room

tour, you might remember it. which I pointed out several different areas of my art

room

that have been bothering me they are just not organized well this drawer is not well organized this one could use a little sprucing up I need to look at this I could really do better at

organizing

all of this um maybe this one isn't it the best storage solution because I really like things super well organized like everything in a very specific place, but getting to that level of obsession is a commitment.

I've come to the conclusion that I'm just going to film it and turn it into this week's video. I'll drag them with me for a bit. Sorry, I'm also going to tackle a big organizational task that I haven't revisited since the video I made a long time ago re

organizing

everything. my

squishies

i have to redo my system so that should be interesting there's a lot to do in this video so let's move on to organizing my art room and my

squishies

the first step to reorganizing any space crawl like a weirdo take out leg 90 degrees and down, do a pose, spiritual fingers, if you don't do it like this, you just won't have a good experience, okay, okay, then sorry for my appearance, the face without makeup, the contrasting colors between me shirt and my tights, I would say. it gets better but honestly it gets worse anyway enough on my face the first real step in my process i bought a ton of organizational products when i say a ton i mean a huge amount to hate level is my word , look it up, so yeah.

I accumulate things to store my treasure of things. Now I am openly sharing my illness with you. I hope it's not contagious, but even though this seems like an unnecessarily large mass of containers, organizers, bins and things, we're not going to have any problem getting this in good shape. Use it, so let's start with the display. Oh, it's a cute, innocent rainbow cabinet, but aha, there's a monster living inside and it's gross. This is all dollar store stuff. Here I have fabrics that can be painted. Who lives next door? Oh, hello neighbor, you're ugly, that's all. my pieces of wood that can be painted, so I've thought a little about what goes where, but I still hate this because everything is stuffed in there, an avalanche waiting to happen, so it's time to evacuate, I'm taking everything out, let's having to start over completely. here and then there's a display b oh my god, do you remember the mess it was in the last time you saw it?

Well it's worse now, this is where I keep most of my art supplies that I use, but not all the time, they aren't mine. Who I go to, but sometimes I go to them, a great story and they've just congregated in this dog pile of torture and sadness. What a disrespectful way to store art supplies. I'm ashamed that everyone needs to get out of this toxic situation. Look these. loose markers what is that we have to agree this is crazy yeah okay I finished putting that all together while I'm at it I just cleaned out the drawer a little bit I cleaned it out I found one thing I still don't know what it is . is and okay, I'm showing my dirty paper towel, is this really what my content has come to?

I've placed it all on the floor where I'm going to begin the next part of the process, so here I am, remembering this sucker. I put on shoes so you don't have to look at my feet socks thanks for that and oh did I put on eyeshadow? Yeah, I need to look at everything I have and then start sorting things into the different organizers and it's a little puzzle, we're just waiting for that brain to process everything, come on little buddy, you've got this. I noticed all these brushes I still had in the packaging, so I'm going to take them all out and dispose of the packaging by throwing them away.
It's right there and then what am I showing you? Oh, broken brush, okay, no one cares, buddy. I'm placing them naked inside the organizer and that will really

