so friends, welcome back as you probably know that I am back in England now in the gloomy winter. I should have been back nine days ago. It may not look like that if you watch my channel, but yeah, I filmed all of those Toronto videos over the course of four short days and yeah, I just edited them and scheduled them for two weeks, so they've been going out for nine nine days. I now came back from that trip six pounds heavier, which wasn't as bad as I anticipated, probably because of all the hiking in a scout. in Toronto, but still six pounds in four days is a lot of weight to gain, so I've been in a pretty nasty calorie deficit ever since, so now I'm cold, miserable, and can't wait to eat, so let's do it . that's good we think someone does it enjoy faith they've seen my videos so it's a bit they don't want to do it I think I hope I don't embarrass myself now okay so today I'm at the Ilkley vaca in Ilkley, as expected, and I'm taking on this

Yeah, the two kids I'm talking to aren't really paying much attention, they probably play a fortnight with Candy Crush or whatever kids play these days. I'm going to try some sauce. Now I only have one onion ring left I think, but yeah it was a fantastic meal, even if I dropped £100 for this it would have been worth it to me, that meat was really succulent, rich, good solid British flavours.
