This is grade A (beep). (crunching nachos) That's a lot of chicken in one bite. This is the smartest way to serve nachos, really. It's simply about making sure that each person feels like they are getting the perfect bite. Stop serving your nachos in a pile, start serving them like this. We have a queso blanco salsa right here, which has a little bit of guacamole, a layer of cheese and spinach, and (laughs) and a ton of salsa. at Chili's. (fries crunch) It's super meaty. I like this one better. That's my winner. This one has a lot more chili than cheese. I would say. At least flavor-wise, there could be a (bleep) ton of cheese here. Okay, cheesy fries, loaded with bacon and jalapeno. We have, what is that, chives? It has just the right amount of salty and cheesy flavor that makes you feel like you're at a party, but what's most distracting to me and what I want to talk about are the southwest egg rolls here.

So I'll take the fries and say, "Auf wiedersehen." Bye bye. - Did you want to do the dip with him? - Oh. We know what cheese fries taste like at the ranch. We know it's amazing. (mumbling) It tastes so much better with the ranch. We have their Triple Dipper here because you can dip each of these things in their own unique sauces. Then we have our southwestern egg rolls. We have our boneless wings and then we have our large bites. This is a slider filled with bacon and onion, and probably aioli and cheddar cheese. I guess this is the right sauce.
I'm going to touch it with my finger because I'm disgusting. Well. This will take a while. (mumbling) This is a really good slider. I think it's the bacon and onion. I know it's bacon and onion. Sliders are usually too bready for me, but this one has the right amount. It's actually a decent sized burger. It's a cute little burger but it's a decent size. In fact, it goes perfectly with bread. Happy about it. We're making their boneless wings, and this could be blue cheese or it could be ranch. We know how we feel about it. (chewing loudly) (magic harp music) Blue cheese.
It's just the right amount of spice that you can eat like five and finally realize it. Which is the perfect, perfect way to do it. Southwestern egg rolls over here. These are big fan favorites here. People love the (bleep) of these southwestern egg rolls. They have beans, corn, peppers, tomatoes, onions and I think I would add a lot of avocado. Well. This dipped in cheese, yes, no, we are doing it. That's where this is going now. New game plan, don't immerse him in any of these. Simply buy the cheese sauce so you can dip your egg rolls in it.
That's so good. A disk of fried pickles. We have ranch, we have fried pickles. I'm burping. I'm already like, me. (growling) Okay. (mumbling) These are super breaded. I like the ranch with that. It's like a mozzarella stick but for people who really like pickles. It's silly to say that. It's a fried pickle, you know what they taste like. However, they are better than French fries. Oh, it's much sweeter than I expected.
I'm going to do something disgusting and lick the seasoning. It's oddly a little sweet and I'm very confused, but they said it was a Cajun Southwest seasoning. But this sauce has the perfect amount of kapow! Then everything levels out. We have guacamole table side here. (chip crackling loudly) These chips have the best sound ever. It tastes like very fresh traditional guacamole. You want to wear it to everything. Oh. I really have to say that the fries are one of my favorite things here. They are super crispy. Fun fact, they don't have a bottom, so you can get a lot of this with your sauce here.
I think chips are a saving grace for all the sauces. If I had to rank this round, I would give it to the nachos and the southwestern egg rolls. (upbeat guitar music) There are so many knives on this table. Let's start with this cheeseburger. It's basically that cheese sauce we had a few minutes ago, just drizzled on top of the burger, and a bunch of tortilla chips, they're super crispy and crunchy. I love that cheese sauce. I shouldn't take a second bite. That will be my favorite. I have a feeling. Obviously, they'll put chili on top of one of their burgers.
Why wouldn't they? And it looks like a lot of cheddar cheese. Well. I like the other one better. This is Alex's burger. It has a lot of avocado here. We have, is that cilantro? Oh, there's cilantro. There's, I think it's white cheddar cheese, onion. There's a chef at Chili's who's been here basically forever, and this is the burger he created, and everyone's been obsessed with it ever since. And the fun fact of the day is that he was here today and he did it, so I feel very special. I am the cutest person alive right now.
This might be better than cheese. It's super juicy, as you can see, it's coming out of my mouth. It's like you have the right amount of spicy flavor. I don't need to keep eating it. This Berry Blitzened Margarita here has strawberry, blackberry, tequila and very little Blitzen. Although he has, oh my God, it's a chili on his nose. Wait, I was about to say: Blitzen is Rudolph because he has a red nose. They literally put a chili in his nose. And they put little real Chili's logos on the ugly sweater he's wearing. It tastes like candy, I can't get over it.
