Problems with AirPods Pro - They Aren't For Everyone

Feb 27, 2020
So I've been using the Earpods Pro for over a week now and I'm ready to give you my review. If you miss my first impressions of the unboxing bar, be sure to watch that video first and then come back to this one. That video came out fantastic. I show you every little detail and the editing was fantastic, so without further ado, let's get started with this review. First, let's talk about the design of the case and stuff like that, how does it fit in my pocket? Now I honestly didn't have any trouble finding this in my pocket.

If you have the regular Air Pods, you won't have any

problems

with this, so here are my first generation Air Pods and here are the Ear Pods Pro. It's kind of flipped like I mentioned, but it's a little bit taller, but it's not too much, It can still fit, so you won't have any

problems

finding this in your pocket now. I know this is an old feature, but I really appreciate having a light in front of the box instead of inside the box. I'm coming from the

airpods

one and I'm aware that the air pots also have this indicator light on the front but yeah that's really nice so you can see what the battery levels with this LED light you can see if it's charging .

The really convenient thing is that I have it inside. Oh, I'm actually missing the Air Pod here. It's okay, it's here though. Believe me, it's here. It took me some time to get used to it. I like to put the

airpods

in comparison to the original airpods, but this is really the same concept: you just open it and you can still open it with one finger. Now, more than a week later, I would really start to appreciate the design. of the air pods Pro I like how Apple hit the sensor so this is a talking girl here and then this is a sensor here so it's like a minimalist line, it's not really minimalist but it's much better than standard earbuds which now have two points.

The stems are smaller than normal air pods, as you can see, but that could be a good thing and that could be a bad thing because think about it, you've got the four sensors here, you've got a little bit of room to interact with that force sensor. because the stem is so small here that you basically like to touch your ear so close to your ear and as I mentioned in the unboxing video, the pairing is one, two, three, you literally open the case, tap connect and it just happens. will connect to the compatibility of your device.

You'll have to be on Iowa's thirteen for it to work, but if you have another device running iOS 12, you'll be able to connect your earpods pro, so I have an iOS 12 device here so you guys can see 12.4 and I can still use my air. pots Pro, so only if you have to pair your headphones is when you're going to need the latest and greatest from iOS, but you guys can see I can put them in my ears and

they

automatically connect to my headphones Pro on my iPhone running. iOS 12, so now you won't have the features, that's the only thing, you won't have the features in the control center, but you will still be able to interact with it with the headphones, so, as you know, the transparency of the noise cancellation .
You can activate it by long pressing the air buttons, the Air Pods and it will work like that too, so it works fine on iOS 12, you just won't have that iOS 13 integration from having it here on the controller. Honestly, it's convenient to have this type of earbuds with silicone tips, it's easy to clean each end, so if you have a lot of wax inside, but right now you can take it out and it's easy to take out and you can see that the mesh is separated from this mesh, so it's like a protection so you have a mesh inside the silicone tip and then you have the speaker grill here so this Air Pods protection and right now I have the little silicone tips and we'll talk more about that as well in a moment about the fit and honestly, guys, I'm going to drop the ball right now.
The regular Air Pods fit me much better than the air pods Pro I said it right, the regular earbuds fit me much better than the air pods Pro and here's why there is stuff in my ear canal in my ear hole. I feel like

they

are coming out of my ears every time, that's the only problem I have. I'm having the Air Potts Pro, it's not the apples fault and it's not even the Air Paws fault, it's just my ear. You know, that shows me that not

