To tell the truth and to be totally honest, most of us don't like to wait, especially if we are waiting for something to change or for something to get better, waiting can be a very frustrating experience, but the worst kind of waiting of all is waiting on God. when God forces you to wait for things to get better in your life so things get better, change, turn around and nothing happens and yet over and over and over and over in the Bible we are told to wait . In the Lord, the hardest place for you in life is in God's waiting room in God's waiting room some of you are in God's waiting room right now what is God's waiting room when they're in a hurry for something to happen and God, isn't that God's waiting room?

Some of you are in a hurry to graduate Some of you are in a hurry to get married Some of you are in a hurry to start a family Some of you are in a hurry to launch a new business to close a big deal, some of you are in a hurry for a big goal, a big dream, a big achievement, some of you are in a hurry for all kinds of different things and God, aren't you? We, as humans, hate waiting and especially struggle. When waiting on God, have you ever been in a hurry when God was not in a hurry and your God?

I know you're going to get through this and I'm saying this really godly prayer. I know it's your will, so where are you, why not? you're going through and you're in the waiting room of life and we get so impatient that we want to rush God and we want things right now and some of you have been waiting for God to come and you're about to give you get up and you get discouraged and you You realize that God's standard time does not always coincide with my time and it is in the waiting rooms of life where we learn to

trust

God more, in those difficult waiting rooms of life, that is where God makes us grow and builds us. our character more through the pain of waiting we learn to

trust

in God and without faith it is impossible to please God that is when he builds our character you see while you work on your project your goal your dream your vision God is working in you and in God much more interested in you than in what you are trying to achieve because you are not taking your achievements to heaven but you are taking your character and sometimes God says yes, I intend to give you what I have promised you, I intend to answer that prayer I intend to fulfill the vision but you are not ready yet I want you to grow and when you are ready then it will happen many times we think we are waiting on God for something to happen, like a prayer to be answered God says you are not waiting for me I am waiting on you I am trying to prepare you I am testing your faith you will trust me but I am also trying to make you grow because the blessing I want to give you much more than you can handle right now you are not ready for it you cannot handle it another thing you have to learn in life is that a delay is not a denial there is a big difference between no and no however now immature children don't know the difference, you tell a child who hasn't yet started crying and having a hissy fit because he thinks it means no, no understand that a delay is not a denial.

God is saying, "I intend to do these things." In your life I have given you the vision, the dream that you must realize, but you are not ready yet and at the right time I will answer your prayer. God often waits for us now, why is this important? Because when you are in the waiting room you fall into the temptation of all kinds of negative emotions you start to worry you start to get stressed you get anxious you get irritated you become spiritual you can feel envy you can feel jealous hey he got a promotion I didn't get the promotion she did It's having a baby I'm not having a baby She got engaged I didn't get engaged He's starting a new business that's taken off What about mine?

And all these kinds of negative emotions can come into your life and then you get frustrated and then you start having a pity party, so what does God want you to do when you're in the waiting room of life and why are you going to go through that many times? God is not a vending machine where you put prayer. and then you pull the thing and instantly you understand it there is always a delay delays are intentional delays are intentional to teach you to trust it and grow in your character hey a delay is not a denial there is a big difference between no and not yet , for those of your parents, you understand this, there is a big difference between telling your children no and not yet, it's just not time yet and a delay is not a denial, we see it throughout the scriptures.

God told Noah to build a boat that would save his family from a great flood but there was no rain for 120 years God told Abraham that he would be the father of a great nation but he did not have his first son until he was 99 years old God told Noah Moses who would lead the people out of the slavery of Egypt that they had been in for over 450 years, but then God sends Moses into the wilderness for 40 years to wait. God gives Joseph this great dream that he will save his family and his people from famine. and he will be a great leader, but then Joseph is sold into slavery, he is falsely accused and imprisoned and he waits there in prison until finally God takes him out of prison and places him as second in command in all of Egypt and the promise comes true .

King David God had King David anointed as king, but he did not actually become king until years later, even Jesus Christ spent his first 30 years waiting in a carpenter's shop before beginning his earthly ministry. See that a delay is not a denial. When God delays. sometimes we feel forgotten Psalm 13:1 says how long Lord will you forget me forever you come to a point sometimes of believing that God has forgotten don't worry it is a common experience we all go through it at one time or another feeling that God has not He is there or at least he has forgotten us, maybe our problems are not important to him.

