And actually, two weeks later, Rick Warren called me and said, Dr. Amen, we're going to do a program called Decade of Destiny for the next ten years at Saddleback Church: "I want the synod and I to be healthy." "Can you help us?" A program called: (The Daniel Plan): A Divine Prescription for Your Health for 30,000 members of Saddleback Church We give them the opportunity to participate in the research portion of the program.

We currently have 15,000 people in our research. We have also developed (The Daniel Plan) to communicate with 400,000 churches around the world and will publish it next year after completing the pilot phase of the program. and we are delivering the content through small groups. Because? Because people work well in groups, they also work well in families. After three months, the church lost about 160,000 pounds (72,574 kg).