consolidate everything and keep it organized. Look at it much better now that I can. Test what setting we have here. This will work splendidly. I keep getting rid of any unnecessary packaging, even when it's pretty, really good quality packaging and it hurts a little to get rid of it. It is for the common good of maintaining art supplies. The original packaging makes them harder to use and simply takes up more space.
I bought this baby which is a paper organizer but I thought it was just what I needed to organize all my watercolor palettes etc. This is my chalk pastel set that I've had for probably 10 years the packaging deteriorated and unfortunately I think the packaging is also here to stay because they make a mess everywhere. I'm not very happy about this, but I'm doing it. There I found my beautiful oil pastels. It brings so much joy. I bought them when I was 17 before I realized I hate them. It's okay, they can last another 10 years. These glass paints though, I hate that they are really horrible and are probably almost dry at this point. bye and now I have to clean that up, put them in the trash pile, there you go, I found another container of very old paints.
I thought for sure they would dry out, apparently not well made, clever, thanks when I'm done. I'm done with all my art supplies that I sometimes use. I have filled a large collection of organizers. Oh look at them, they're hot, so now it's time to deal with this crap. I'm here saying hello, hello, look at all these empty packaging. that I can get rid of your big junk, so I'm getting excited, you're horrible, it's time to put all my newly organized supplies in their new home, they look so good, tell me I'm not the only one.
One is getting emotional here. Art supplies used to be stuffed in this drawer, but I felt like putting them in this cabinet was a much better way to store them, where I can easily see all the supplies I have with labels. You realized? I'm too proud of this, but this makes me feel so much better. Now, what happens to all the items that were previously in these cabinets? For all the paintable fabric, I moved it to one of those removable containers that was empty. As if this is going to be a much neater way to store everything, moving on to all my wood pieces, the cabinet they previously resided in has been one of my least favorite places in my art room whenever I'm trying to find something.
There's an avalanche in there, so rearranging all this is a lot more exciting to me than it should have been, look at my drawer now, oh this makes me want to paint all this stuff so badly. Hello, we are going to take a short break because this video is sponsored by dragon city dragon city is a free mobile game that is available on all devices where you can collect thousands of different dragons and build your own dragon empire. The clay I bought to make slime was like five years ago, so it's definitely dried out, that's useless. Okay, so much clay has died in my art room drawers. I have to stop allowing this to happen. There's been enough death here. I'm thinking of making this drawer exclusively for clay. I tried to organize them neatly in the bin but then I got upset and then tried to throw them in there. I brought more fluffy clay that came from another drawer. Oh no, it's happening. Chaos talking about chaos, I hate this. I'm going to go back and try to straighten out all these little containers.
The only problem is that not everyone fits there exactly perfectly. I decided to leave what fits perfectly there and then. take all the leftover clay and set it aside, let's straighten this out, magic, here's the new home for my sculpting clay and my clay tools and oh, that's my son, this organization thing was taking days and days, like this I was trying to get some stuff done at night, so girl, here she is again, that's how she finished my clay box. It's beautiful now all my clay is in one place, except for those little overflowing containers, which we'll talk about later, let's travel to a happy place.
It's my little brilliance drawer, I feel like this drawer has been slightly taken over by the non-little brilliances in all their non-brilliance, why are they here? And it happens that right next to the drawer, like the one next to it, but next to the drawer, it's so funny that there is a vacancy, so I want to make a new drawer of little shinies just for the brightest of the shinies and poof, this is really a space for little shinies. Now, back here, I emptied both this drawer and this one and come with me. I have a mess again, this is all just a bunch of stuff and it needs to be rearranged.
I also have this catastrophe. I brought my daughter here with me. She had a great time swimming in the pom poms here. Hello again, this is the third day of doing this. I'm still in the middle of a mess. Let's go to work. Oh, I just need a quick refuel. That's it, go ahead. This is pretty much the same process I was doing before, just rearranging things and Now it's time to face the pom-pom dilemma. I have so many pom poms it's frankly out of control and I'm trying to figure out the best way to contain it but it's leaving me stumped.
I decided to use this organizer. This was my first time feeling the big pom poms, they feel like cotton balls and I'm not a big fan of that. I'm going to fill this organizer to its maximum capacity and then I'm just going to take all the extra ones, pack them up and put them aside and don't forget the very fun task of picking up each and every one of these pom poms off the floor. Now, this is a pretty large overflow supply, but you know that's what happens when you have an excessive amount of pom poms. -poms taking my overflowing tape why am I walking like this?
I have all these little beads and jewelry and I decided to rearrange all of this into these little plastic containers. It will make it much easier to see what I have. I understood this took forever, there are so many little things, but after several hours of sorting and relocating, everything is in its place, everything is organized in a way that makes sense, so putting things away now, I'm tired of just seeing this video this was a lot of work but it's worth it when it all comes together for this top drawer it's like all the leftover stuff that doesn't really fit anywhere else honestly it's not my best work but you know it exists and I'm according to your existence let me go back to my happy place for a second ooh ah yes that's good I feel better now okay come on up and please stop this beautiful top cabinet is my overflow cabinet this is where I'm going to push all the supplies that don't quite fit into the organizers.
I can come in here and fill out. It's not the prettiest cabinet. It's ugly but it's very functional. Filling the drawers again. Here are my small things containers. Oh, and they don't fit perfectly there. No, no, there is no devastating blow. This is what the difficulties look like, but I have to accept them, try to be strong and just shove these little containers in the side space and pretend that that's ideal when in reality it doesn't move down, this is my bloated paint drawer. There are a lot of paint bottles right now that are basically empty and not really usable, so I went through the entire collection, got rid of all of that, and then grabbed this big, weird thing to organize this drawer a little more than the drawer down here.
It needs the same treatment there we go wonderful moving on to this drawer that is actually on my painting table. I've complained about how ugly this drawer is in the past. This is one of the ugliest places in my art room and I mean, I'm doing my best to clean it up here, but it's cables and boxes. I call them boxes, they just aren't that pretty, they won't keep me up for hours anymore.the night, but I'm not going to jump for joy over that either and then there is. I love everything here, but everything is thrown at random.
I have this big acrylic display stand that really

