I BOUGHT A WRECKED PORSCHE 911 GT3 & REBUILT IT IN 24 HOURS

Mar 30, 2024
I just

bought

the cheapest 9911 GT3 in the world and today we are going to try to rebuild it in 24

hours

. The GT3 is a car that I already

bought

rebuilt

but sold because it was too expensive to return. UK, but I loved that car. Wow, so when the opportunity arose in the UK to get another one, but this time even cheaper, I jumped at it. Oh, more bonus time, come on, sold, yeah, oh no, sold with approval, what does that mean? Lucky for me the sale was approved, it's Porsche's day and what a day for him, I know, apparently it runs and drives, if you can tell if it runs and heads to this trailer then that's a great start.

I think I might be able to fix this in 24

hours

, yeah, look at my jacket, you see me from a mile away, oh oh, my Porsche 992 GT3 200 22 and it still looks amazing as always even though it crashed and in My first impressions were like that. It doesn't look that bad, but the truth will be told. I don't know why there is no backup. Where did that go? Yeah, I don't know, I don't know why there's no backup. That's expensive, yeah, that's expensive, was it 10 grand for a hat? 11,000 11 oh look at it from behind oh look at this part here oh yeah ooh oh there's a bit of doom here oh oh oh no oh it's so good so good now unfortunately but also fortunately at the same time this is automatic it's pdk which is probably one of the best gearboxes you can get with the manual gearbox.

More Interesting Facts About,

i bought a wrecked porsche 911 gt3 rebuilt it in 24 hours...

I have my nose up in this oh, it's like a super car, it's only 4,000 Mi, it's a completely gray and black interior, it comes with the roll cage, the seats are good, and there's not a single airbag deployed here, which should mean it stops it stops although we do have an airbag light so there are some positives and some negatives as always when buying cars with crash damage but I wanted to challenge myself to rebuild this car. Within 24 hours, I was desperate to drive it. Oh, did you brake the wheel well? It's a good job this wheel is actually damaged, but the more we look at it, the more damage we find.

Needs a front subframe. What yes, yes, look, look, yes? From the outside the car just looks like it's been in a minor accident, but of course it takes a lot to pay off a £200,000 car, but it's too late to turn back now. Now I'm excited to start this and we have a cheeky little head start from our hiking camp in Copa. I've already called Porche and ordered some pots which are already here, my dad will go get them now but in the meantime we have some things to do. also yeah, let's get in there and then we'll explain it, come on, let's go to Silverstone, oh so you know where you're going, a sweet 24 hours start from now, let's do it now, we're not going to start repairing. the car as you can think clearly and that's because we don't even have the tool to remove the wheels we're still waiting for something my dad comes back with this is how for now I'm going to remove the card from the door so I can get to the bolt on the door rear view mirror to remove it you will see why in a second yes yes now that I got the bolt out I can take the rear view mirror out of the door with the cable inside and yes the 24 hours have started but I will pause the clock when we go home to sleep.

What is Li like, who has coal in his hand. They have the ppf front. Don't know. If you see, look, you can only see the edge. The ppf didn't really protect much though, but this is ridiculously light, that's 11 G, it was 11 G 28 minutes we took the body off, we took the wing off. I think we are doing well and this is one part. which will probably confuse some people because I'm about to modify it before repairing it. We won't be able to paint the car in 24 hours. I'll keep this car to myself and yes, we're wrapping it up.
I'm going to do this stealth this is going to look crazy. I'm already getting shots in the comments. I can feel it, save yourself until it's finished, trust me, since you know, I'm building this car for myself and I'm not going to sell it. I already made that mistake and this is the color I want it. That's a nice jump you've got there. It is new, second hand. This one I'm not just going to rebuild the car. We'll also wrap it in satin black, so it should be completely transformed by the end of this hour. It's already happened.
We are making great progress. How are you? We haven't