everyone

can fit into hearing aids. My headphones, bro, fell out for some people.
Regular air pilots fit right in. like I, err, pause, it fits me perfectly, you know, I can go for a run and I'll have to worry about this slipping in my ear, but with these Pro headphones I can't go for a run with these airpods, no, no, no. I can't do that and especially if you lose an airpod you will have to spend $89. Yes, I can't risk it being up to your ears how they will fit, but for me, even with the small silicone tip they don't fit. It really suits me, you know, and it's unfortunate because I really love this stuff.
I love the noise cancellation. I love transparency. I actually went to New York City the other day, Sunday of last week. On Sunday I went to New York City because you all know. York City is noisy New York City is extremely loud, so I put them in my ears for a second and I just couldn't seem to hear anything. If something is extremely loud, you will hear it but it will block like if you have like an air conditioner on or a heater on or your PlayStation is on, the PlayStation is so loud it will block that.
The perfectly fine transparency mode allows you to hear your surroundings while listening to your music, so without taking out an airpod you have the ability to hear your surroundings very, very rarely, I rarely use it off. I always have noise cancellation on a transparency on these headphones will only last you four point five hours if you have noise cancellation enabled or transparency mode now if you have it disabled. it'll last you five hours, so five hours, that's good too, you know it'll last, but think about it, these are normal batteries, batteries degrade over time and you know you're probably going to get four hours and then with the noise cancellation, it will permit you.
I'll probably get 3.5 hours, that's how my regular headphones are, my Air Pods version, the battery degrades. I can feel the battery getting worse and worse over time and over the months. The same will happen with these. These are normal batteries. They're new right now and they're going to last you, but you have to look at the longevity of the Pro headphones because let's face it, they're $300, you know, I mean, there's a lot of money and even replacing the battery, so it's fifty dollars. every air but to replace the battery, so if you want to replace both batteries at each airport, that costs $100, so Garin, I say that so the battery life is going to vary and over time the more air pause see, the more it will charge the battery.
It will degrade over time and it's unfortunate to say that but that's the reality so the battery life I wish could have been better but at the same time I can't complain because it's actually basically the same battery as the Air Pods originals. I know it's very, very standard, but there is no improvement. At the same time, you only get new features, but the batteries remain the same. It's somewhat similar to iPads in that they all have ten hours, but now you get new features. The silicone tips are proprietary, so unfortunately you can't use third-party PI, so you have to turn to Apple every time if you want to replace your silicon tips, which cost only four dollars.
It's not so bad if you have small ears like me, like very very small ears and the small ear tips don't even fit, you came and bought third party silicone tips and maybe hope for the best that fits if none of these tips fits you, you just asked that, I mean, I'm sorry to say, but If they're not going to fit you, it just won't work well with the Air Pod just because something has a professional name doesn't mean it's for you, you know what I mean I mean, that's a perfect scenario right there, an air break is regularly placed. perfectly, I thought this would suit me even better, but no, that's not the case at all.
The amount of technology inside each Air Bud is impressive, but if they just don't fit, then they just don't fit now. I wish Apple would do it. includes a power brick because if you have an iPhone 10 or iPhone 8 and you don't have a type C power adapter you will have to go out and spend money on a power adapter because inside the box you have a type C for lightning it's not really a problem for me, but for the average consumer you probably don't want to go out and spend money on a type C power adapter that Apple should have given you, it was like a little bag like a little silicone packet to put the air tips in because I always find myself changing the ear tips every five seconds as if one day, one day, the small tips might fit me and then it's rarely enough, the larger tips fit because I think that with the large tips, since they go in the ear hole.
I feel like it stays there because the hole is small and then the tip of the ear is big, so it fits better, you know, it's science, it's like science. I have some knockoffs on the way. I'm going to compare between the real ones. earphones versus knockoffs of the fake ones so make sure to subscribe if you want to see that video and overall if you love in-ear headphones you're going to love these you might hate in-ear headphones you're going to hate these. I will absolutely hate them or I always have everything pro I have my iPad pro I have my pearl macbook iMac pro everything pro but I'm just waiting for that Apple watch pro I know Apple will do it Apple watch pro is just a It's a matter of time, but this one is not the right one and this is not the right professional for me and this sucks.
Honestly, I want to be a pro with all Apple products, but this is not the case and the saying is boss. This is not heaven for headphones and having an iPad and a tablet is a great combination. If you use your iPad a lot while lying down, you'll need a tablet. This is much better than a traditional tablet stand and I highly recommend it. In the link in the description, their Pods Pro and iPad tablet work for iPhone, but they are not as practical, but you can get the job done. Sorry for the mess in the background.