We're eating an old-fashioned hamburger. It's like for the boomers of the world. Super classic burger, you have cheese, red onion, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, meat and then mustard and a little mayonnaise. I feel like this isn't the best bite, I think the center is the best bite of a burger, but I still make this because it's easier. But this is where the juiciness is, there it is. I'll try. (upbeat country rock music) It's a standard burger. It is very classic, simple, the base of a hamburger. We're on the Swiss mushroom burger. So if you love that, like Swiss cheese, melted mushrooms, and onion, you'll love this.
I'm going to go for the middle bite again because it really is the best bite, and I'm sorry to look gross while doing it, but I don't care. The mushroom burger, I would say, is soft and cheesy. It's full of mushrooms in there. I like the hot or spicy flavor better, this one is calm, cool and serene. This is The Boss Burger, five types of meat. We have bacon, sausage, hamburger meat, pulled beef, is that pulled pork? That's pork. They are real straight link pieces in a hamburger. This is just a monster burger, I don't even know if it's a burger anymore. (mumbling) You're not understanding.
This is crazy. Extremely messy. There are so many meats there. There's just a (bleep) lot of flavor. My favorite of this was actually Alex's Burger. That one is amazing. And then if you want to change it up and make the Cheese Burger, that's the perfect amount of sauce. I smell like pure meat. (upbeat country music) We'll start with the chili baby back ribs. And one of my favorite fun facts I learned when I was researching here was that the advertiser created the jingle. ♪ Chili's Baby Back Ribs ♪ ♪ BBQ Sauce ♪ - If you need the jingle I'll just give you part of it and that's all you'll get from me.
And it's like. ♪ I want my baby back, baby, baby back ribs, ♪ And then, that's it. The guy who created the jingle wrote it in five minutes and he was worried that Chili's would kick them out of the ad agency or something, so he was like, I'm going to write this song real quick and they love me and then they did it. When he wrote it he had never had a baby back rib. You've probably already had one because you'd have to right now. Okay, ribs. This is falling off the bone. Super sweet and spicy. They are super tender and, again, look, they fall cleanly off the bone that way.
In fact, I love a good elote. When it's grilled, you've got the cheese there and the cilantro and a ton (bleep) of spicy seasoning. This is really cute. I don't even know why fries are

to date these two. You have your fajita here. And we'll just load it. You have chicken, mushrooms, peppers, and here you have a crazy layer of cheese. Bending the cue, the cue does not bend before me. You can taste it's from a pan. You can taste the flame. Is that a thing? This one is very mild, even though it is Jack cheddar, it doesn't scream in your face.
It tastes like it was made outdoors. Why is that what I'm thinking? We have steak, shrimp and chicken. In fact, it contains a decent amount of shrimp. And steak. Okay, I'm going to make this one a little smaller than the last one because I definitely overestimated myself. We have green peppers, red peppers, onions, steak, shrimp and chicken. I feel like the three flavors, the three different types of meat combined, can be a little crazy, but oh well. Interestingly, they are good together. It's not that strange. I thought it would be weirder. You'll get a lot of meat for the price, but I think Jack with mushrooms is more cohesive and this is just everything together.
These are the bean and vegetable fajitas. I like this one. This one is very colorful, cute and bright. Oh, and there is a lot of corn. Fungus. Pepper Beans. Oh, a huge stud ass right there. It's just a boat full of very spicy steamed vegetables and you have like a green sauce, a little bit of green sauce, so it's not spicy at all. I would like to put a lot of Cholula or something like that to increase the temperature. So for the fajitas, I will say I love the Mushroom Jack and then if you like meats, definitely the steak or the steak, shrimp and chicken so you have a little bit of everything.
If you are a vegetarian, make this one, just put a lot of hot sauce on it. We are

the Cajun pasta, which is the best-selling main dish. That seems strange. I bet fajitas, in general, might be at the top, but this might singularly be the best-selling entrée. I think fajita is better than this. This one is halfway there, very subtle and almost simple in a way. That makes sense that it is the best seller. It's a really good cheese sauce. The cheese really tastes, like it's an Asiago thing, Parm, it's a little salty. This is kind of a breakfast-for-dinner situation going on here.
