, this woman is roasting Ginkgo nuts. Which is really interesting because I remember seeing them in college in their original form. They will fall from a tree we call a poop tree because it will stink so much. She had never eaten these nuts before. I'm always curious to know how they taste. It's almost like a little grape. It tastes a little like corn. Like a huge grain of corn. It's a little bitter, it doesn't smell like poop anymore. Hmm... I don't know how I feel about this.

It still tastes good, but... I don't think I can eat too much. This is like those stalls you see in Taiwan where they cook steaks and blow blowtorches. But here they are sautéed in a kind of sauce over bean sprouts. gamsahamnida. Look at this smell, you know it smells like Worcestershire sauce. Let's try this. I have to have one that looks like some kind of pizza bowl, it has a whole egg on top and a puff pastry on the bottom and this thing is heavy. It is very dense. It is not light. If I throw this and hit someone, it will cause some injuries. It smells like a sweet cake on the bottom and the egg on top smells like it has a sugar glaze. He looks a bit like Humpty Dumpty. Now we know what happened after he fell off the wall. Mmm...oh! It's good, so those below are like a sweet little cupcake.

This egg on top has a sugar glaze, so it's a little sweet, but the egg itself is a little salty, so when you take a bite, the sweet on top is sweet on the bottom. They toast a fish-shaped waffle and have filling inside. This is very Korean stuff, check it out. Here is my fish. And I've never seen this before, they put an ice cream, a scoop of ice cream inside the fish's mouth and a honeycomb on top. So this thing has what looks like vanilla ice cream? Matcha powder and honey. Try this. That's really sweet. Wow. That's really sweet.

I want to take a bite out of the fish, so I'll have to make out with this fish a little. Excuse me. You have to take a bite of the waffle, otherwise I feel like it will be too sweet, and the waffle itself is not that sweet. Personally I think the honeycomb is kind of overkill. That's really sweet, I mean nice, toasty, crispy, delicious waffles. The rest, especially this honeycomb. Too sweet, it looks really interesting. I saw this on Facebook where someone was making them really quickly. This is a thin pancake with lettuce and what looks like a very thin breast inside and an egg on top.

And on top of that they had these very thin skins that look like onion skins, but they are actually fish, this is fish. That's crazy. Wow, something looks really interesting. I'm pretty sure this is a Japanese dish. I don't think this is a Korean dish, but you know, I'm going to try it. It's barbecue sauce they put on this. The pancake, um, on the bottom looks pretty crispy, but it's a little soggy. Oh no. This is not bad. I think my favorite part of this is the eggs. I'm going to try a piece with the egg yolk.

Yes, the best part of this is definitely the eggs. Perfectly cooked, very tender. The pancake itself is a little soggy and not as thin as it looks and the thin little layer of brisket they put in here. I really can't even find it. So that doesn't really play a big role in this dish. Do you know what matters? It's the skin of the fish on top because this dish lacks a bit of texture without the thin layers of fish on top. It's just soaked. It's a little chewy, soggy and too sweet, but with that on top.

Give it a little chew. It's definitely not what I expected. I didn't think they would add real barbecue sauce to this. It doesn't taste bad to me, but it's a little too sweet and I feel like it would be better if it had more meat. But I'm a meat guy, so here's the brisket. I found a piece of brisket. It has fun little food stalls. It has merchants. It has great little shops along the way. I loved. This was really amazing. It's a nice, cool night, perfect for a nice walk. And I love walking through the areas. And at least for me there is nothing better than taking a pleasant walk among a lot of food stalls. and that's really the best way to eat because you can exercise and eat at the same time and at the end of the night they cancel each other out. Then, you can return to your hotel and go to bed.

Well, you can't really do that, but I'm full and it was a really amazing experience.