rebuilt

anything yet. That's the problem with time-consuming wrapping. in time we didn't really have, but it's much faster than painting. The more help we had, the better. Hello how are you? Yeah, I'm just here to do all the hard work because I could do it. on your own obviously, so now it's me, Liam Chris and the cameraman Matt working on the car while my dad is out looking for parts, we're right at the back of the vehicle and we're going to remove the spoiler and Matt figures it's Of this size. and you're right so we have two bolts here two down two to go oh oh just oh velcro one velcro yeah I used to have them on my shoes when I thought you mean the lit ones hopefully we can get a carbon one if No it's going to be hard to wrap it so I'm nominating Chris to wrap it and just as I was finishing the rear quarter my dad came back from his trip we have 22 hours left oh yeah there's a completely separate van , so Tony just arrived with all the parts and left some at Silverstone.
The wheel guy is on his way now to get the wheels, so hopefully we'll have a wheel on the back of this truck, otherwise we'll have a big problem, yeah. There are a lot of parts here, but as Matt mentioned, we noticed that when we picked up the car there was damage to the left front wheel that was definitely not repairable, so I ordered a new wheel from Porsche. We just hope that my dad really picked it up, hopefully this is a wheel, please be a wheel. It looks pretty light for a wheel, it is a wheel, yes, and here's the Moment of Truth, to find out if it's the right wheel, yes, that looks good, yes, it's good, it's magnetic, oh.
OMG that's W light 22,000 for this stunner and my dad even grabbed the big torque wrench that you need to remove these center locking wheels so now we can start removing the wheels and start repairing the car I just finished. Remove this rear quarter and once this is done we can lower it to remove the wheels from the door. This is what I mean, oh, that was easy. I'm just strong to make it look easy. Yes well done. Chris, one minus three, go see me. back room it's Tony who's spinning it come on, oh come on, come on, come on, why did you pick up his spear from the ground?
So he was taking I thought you were going to the gym, he was taking the mick out, he was taking the mick out, you can Don't take it off this one, this one might be the tightest one, it's definitely the tightest one, yeah, I loosened it up, I loosened it up, what embarrassing now with the center wheels destroyed we can remove them and begin to assess the damage and I noticed that it had a rear wheel. the steering apparently to help cornering at high speeds, which would be strange for donuts and anywhere portes could wait, unless they waited, they even drilled holes in the back of the wheels.
Now I was investigating why there was no coolant in the car, it's pretty obvious. To see there was a big dent in the front radiator so it will definitely need to be replaced so Leon and I re-wrapped the driver's side door while my dad was right Matthew. I'm going to break the control radiator, why? We're removing the radiator, uh because it's bent. 15 Why are you looking at me now? You will notice that there are a lot of parts here and they are all new from Porsche because if you try to search for 992 GT3 parts on eBay or anywhere else they are almost impossible to find, I guess, because the car is very new and there are not many of them on the road right now my dad is checking the radiator and just like we think it definitely needs to be replaced, yeah that's pretty bent.
I just need to, I just need to stand in the back, while Liam and I step up to the driver's side door and, speaking of doors, we knock on the unit door. The man behind the door is, hey, the real Mania, when Mania comes to take the wheels. We will come back with a completely different color and we will look much better. What color we will find out. 21 hours, 4 minutes and 42 seconds. How much time you have left? Oh, it's already started. Yes. What do you mean we already started? Look at it. I don't. Don't even look closely, see you in less than 21 hours and 4 minutes, please.
Perfect, that final wrap is on and I think it looks amazing, it's like you can really see the shape of the car now and with the yellow calipers it looks really good. and we're actually starting to fix things now because dad's at the helm with Chris, Liam and I tore this thing up, so I think we're on the right track, I think we're on the right track, it's starting to look pretty good, but remember all that wrapper. I did it on the right side, I have to do it on the left side too, the victory is in the car, we want to remove it from the car because the damage, the damage, it is damaged so it needs to come off, so first we talk about AR , it finally feels like this.
We're getting somewhere, we're all working our own corner and Chris is working on removing the front wing. Fortunately, the arch skin is still in one piece, so we can reuse it, but the front wing has some damage to the dam, making the headlight, which is going to be expensive and we're going to have to find out why. it's missing a lot of parts on the back later in the video because it's going to be very expensive to replace right now we're concentrating on the front normally it goes through the front but that's pending so it's difficult yeah yeah M , so these headlights get stolen quite a bit and they aren't actually stolen by headlights, believe it or not, even though they are 2 and a year old.