You get a lot of waffles and chicken for your money here. I think it actually has a good amount of syrup sauce because I thought it was just maple syrup, but no, it's Chipotle, like honey, spicy. Almost hot honey. Personally, I think the chicken and waffles are good. Alright, this is super candied and it's just the right amount of spicy and sweet and it's got bacon, oh, it's got bacon bits too. Classic Ribeye over here. I've eaten a fair amount of ribeye and have learned that it is now my favorite cut because it has a lot more fat and is juicier.
But this one has just a little pepper and a little salt and that's usually all the ribeye needs. I'm really excited about this classic sirloin because what they do here is they grill slices of avocado and then they have their salsa verde and you get a ton of their salsa here. Oh, interesting, I like this one better than the ribeye. That roasted avocado is perfectly creamy. It's like the perfect accompaniment to the dish. You've all talked about how much you love the Chicken Crispers here. I heard that if you're going to eat chicken tenders as an adult, you'll get them at Chili's as a grown woman.
They are hand-battered and honestly luxurious in my hand. They are very soft. I'll dip it in your honey mustard sauce. (chewing loudly) That's so good and so confusing because all the other chicken tenders I've tried are not mushy. No thissoggy, but if it was soft it wouldn't taste good or it would be weird, but it's much better. I'm surprised this isn't number one on the menu. This for me is number one over pasta. We have this crazy looking Smokehouse combo here. In fact, we're seeing some things we've seen before in that huge, monstrous, gigantic Boss Burger.
I had this jalapeño cheddar sausage and now we can eat it alone. That actually has little bursts and little pockets of cheese. Well. Oh, that's a lot of cheese. Can you see that? There's a good amount of cheese in there. Then we have the brisket here. Which, again, was on the burger, but now you put it on some nice Texas toast. It's like bruschetta, but if you were from the south. (laughs) And then we have our Chicken Crispers. That they are a little different from the others. It looks like the normal tender chicken you are used to seeing.
That one over there was rather sticky, like fish. No, I like the other one better. This one doesn't compare to that one. I understand if you are a real fan of tender chicken. You'll want to go with this one, but try the other one. (bread crunching hard) (mumbling) Oh, there's another piece. I bet you're supposed to do this. I bet you're supposed to eat it like a sandwich. Whatever. We did it our way. This is for the person who really can't decide what (bleep) he wants to order, so he just says, just give me a little bit of everything.
My favorites for this round, the mushroom and cheddar fajitas. The waffles. I don't know, the waffles. And these beautiful hand-battered chicken tenders. (energetic, upbeat music) We have the Soft Tacos from Chili's 1975. They've basically been here since the beginning. We have so much meat and cheese here. So you'll be a very standard soft cue. These are crushable. You could easily fold them all into a large taco and eat it all and then just walk out of Chili's. These are Bacon Ranch Chicken Quesadillas. This is like a southwestern ranch dip that is really good. It seems terrible but it is not.
Protect your quesadilla at all costs. That's the perfect combination of flavors. This seems dangerous. Everything about it says "I'm cute" and when a drink says "I'm cute," you know you have a lot (bleep) going on in you. It's just that little bit of vodka that tells you. You say, oh, there's something in there, but no. Look how big this mug is. That's nice, it's quite big. I would like to put that in like a Starbucks cup and pretend like I'm drinking coffee and just be drinking that. Buffalo Chicken Ranch time. It is very well breaded. You have that very thin, crispy chicken with lots of spicy sauce, but you also have the ranch.
Grated lettuce for me, like in a salad, disgusting. But in a sandwich, when it's super spicy, it's cold and crispy and breaks it up a little bit. This is better than just getting me boneless wings. I like it better as a sandwich because it has lettuce, tomato and sauce. Here we have the crispy chicken sandwich with bacon, blue cheese and avocado. Needless to say, since it has blue cheese instead of ranch, I'll probably like this one more than the other. But let's give it a fair chance. No. I actually like Buffalo Ranch better than this one.
This is almost too much blue cheese for me. Disgusting surprise. We're onto the final sandwich which is a grilled chicken with lots of cheese, bacon and our Lord and savior, avocado. It is very balanced and easy to eat. My favorites are the quesadilla, of course. And then the Buffalo Chicken Ranch sandwich. (upbeat music) I have never been so excited to see vegetables on a table as I am now. We have our shrimp, we have our raisins, we have our salad. We take a bite. Am I telling you everything that's happening? Oh! I'm not a fruit salad person, but I really like the shrimp in this one.
