I just had a meal replacement shake with some almond milk and some ice because it tastes great. better for me when I had ice with it for some reason and this one was chocolate flavored mmm watch me slurp up that bad boy who was having a good time for training. I started out doing 15 minutes of cardio which completely destroyed my awesomeness and then I did some leg exercises with this app called workout for women, obviously struggling at this point, here I am boxing, now just kidding, it's actually my boyfriend, he told me He's got boxing, yeah, get it girl, the second day started with a mask because my friend Hunter's been writing.
As for these turmeric face masks, I simply made some Greek yogurt, a little honey, and of course some turmeric until it formed a paste and then swiped it all over my face. I actually did this all week and if you look my skin seems to get better, I'm not sure if it was the mask or eating better but I'm happy either way, after that I finished with my cider vinegar shot apple, which was almost less pleasant than the day before. I followed that with a little different variation from the breakfast and lunch I had had yesterday, surprisingly I was still hungry so I just had a couple of rice crackers, we had delicious peanut butter and cinnamon, now it was time to get dirty and lift some weights, obviously, I wasn't playing around here I decided to work on our arms and also some legs because why don't I always want those games like the ones today.
Today's training was no joke. Dinner was just some grilled salmon, broccolini, and some brussels sprouts which I normally hate, but I made myself do it. Tonight the almond milk doesn't really mask the taste of the coffee and I don't drink coffee for the flavor so this is interesting but okay so it's 7am I just got to the gym but yeah this is the first time. I came to the gym in this alley and there are actually a lot of people on the road and I don't like driving to begin with, sorry it was a bit strange.
I also had coffee and coffee affects my intestines, so I'm looking forward to it. Before I ate full rice crackers, rice crackers, basically ass. I just realized I forgot to take my shot of apple cider vinegar this morning. I already failed one, two, three, now I look brown. maybe a little funny. I've done everything, so I'll add the chicken. I do one that people don't know if this is the right method. It's probably the hardest I've ever pushed myself in the gym before. I feel great but I feel like my abs and legs are going to completely burn tomorrow but that was so hard like I was sweating to the point I couldn't see because there was a lot of sweat in my eyes but I'm happy with myself . I really enjoyed the workout, although it felt very fast even though I wasn't using weights, so it was very high intensity and I felt like I burned a lot more. calories than I would normally consume.

I started with 50 calories on the rowing machine with my little gym buddy. here and then I got on the treadmill and did an incline of 15 to 5 kilometers per hour until I burned 150 calories. I just weighed myself and I weigh seventy-six point nine kilos, so I think I've lost like I lost over two kilos, which is crazy in just a week.
I am really very happy with all this, it has helped me a lot to wash my body, I swear, the geography taught before was not good, I took Macker like four times a week, but I don't crave those things. more what i want to say to anyone who wants to try this, just do it, do it because you won't regret it. My cravings are gone. I feel like my body feels a lot stronger. I can run longer. I can literally just run. For about thirty seconds without dying first, I can now run for five minutes straight, which probably seems ridiculous to a lot of people, but I'm really proud of it.
I'm very excited to continue doing fitness things like this that I've never done. I'm a gym person.