Half Grand, I think it's around that or three Grand, I can't remember, but they only steal them for this stuff here because apparently people use them to grow illegal drugs because, uh, it doesn't take that much electricity, no way, that's so dumb. . No, that's so dumb, that's not real, wait, wait, no, we can just unscrew this bracket. Surely not, it's riveted. There is no way that bracket is riveted. You're not telling me you have to turn off the air. Lose all the gas to remove a wing from a professional. I've gone in and let the air gas out, so the good news now is that we can disconnect these air lines to turn off the wing, so here we go, it comes One wing off One wing off we need this too, that's why I took care of it Wait , meanwhile, on the front left side of the car, my dad is starting to reassemble the radiators, the front rad and most of the parts on this Porsche are built from a bunch of parts and apparently this has to do with purposes Sure, if you get in an accident and only damage one part of the radiator, then you only have to replace one part, which would make labor, insurance and parts cheaper, makes sense, but makes it very complicated when rebuilding things like this. we have the fan shroud on the back of the rad, these little rubber grommets that go into the radiator and then the plastic brackets that hold the fan shroud to the radiator, then we have the two main hoses that lead to the radiator to connect On it there's a little plastic line that connects to the top of the radiator and then we're working on the air radiator.
The one on the car didn't leak gas but it looked a little bent so let's be safer than sorry and replace it with a new one anyway, it has a plastic bracket that it clips onto and then you can push it onto the radiator and screw it on . There are two air conditioning lines that connect to it, one at the top and one. at the bottom and they are bolted on because they hold high pressure gas and that is the almost complete left front radiator, just add this plastic cover that guides the air into it and keeps it nice and cool, the rear view mirrors are going to be difficult to wrap them, they are gray rear view mirrors and we have carbon ones so we don't have to wrap them and with the carbon mirrors we also have these little pieces of carbon to match the carbon roof that will be seen. brilliant, it's literally One Bowl, it was literally a bowl and there it is on the back so Chris set about unscrewing that bolt, there it is and then he was able to lift the little plastic rim out of its place and replace it with the new carbon one.
One, it's these little details that are going to completely transform this car, especially matching that carbon roof. Oh, that looks amazing and it only took me 4 seconds. It's a nice box. Mate. Comes in the correct color. We even have to wrap it. Check it out. m I wouldn't even mind mate, yeah don't bother when the body panels started appearing we all grouped up to wrap them all up, Liam and I doing the passenger side door like we did the other side and Chris, my dad and Matt. the cameraman doing the front spoiler and this is a cool moment where we're all working together to build a cool car and I guess it hasn't changed much over the years, I'm still building cars but it's gone fromthe wet restaurant parking lots to my own. drive some pretty expensive cars, but I guess that's what happens when you persist in chasing your dreams, there's 17 hours left and that carbon fiber bonnet costs £1,000 and the guys just said, wouldn't it be great if you'd had a carbon exposed?
Li fiber hood, don't you think that would be great? It had a carbon fiber hood oh yeah that would be absolutely fantastic yeah we're thinking there's a chance this could be exposed carbon fiber because it's not going to be painted oh yeah so we could just ppf we should see an oh what is it oh it's white it's white oh no it's going to be to open the trunk and you'll see white no because there's usually carbon exposed underneath let's see the code green oh no it's taped on oh it's painted with carbon they primed it , that is, carbon, carbon appearance, carbon, yes, carbon.
The Caron fiber was to If so, if they hadn't top primed it, it would have been sanded with charcoal W. I feel like they do it on purpose just to rip you off and sand it, yeah, they probably charge you more for not priming it. It would have been like dry charcoal if they hadn't painted it, that's a bit plastic isn't it? Oh oh yeah, because it's carbon reinforced plastic. A plastic-reinforced auto production car once had plastic-reinforced carbon. Does that mean it only has carbon underneath? it just has carbon underneath and you have yeah, it's a bit comical, they could show you a carbon fiber one and if you want to write them a letter, yeah, I'm going to complain, so with the clock still ticking, we.
I still have a lot to do, even just wrapping this rear bumper took hours. You can see the clock ticking here, as it's so oddly shaped that it's impossible to make it in a single piece of wrap, but then Wheel Mania visited us again. Oh, they look. sick with some freshly refinished wheels, that's the damage, oh yeah, to the old wheel, that one oh yeah, oh yeah, it's bent and everything is like this, yeah, wow, when Mania delivered the wheels, we went for a champagne color the same than a Lamborghini. hurcan peram Monte satin of course these are 20 inches in the front and 21 inches in the rear and the original wheels are pretty good to be fair like they are very light and uh Manu hasn't painted the centers, so we know that uh the lock will lock and it won't remove any of the paint.
