once there's still a lot more

food

to cover so i thought today we'd start in

chinatown

it's a lot. things here I'm looking for I'll cut out the pieces, the right weights, hell, ah, that's already thrown out, oh my goodness, the long line must be good, this place is located inside the national complex. I think I've been here once before, just show me so many different booths. but they were Singapore Hawker stones and I think most of them are actually very good.

These are the ones with a long line. Those are the best of the best. They really have high expectations for this place, so there are only fried boxes here. and you can add some oysters or you add an egg, but that's it, this is all they sell. Hello, I will choose a spicy one. What I love about the Hawker centers here at these food stalls is that it's explained that a lot of these places are crazy rich Asian. Chow is the quintessential Singaporean comfort food. Eating this is like approaching a roaring fire when there's a blizzard outside. It just makes you feel warm, saved and safe. It's like a giant teddy bear full of food. All I love about Singapore and one bites into the spiciness, if you don't know how Frank rates ours, it's basically stir-fried rice noodles and the dish is heavier, which is ironic that such a heavy dish tastes like the ones made there , nothing I like about lime. juices, they put sour plums inside, which helps digestion, which means you can eat more food if you are hungrier, let's think about a nice seafood flavor.

I've been sitting here alone for about a minute. I'm already salivating. That Korean War militia is just floating around this complex roof that looks so good you have to add a lot of hot oil, that's what the locals told me. These curry noodles have a couple of huge pieces of chicken on top. Fish cake. Potatoes with gluten. I have a combination of two different types of noodles, the yellow noodles and the thin rice noodles, and all of that soaked in this delicious curry broth and of course hot oil, sometimes the food gods work in mysterious ways.
In fact, I was going to leave this complex. I have a couple more dishes to go. but then I ran into my friend Kevin telling me about this place and before I even put it in my mouth I realized this is amazing, you don't dip it a little deeper into the curry broth when you take a bite of this. To get lost for a second there, it feels like you are swimming through a river of the most fragrant aromatic curry. The curry soup is relatively light, tasty, slightly sweet and while waiting in line I saw another aunty and she told me to load up.
At Chili's I only had a spoonful because there are people behind me, but I should have had a couple more spoonfuls because the spiciness and the sweetness make you really want to put your face in this thin, bullish plug, this is all over. I love gluten. This is the sponge of the food world and it just soaks up a lot of that delicious soup and chicken bits. It appears to be all white meat and so incredibly tender. I want to get a big old piece with some Boots chicken. some noodles, I don't want to put it all in a spoonful of this curry rock, I know the curry taste is crazy, mmm come on fish, they're Jewish, very bouncy, I know, wow, this is like Christmas in a bowl , another thing I love is the furry one.
Of course, it's the potato pop that in your mouth, oh, that was more like an ear tato, so you got the Queenie bra, noodles too chewy and crunchy, look here to change a texture, a sweet, spicy flavor, creamy, all flavors are a love to have fun with. this bowl, the only downside to those experiences, personal, is hot and spicy, and basically so is this country, but you know what a small price to pay, ah, let's move on, obviously, I don't even know what this line is for. I think maybe their curry is really good because everyone eats curry, but only hacks which I didn't want. Another curry dish, but stuffed with butter into the wildest noodles you'll find in New York and this is really cool as I was eating Isaac who watches the show and we saw each other last time I was in Singapore, no for a couple of pies for me first. all that is the heart of coconut I think we can all agree that this is quite beautiful.
I mean, who wouldn't watch this? You just want to take a bite, but then look at this thing. This is the egg tart. Look at her, dance. This thing has more. Let's start with a dumpling soup because it is the easiest to expire. The soup dumpling is a bit flat, there doesn't seem to be many of them. Soup here dip this in a little vinegar, a little spice, but what it lacks in suitability, it 100% makes up for in the thinness of the skin and the flavorful filling. I was thinking this is my bomb because it looks like a deflated soup dumpling, but it turned out to be a flavor bomb and I'm sacrificing the super. dumpling just to show you guys, it actually doesn't have that much soup in it, replace it with a little bit of vinegar.
I've eaten a lot of soup dumplings in my time. I'm going to add that to the list of things to try. I mean, my goodness, appearances are so deceiving on this one, I mean, just look at it, they look like soup dumplings getting hit by a nail in the road or something. I'm going to dip this one in some hot oil with the wontons. The hot oil makes it even better and they give out much sooner, I think six dollars gets you a dozen wonderful dumplings. I've heard a lot of good things about their fried dumplings and all the freshly made dumplings.
It's like I'm walking in a chive garden. The same fine and magical skin they have. Use it for soup dumplings, they use that concept in regular companies, plus crispy on the outside, tons of chive flavor, dip them in a little hot oil. Wow Wow Wow, these meatballs are starting their own Pringles commercial because once you pop them, you really can. I won't stop, these are the wontons with hot oil. Every time I see them on the menu, I have to try them. The only thing I feel is the weakest I've tried so far. It's not bad because, again, they are magic wrappers, they are incredibly thin and light, but I can't really check the filling as much as I did with the dumplings and the dumpling soup, the mixture they put in here, the vinegar, how is everything, the seasoning is absolutely delicious, but I'd probably give it a pass next time I ask for the noodles. they don't actually make the noodles at home, whatever it is.
I see some zhajiangmian in the UI. I long for it, it's good, yes, I feel like it needs something. I'm going to take this sauce off the wontons and ask for some to remove the needles, it's a solid ball load for men but it's not the best I've ever had but if you have a gentleman's craving it will definitely fix it. I was very lucky, so after I got my food, the fly stretched over there, especially eating, which is mine.
