to feel the cake in the room like I could feel it and I felt its presence plate is like a hot scream okay, thank you oh my god, that's a hot apple pie okay, okay, that looks amazing.
I'm going to use my napkin to rotate this towards you. This is straight out of literal Hell's Kitchen, but it'll be worth it, that thing is beautiful. I don't know if this will even go away, but this has to be like a million degrees, right? I'm going to lose the skin on the inside of my mouth trying to bite into this. I'm going to give him like a sting in the tongue. It's pretty hot. It's pretty hot. Like a lizard. Let's try it anyway. The mass of that. It's immense, it's absolutely exquisite. I couldn't end this video with a salad, so some apple pie that's clearly homemade with love and it's absolutely fabulous, so I'm going to sit here and work my way through this.