help

s me organize everything and make it so it's nice and visible, yes that's nice, that's better and oh my gosh, I almost forgot. Look. Look at me, just look at me, it's day four of this and I look worse. My pants are two sizes too big and my hair, what have I done to my hair? Apparently I've given up, it's time to address the mushy situation now. A couple of years ago I spent an entire video organizing my squishies collection and so my squishies stayed nice and organized for a long time, however I have since moved and moved all the squishies into new containers, which means the categories I I originally set up have gotten out of control, so it's time to deal with it, I think I might notice that my squishy collection has grown even more in recent years.
What I thought was ridiculous has reached an even greater level of ridiculous. I'm also ridiculous too. What am I doing? Okay, let's do this. This seems very. familiar throwing all the squishies on the floor except for a couple of select containers that managed to stay organized so I'm not going to throw them away and all the squishies are just coming out now there's a giant mountain of squishies on the floor last time I was very immature and I did all kinds of nonsense, but you know, it's been a couple of years, I've grown up, I'm not going to do that stuff anymore, except it's happening again, this time it's a little different because I already spent four days filming this video.
At this point, I'm in a bit of a hurry. Now I have to classify each of these softies into a category. Everyone must go somewhere. Looking at this pile, I'm starting to worry. Well, it's too late to turn back now, so we might as well do it. It's just a matter of putting all the Squishies in the right container, which almost became a never-ending carnival game: throwing the Squishies in the container for hours on end, but it really needed to be done and it's worth it because once you things are organized you don't have to waste time looking for things and it also makes me feel much better and I am excited to use all the things I have available. for me oh and another quick refuel and me eating like a wild animal get back to work btw if you're new here and don't understand why I have an excessive amount of squishies I basically started a series a couple of years ago on I repair and repaint used or broken Squishies, so people have been mailing me their old damaged Squishies for years and it turns out that people can send them to me much faster than I can paint them, so the collection keeps growing and I'm finally starting to get to the end here oh oh look look how all the squishies are shrinking they're shrinking and yeah that's it every squishy has been sorted hallelujah now I'm just stacking all the containers back into the mountainous formation of the squishy container and it doesn't really look much different than it did at the beginning of the process, but believe me, it is, it's very different for the final step.
I made a bunch of new labels for these. I kept them very simple. Okay, mostly because I was pretty exhausted already, but they're kinda cute and bam, this is my entire squishy collection completely organized, we have animals one, two and three, my favorite cakes, ice cream and drinks, donuts and cupcakes, desserts mixed, people and objects, animal desserts, minis, the desperate ones. bin savory food bread, buns and fruit and those are all the areas I was able to organize within my art room for this video. Honestly, there are still a few places I'd like to deal with at some point, but this was a really long process. one and I really packed everything I could into this video, so we have to finish it.
I know this wasn't the normal video I make here, but I hope you enjoyed it anyway. Thank you very much for watching. See you next Friday goodbye