We imagine that the psalmist finds those same doubts in Psalm chapter 10 and verse 1. This is what it says there. Why do you stay away, oh Lord? Why do you hide in times of trouble? What you think is that he has given up on you. You may even be feeling this way right now. If so, please allow me to remind you that what you are contemplating is a simple impossibility. God never gives up. about you he never stops caring about you and will not abandon his work on you of which your test is a part he even says that your name is written on the palms of his hands your very name is tattooed on the palms of God's hands it is engraved there, it cannot be taken away and such is God's concern for you that He cannot forget you no matter what storm you are enduring now you have never left the mind or heart of God yes, sometimes when God delays we feel forgotten , but God never delays without a purpose he knows you he knows your heart he knows everything you are asking of him if he is not doing what you think he should do just be patient because God loves you don't forget he has your name tattooed on his palm he knows who you are he hasn't forgotten and never will many times God's

timing

lets us down you know there's something maybe something you've been praying for for a long time and you really need an answer you know maybe you've been praying for something really specific and you needed God to show up within a particular time frame you know it's an urgent need and he doesn't do it when God doesn't respond when you need him I wonder what conclusions you come to do you think you know?

Did I do something wrong? Did I ask the wrong way? Do you find yourself wondering? Does God even hear my prayers? So many times we think that when God does not respond in our way or in our time it is because he does not love us. God loves. You, he doesn't love anyone even a grain of sand more than he loves you. You know, in those darkest moments in life, I want you to hear Jesus looking through your fear and telling you, trust me. I'm here. God's

timing

maybe not. It has been everything you expected in your life, but I hope you understand that you can trust the one who keeps the clock of time.

We don't like to trust in someone else's time, because if we lose

control

then we prefer to trust in God. because trusting in God means my goodness, in reality I have to trust in God, we prefer to go and listen. I like the plan and purpose you have for my life, but can we do it my way? And this is the funny thing now that I'm a father. I recognize it. My children do not like to wait for my moment, they do not like to wait, they do not like to relax and be patient, but the thing is that if they trusted my moment, they would recognize that it is for their own good, it is so that they can be blessed and prosperous and so you can live life. frustrated anxious stressed angry or you can rest and go God I have to trust your time just trust his time why because he will give you peace he will give you Rest and he will help you eliminate all disappointment, pain and bitterness from your heart because you will know that in reality God He has

control

of my life.

Why didn't God tell you everything that will happen in your life from the beginning? Well, I First, I think there are two or three reasons, it would overwhelm you, it would probably scare you to death, but the real reason God doesn't announce his schedule to you is that he wants you to trust him, he says, just live. one day at a time, trust me. I am a good God I am a loving God everything I do in your life is out of love but you just have to trust me in Acts chapter 1 in the bible the bible says this Jesus said in verse 7 you will not know the time is father thing so you're never going to know things in advance you don't know what's going to happen tomorrow in your life much less the rest of your life God doesn't tell us the details in advance he has a schedule for your life but he doesn't tell you the details in advance if you could understand why God does everything God does you would be God God's timing is not good it is perfect because he knows all the details he knows past present future he knows what we need what we want what is it wisest thing we can do you can never go wrong waiting for God's time If I am going to wait on God I have to trust him because my waiting says that I am trusting you God, that your time is better than mine, you know what I don't know , your timing is always right, so I'm going to trust you and I'm going to wait until you give me permission to go there or do this or that. or buy the other, it's not that God is trying to deprive us of something, he just wants the best for us, so it takes faith and what I mean by this is simply this: am I willing to trust God in his moment before making a decision? decision   Just imagine how wonderful life would be if we could trust God all the time in everything, all the time   in everything and trusting God means that we stop trying to make things happen ourselves   and wait on God how many love waiting We hope God, it's a painful word to even say and God doesn't do it when we would like Him to do it or the way we would like Him to do it, but I can promise you today if you keep your eyes on God and trust Him to be your reward and be your reward and be your vindicator you will receive double blessing for your previous problems trusting him does not mean that I will get what I want when I want it trusting him says that I believe that when the time comes it is right, God will provide what he I'm asking, you know, broken hearts mend bodies, they heal, disappointment turns into new dreams and the end of one thing can open the door to something new if we just put our trust in God, you know.

What if you're still here on the planet? God has a plan for you. It seems to you that God has completely forgotten about you. Well, right? He hears you and sees you. He knows exactly where you are and he knows exactly what's going on in your life and he knows exactly how much you can take and how much you can't take and he may not be early but he won't be late.