Now we're going to put these wheels on because the subframe was damaged, so we're going to take them off the ramp here and put them on the ramp there. so we can take a look at the damage on the subframe and change it out so these wheels have to go on to do that so let's get to it these wheels look amazing once they get them on. I'm going to order without food we really don't have much time to go get anything so of course it's time to eat. This is perfect for the 24 Hour Challenge and perfect for people on the go like us, inside one of these drinks there are 26 vitamins. and minerals is high in fiber and high in protein is lactose free is gluten free and has no added sugar this is a flavor I haven't actually tried before fudge browner what they actually are is a meal replacement shake It's not a diet drink it's not a protein shake, it just replaces a meal during the day that we've missed breakfast and dinner at that time, so yeah, that's a good one.
I think the champagne color goes really well with the satin black and of course we have a new one. tire in front there are 500 calories in a bottle so it's sure to keep you full for your next meal, whether you have it for breakfast, lunch or dinner or all three, it will keep you going all day long and, Obviously, there is enough to give. you what your body needs, not only are they vegan options, the bottles are 100% recyclable, so you can rest assured that we are keeping the earth clean with our naturally aspirated 4L motor. Now these wheels have a special adjustment sequence that I'm about to show you. tighten it up to 100 newon m and then mark exactly where that 100 Newton m is there and then when I tighten it further, where it says stop, that's the maximum torque load, so I turn it here, between here and here.
It should be around 400 Newton M, which is what it should be screwed to. We have a torque wrench that goes up to 450 Newton M, so we don't need to make the markings, but it's just an example. Yeah, bang on bang, crazy look. Plus, it's almost like you didn't think that we are now to grab a meal that you can make with the link in the description box below, so if you're thinking about being healthier and maybe saving money because you buy so much fast food in at lunch time, you can find your favorite flavor with the link in the description box below and use this discount code below me now to get a good discount and thank you for me later, let's remove your subframe along with some. of the damage here we eventually get to which can take us quite a while, we noticed there was damage to the subframe when we picked it up from Copart, we are about to find out how bad that damage is, we hope not too.
Bad, it didn't look as bad as the purple one. I think we can do it. I think we can do it. The bronze wheels though with the satin black look so sweet. How bad is it? Oh look, that's where they had a What Would You Say? It's mud that got into the suit. It is not like this? Everything down here looks good and this is the damage. Do you think the subframe is in two pieces? We ordered one, let me get it, so we had to change the subframe. replace this on the other GT3 but it comes in two pieces and you can only order it in one piece it's just this piece of aluminum here that bolts to this piece of aluminum here to change this is more of a job to change it which should be easier The plan My action is to unscrew this, we'll see if there's any damage to that part underneath, let's hope the rest of the subframe under this panel is okay as it should save us a lot of time, that was good, it doesn't look like there's a scratch on it, the controls of horses might be like, oh, just replace everything, but I don't really think, I really don't think we need to do that.
Hey, there's not a scratch on that, oh well, not a single scratch, this is going to be a quick replacement and we have 11 hours 59 minutes left now, dad we're going to separate the front of the subframe from the back of the subframe and then we can start swapping it out for this damaged one, ah, so upon closer inspection, there's a reason why on Earth they've removed a bottom tray here, everything should have a bottom tray, look, it goes to the oh, look, It's broken, look, it's broken, that's why, everything is there under the car. it needs a tray underneath yeah look but now they are all bent and some people are commenting and saying that the insurance has declared this as a write off to say that it is not worth repairing and that they have to take a lot of things into account when repairing a car like This in the cost, they have to buy everything new, yes, which we have done anyway, but they also have to take into account the higher car for the person who previously owned this car, which has to give them a similar car while this car is running. being repaired which is going to cost a lot especially if they have to wait for parts because it could also be a long rental of the car and it will have to be similar to a gc3 so they would also have to repair everything like for something like this for me I would I would get rid of it.
