All the elements are there. - The crust is well seasoned, neither too salty nor too sweet. Definitely a good amount of filler. I love the design. There is still a touch of bourbon, the ginger and cinnamon come through very well. I think you can still tell that it's supposed to be designed like a leaf. I am very happy with this. And I think this is mainly because I didn't thin the dough enough. The pumpkin flavor is much better, but it could probably curdle even more. I probably could have baked it another 10 or 15 minutes, or I probably should have baked it at a higher temperature. In reality, it's probably not as good as the cake I made with that