I don't need raisins, I don't need raisins in my life. I need shrimp in my life. This is our Margarita from El Niño. Oh Lord! Jesus, that's strong. And it's very strong, like citrus orange and. (slurping loudly) Oh, my God. That is. I'm going for the Buffalo Chicken Salad with Bacon. There are like big chunks of blue cheese. Here we go. - Do you want a knife? (mumbling) Beautiful. - This tastes like boneless Buffalo wings that you put the blue cheese dressing on and then you have the bed of lettuce that really cools you down.
You usually have celery sticks, right? Or carrots, on the other hand, accompany your salad to refresh your mouth. So you never have to stop eating Buffalo chicken. Oh Lord! This is the Quesadilla Explosion Salad. I have to say, it looks like an explosion happened on this plate. There's just cheese, like. And cilantro, like. And then, like, get dressed, like. I think this is a very safe card. Simply easy. What I would do is open them and put some salad in the quesadilla. You've got tortilla strips, we've got this really good melted cheese and then a bunch of chili on the bottom.
It's definitely the same chili we had in the burger, but it tastes better on its own. Fun fact, Chili's was started because the founder went to a chili bake-off and he really loved the atmosphere and he loved how everyone was competitive and everyone hung out together and he wanted to recreate that and obviously one of the first elements of the Menu they made was their own version of a chili. It's cilantro. We have some of that mild ancho green sauce that. It's spicy, it's actually a little sweet. It has a healthy flavor but very tasty at the same time.
This is one of the innocent menu items. We have our Santa Fe Crispers Salad with tortilla chips. We have a creamy, spicy sauce and, of course, three large pieces of crispy chicken strips. I like the dressing on this one better. I can already tell it's like a Cajun mix sauce. (chicken crunching loudly) I desperately want this to be a healthy salad, I know it's not, but. Of this round, this salad takes the cake. If you're trying to opt for something a little healthier, I love that salmon. I don't know how I feel about this margarita, I don't think it's really helping my stomach right now.
If I open my eyes, the question will be whether there will be food in front of me. (upbeat rock music) In this round, there are only two things on the table. And that's because both aren't coming out until February, so we'll be able to try them out beforehand. So if you're watching this video after February, you're going to say, sorry, those are already on the menu, but if you're watching when we publish this video, you're going to say, holy (bleep) when will I get them? And I said February. Meet our new friends, Frose-Rita, which is basically a frozen Slurpee tequila concoction for adults.
You can barely taste the tequila, it has a very sweet and smooth flavor. It tastes like frozen, blended strawberries, which is what strawberries are. There's something about him that says: I'll make you sound. Not so spicy. Court! - Did you speak too soon? - Not good. - Spicy? - No. It's not spicy. It's not spicy. It's not spicy. I don't understand. Because at first it's sweet, spicy and fruity mango, tropical, but then it just surprises you. God! I think anyone who likes spicy food would love these because you can eat a lot of them because they don't hit you all at once so they would build up and probably on your last wing then you'll be I'm sweating a lot but with the ranch on top is not impossible. Which is filled with chocolate, caramel, nuts, coconut, ice cream. I already said chocolate, there's a reason it's called Paradise Pie. (mumbling) That candy is a game changer on this one. Oh, I would (bleep) this. Maybe I haven't eaten anything sweet in a few hours, but wow, this is doing something for me. That is truly paradise. This is the Blueberry Pineapple Margarita. It's not too pineapple, actually, it has more blueberry flavor than pineapple. You just have a touch of pineapple at the end. The tequila is very well masked underneath all this. It's like a sour summer drink.
We finished with the Molten Chocolate Cake. It's simply loaded with chocolate sauce, caramel, and ice cream and then has a hard chocolate shell, which is a lot of fun to crack. Make sure you break it up with the spoon, very hard. Like you're angry at the world. This is one of the people's favorite desserts at Chili's. It's the caramel sauce on both that really makes it. It's not just boring, like a chocolate coating. If you were having a bad day, you would just want to sit here and snuggle with him. I like Paradise Pie better than Molten.
It's almost like when you're trying to choose your favorite child and you secretly know who your favorite child is. In my case, in my family. But it's like choosing your favorite child. I'm speechless. Which most of you probably are, thank goodness. I'm crying. (sobbing) - Do you want water? - No. I'm very moved by Chili's. I have never felt so close and special to a Chili's. This place will truly have a special place in my heart. Can I take a nap now? - Yes. - I can take a nap. I'm going to go now. Do you think they'll kick me out?