I don't even mind that, but insurance would have to make it like new, so that would all add up to what I think happened. This car was crashed and then they took it to an insurance repair center and they removed most of the damaged parts to make a quote for insurance, after they had given the quote they canceled the car and it's I went to Copart , but all the vintage pieces have just been dropped off at The Body Shop. Without back part. In fact, I think there's a body shop somewhere that has a lot of this GT3 parts lying around.
What would you do without it? plastic, let me see how you built the Wing's big moment and this one did it too that's how it got dumb, you know what's dumb? We have 11 hours left and the car still looks like this. We better move on, but now. fits on the driver side wing and Liam and I are wrapping the passenger side wing even though it is satin black and with both wings or fenders on, if you are American we can now push the bumper into place without any of the decorations. So now it's easy for us to wrap with the bumper engaged, we can pull the wrap against something, while a lot of people think you'd wrap the bumper off the car, it's actually a lot harder and unless you have the bumper pinned to something. and let's not forget the time spent at the bottom of the old headlight, now you can buy the headlight separately from Porsche of course but they don't come with all this stuff on and inside the headlight there are fans and actuators and we actually missed this. the Porsche is purple, so Freddy, if you're looking, you need to go back and do this on the headlight and take the fans out of the old headlight and put them in here because apparently there are some fans in here that we need to change. there's the fan and what's that called just uh Z, there's actually two fans, this is one and the other looks like a little turbo here now we've somehow managed to tie Dom up, I was just meant to leave him some pieces for us, but he wanted to get his hands dirty, so who better than someone who actually works at Porsche.
I'm going to take this off because he's dead oh that's dead yeah that's dead okay so it looks like there was damage to the back. and it kind of supports my insurance theory: if there is damage to that plastic bracket, then there is likely damage to the bumper, so the insurance body shop would probably remove the bumper to see the damage underneath and remove the rear bumper they have to remove all the tail lights and also the rear duct spoiler, which again explains why I don't have it, so we are just building the bumper, which consists of as many different parts as plastic on the back there is a piece of plastic that holds the grill there is a piece of plastic that holds the daytime running lights there are like covers there is everything and we are all cutting it all together but we are missing a part and that is this little center piece here that is the grill, so We're not going to have it in time, I don't think, so we're going to have to put it together without the grill to make it look as good as possible.
I also have splitters to put on and a lot of this bumper is very light and in a million pieces, but Liam is working on it right now, it's so hard, it's so hard, they come in, they come in here, front or back, they like it have. a special location, yeah, like that, that's it and then you want to put your rivets. I need a riveter. I'll go get you a riveter, yeah, yeah. B wow, legit, that's called aka OEM once we were placing. the front bumper together, Dom and my dad started putting the rear bumper together and as you can see the rear bumper comes on first, then all the lights, the whole bumper apart from the grill, what does it look like?
Because I can't see it. Well, it looks, it looks amazing, then we have to remove the wing again to attach something quite important. Everyone always asked how we organized all the stuff to put all the cars together, now you know, now you know it's literally Carnage I. I don't know if you call this organizing or just growing on the floor, it makes it more fun, it's like finding the package now. One thing we are going to change is the hood hinges every time a car crashes and the hood is damaged. Chances are you'll get a new hood and never be able to get it aligned and it's usually because of these things so we're not taking any chances.
This happens like this. These are the little things that eat up that precious time. but these could be vital for aligning the panels. There is a collision sensor on the wing. This little thing is a crash sensor and when it detects an impact it sends a signal through the airbag system to deploy an airbag, but it is not deployed. The crash sensor is located right behind the headlight and imagine that in the crash it wasn't hit hard enough to deploy any air bags, but it would have been useful to have all the pieces broken because, as you can imagine, not only did we have to order the pieces that I had to sort the bolts to attach them all too that's aligned that's aligned that's aligned now we're going to align all the panels again this could take a long time but we're just trying to do it as best as possible for now, yeah, once you get those bolts in, that should work, you know it's going in, you might want to go underneath, there we go, that was a good click, this airbag thing, one of these is for the gauge, R like this and This reaches that daytime circulation line.
