Real vs. Fake Jabra Elite 75t TWS | I got scammed!!

Today I have a quick video based on the experience I had recently, so I've been wanting to buy a pair of true wireless earbuds for a while now and I've been browsing eBay for the last month or two. Looking at different headphones and looking at reviews, the headphones I wanted to buy were the

s and basically what I wanted to do at the point where I decided that these were the headphones I was going to buy was find them at the lowest price. cheap as possible and using the Australian version of eBay I found a pair selling for 150 new and I thought this is around 50 60 cheaper than the cheapest price I have found on any official site.

So I bought them and this was a pretty big mistake, so basically when they arrived I was trying to use the features that had been advertised on the standard 75t on the Jabra website, you know, several different YouTube videos and none of them. the functions. they were working and that's basically what told me they were

s are actually on the right and it's pretty hard to tell just by looking at them so the ones on the right are fake and these ones on the left are

real

so essentially I bought these, I paid 150 for them and I'll show you some of the things that as soon as I opened them I can tell they weren't

real

, the first thing I noticed I don't know if you can see this, but on the cover there was this kind of mark like a skid mark, the box material marks very easily so that was one of the first signs but then I'll open them so the second sign was I'm not sure if you can see them but the lights for these they are actually in the mic slot so let's see if they turn back on if I put them in the box.

I see that yes, the light is inside the microphone. Now I had only been seeing reviews about this so I wasn't sure if that was correct or not so that was one of the first signs but at the time I wasn't. completely sure if they were fake or not, the second sign was that if you look inside the box, the case, you can actually see the light from the back of the case shining through the plastic because it's actually a shiny plastic now because I did not do it. I had a couple before, I wasn't sure if this was correct or not, but it turns out that you shouldn't be able to see the backlight coming through the case, so the last sign, the sign that actually showed me that they were fake and So obviously , I had to start a little dispute with the eBay seller because when I tried to use them I couldn't use the Jabra Plus app, so the app, as you know now, can help you have active noise. cancel, you know, it gives you a bunch of extra features like having access to an equalizer, you have some sounds that can help you with sleep and that kind of stuff, and which was one of the reasons I bought them and it would just work.

They don't match that so yeah I basically had to go through a dispute, return them and then end up getting a real pair of Kogan for 240 bucks so you know, pay that extra 90 or so to get a real pair of Kogan and use it. So far, I'm very happy with them and, yes, it's really disappointing. I had to go through that experience first. The eBay seller was great. This was unique. He wasn't selling several of these. he just sold this as a one time thing and basically said that someone had wanted to sell it through him as a third party, you didn't know it was fake because it was in the plastic boxes, very convincing, so he gave me a full refund and um yeah , I gave it a good review after that and you know I'm sure it won't do it again, but I'll just show you some more specific differences between a fake product and a real one. pair it up so the first thing to do is look at the back and see if I can get them to light up so I'll probably have to take one of these out on the back of the fakes the light is actually on the right side and the real ones. the lies on the left side of the USB-C port another thing you can probably see is that there's actually a line here on the butt ones and not the fake ones, let's open up these very small differences, obviously the real ones.

You also have this little slot here that I think is for hearing where these are. you don't have anything and another thing is if I take them out you'll see that the inside of this case has a matte finish you don't see any of the white bleeding from the back you can see the ce logo there and um if we just do a little bit of comparison, um close to these, another difference is that you can see by how heavy they are, that the one on the left is heavier, which is a little bit higher quality, um also the load is a little bit small.

The metal plates on the real ones are quite a bit bigger than the fake ones, so, yeah, and you have another little hole in there too. I'm not sure if it's for, I think it's another output for the speaker, so yeah. Look, they're pretty, they're pretty similar in size, I'd say the actual shape of them is pretty similar. The Jabra logo on the fake ones is fading and it's pretty hard to sing in the first place. so I guess there's not much more to say about the closing of the cases so this one is a lot flimsier, whereas on this one you can hear it closing, it's a pretty smooth closing and yeah the only other main thing that it's probably, actually, yeah, one of the biggest clues when I first bought it, although I'd never had jabras before, but I had watched a couple of 65 seasons.

The thing about the case was that the writing on the real one is actually engraved on the case while the fake one is just printed so yeah look hope that helps hope hope you know if you have a pair of 75 t and you have the feeling that you know you may have been

scammed

. I might have a couple of fakes from whoever you bought them from, this will help show you the differences between the real ones and the fake ones. I had to look to see if you know what they actually were and I think I found the exact same thing.

The pair costs about twenty dollars, so you know, when I first bought them and paid 150 for them, if I hadn't looked into it further, I might have thought that maybe they are a really good fake, maybe actually They're worth 150, but looking at it now that they're actually, you know, 20 different pairs of hair phones, um, another, yeah, another telltale sign actually is that when you put them to your ear, the noise, the kind of noise of start that is real. The chatter they do is very, um, the resolution of the sound is quite high, whereas if you put it in your ear, it says you know true wireless headphones, but with a very distorted voice, so you know it was another signal, so yeah, I hope this helps and, you know.
