challenge

. So a couple of days ago I went into my Instagram DMS instead of the occasional DP. I actually got a request for a video and someone sent me a little video on Instagram where a girl had this Morphe 39 palette on paper. She wrote from 1 to 35. She put all the

numbers

in a bag, shook the bag and every time she had to come in with an eye shadow, she

pick

ed a small number and counted from 1 to 35. And let's say it was 17 from 1 to 17 .That's the eyeshadow I'll use now.

So I thought, "It's such a fun

challenge

like there's literally no luck because it's a

random

number." So today I'm doing the

random

number

makeup

challenge? Oh, and honey. If you thought it was just going to be for my eyeshadow, you're in for a little fun. Okay, so how we're going to do this is instead of naming each product that I have in front of me to be chosen at random. A list appears somewhere on the screen where you can see what the options are and then I'll just call out the number that appears on my phone screen here.

Good, choose a minimum number out of a maximum of 5. Very good. So let's start with the introduction. These are the products that can be chosen at random and we are going with 3, my goodness. No. My main goal for today's challenge is to try to give myself product and color combinations that I would never have imagined. And I want to challenge myself a little bit by adding a couple of products here that I might like. You know, test me because I don't necessarily love these products. So in the selection there are some like my Holy Grails that I really enjoy, but also products that I just don't feel as much about.

The base is one of them. So Smashbox Iser Photo Finish Foundation is a foundation/moisturizer and this doesn't really do much good. It's just a layer of moisture on the skin that acts like it's a product, but it's not actually a product. But hey, Google's random number generator chose it. So let's do it, see? That's what I mean, it's like, ugh! I enjoyed it very much! The base time and the five photos that are available to collect are on the screen right now. Well, one to five. This is the '39s, so this palette here has 39 shades and it's all like pinky, purples, warm browns and reds. This is a very interesting palette for me. I usually have one color in the crease, one color to blend it into. , a deeper shade to give depth A highlighted color, in a corner, on the lower lash line Something fun, like six to seven shades. Let's do it. Okay, from 39 to 39. And the bunch of eyeshadows I can use.

Well. Let's do two more. Number nine, number nine Okay, come on, number 11 Oh, 11, so when I look at the colors, it's not the colors that really caught my attention when I first opened this palette.

I'm really excited about this shade here because From the first look, it's like one of my favorite shades in the entire palette. Other than that, let's get started. Oh well. So before we do anything, we first have to stay with me Optimus Prime. The first color I want to use is this one and I mean, I guess you know I don't know, put it in the crease. I should really focus on what I want to do with this now because there are a lot more shades to come, but let's just put this on. No, I want you to know.

Well, I guess we'll just have to live with the fact that I'm a failure. The next step we're going to deepen the outside corner using that, that shadow, that shadow right there Just stamping this on the outside portion and I like that and I Oh Oh wait, we're back in the game, back in the game honey . This eyeshadow is really bringing it. It has incredible pigment. It is so rich that it slides like butter. It blends beautifully to achieve such a dark chocolate color. I was expecting it to be a little patchy and you know, it's hard to work with it's not on the eyelid.

I want to apply this shade right here, it's . It looks beautifull. It's called wonderful. That shade is so good! Okay, you know what this is. I'm really looking into this now for the inside corner where I want to go in with this really pretty shadow here. Check it out. It has a nice reflection that is called here for it. I'm here for that too! Oh my God! So the glow you're seeing on camera right now is like a beautiful light highlighter shade, but in real life, it's like a vibrant lilac blue. This is absolutely stunning. Oh Lord.

I wish the camera would capture what I'm witnessing in real life right now, but oh my god, that's good. Until now. I love this and we are also doing very well with the shadows. And this further confirms why I think it's good to do challenges like this because sometimes we get into this comfortable routine of wearing the colors we know we think about. We know that they work very well together and then when you do a challenge like this, it gives you colors where you feel at the beginning. Oh, this is going to be terrible, but as soon as you start playing with it in your eyes and start blending it, you'll create a story and a look, and I really love this challenge.

Only for that. So I still have the highlight shade and I have amethyst Ah, the amethyst ah is like that bright, shimmery purple So I might want to put that in the center of my lower lashes But first I'm going to apply that deep shade here that's tempting on the outer corner of my lower lash line. OK. taking amethyst ah Lower lashes Mixing that in ooh That's like the most disappointing shade in the mix I just tried, okay Yeah, this shade is no, no, see? It's like it doesn't give that ooh. Compared to all the other shades used.

This is like, where is the pigment? I'm going to go off camera, put on some eyelashes, do the other eye and then we'll see. Whats Next? And so far it's a very fun challenge. Okay, this is what the eyelashes look like. And I think this is such a sexy and fun smoky eye, it's a smoky eye but with a little bit of color and I'm here for it when it comes to cheeks.