There are 4 hours and 42 minutes left to assemble the rest of the front wing. There goes the wash bottle with two electrical sensors, one for the motor and one for a level sensor. I think it just pushes on behind the wing and then there's just a bolt holding it in place.place, of course, to fill the washer bottle, you need to fill a neck. All parts must be purchased separately. At the end we will talk about the cost of everything. from the video, but as you can imagine, it's adding up and now to cover all of that, over the arch lining goes what Liam is doing now and I'm just putting in the bolts, then the side indicators that are on the bottom of both wings and finally we can place the complete bumper type.
Only the grill is missing at the bottom which we somehow forgot to order but this would happen when we order so many pieces so the bolts that hold the bumper have little, we call them hats. and it has a little ridge there to keep you from crushing the bumper when you turn it on so they go in there if you say hit the like button it turns on and if I say subscribe it turns on. I don't know, let's try it. Everyone hit the subscribe button because we've worked so hard and how much time do we have 3 hours 53 minutes left and we still have a hood to wrap and the duct tail and a lot more stuff 11 G Bonet oh which way are you guys going to do something? oh look, look, it has an arrow, what does Deco mean?
It means down, down, say, say that, or doesn't it? means up what Deco that s means up or down Matt says down because it starts with d yes I like that theory Hello sir translate the sticker to English lid it's not even up or down LD that's Bonnet so it's up , but we have this to go we have that is up, oh yes, up, you would never have thought that because the Germans call the Bonnet tapa, tapa, yes, tapa. I like that, should we call it tapa from now on and how do Germans speak? We have installed the hydraulic struts on the hinges and can now unpack the lid.
This cap is incredibly lively, as I mentioned, it is carbon reinforced with plastic. I think we managed to get lucky with the purple Porsche that only had a small scratch and that's it. The reason I knew it was 11 Grand but this time we were unlucky and had to replace it and now that we have installed it we have to wrap it and with our first delivery I don't think we can. I've done very poorly with the panel gaps, but again, all of this can be adjusted at the end of the build, comes the WRA. This is the old mirror that you must take to pieces without breaking it to make it fit.
Wow, the only problem is that I don't think it's appropriate, it doesn't look like the wrong Sid, well done, look at that, oh look I can see myself, hello viewers, oh no, you can fast forward through that part, oh yeah, show me a clip that's broken because there's No, he didn't believe, you did, you distrusted, you don't have tweezers, stab him in what just came through the wrapper. Wow, that looks good. Too bad it's a p and it has a small scratch that is for memory. What did you just say? No. I don't know, maybe Hannah will get to turn on Porsche, it could be an age thing, it took me a while, but once I drive one of these things, there's no turning back and look how nice it already looks, but still have. long way to go my dad put the carbon mirror caps on and it's time for a time update. 1 hour and 57 minutes left we still have a queue to wrap my dad is putting on the wing I still have to wrap this because we can I don't have the carbon one yet it doesn't look right for some reason Liam and I left off one of the hardest parts of wrapping at the end, the rear duct spoiler, so while we were doing that, my dad was installing the new carbon fiber mirrors on the doors and then he could put the door card back together, don't drop the latch there. 45 minutes left and Liam and I have just discovered that not only do we have to wrap this ducktail spoiler, but it also has air intakes that we have. to assemble as well, that is because the air must flow through the top of the roof, towards the rear of the window and, under this spoiler, directly into the air filters and into the engine at the back. back of the car, it's like a giant.
Lego piece we are building now, there are so many components in such small pieces that my dad managed to find the bolt he dropped in the door card that he can use to screw the rear view mirror on and then put the door card back together. He moves to the back of the car putting on the taillights. There are three, one on the right, one on the left and then the huge light bar that goes in the middle. 20 minutes left. Now this is coming fast. How many minutes do we have? I literally have 20 minutes left, the wheels will now work again, hopefully forever, but I will mention that we are still missing a few pieces for the front bumper and I'm just aligning the Bild duck to make sure everything fits well, it's time. for coolon remember we have a vacuum filling this cooling system and it is a nightmare this means blowing compressed air through this vacuum which should suck all the air out of the car's cooling system and if the vacuum holds it shows that We don't have any leaks, so we have our new Valvoline coolant that we are going to put in the Porsche, of course, me being a Valvoline partner.
Now all the fluids we put in my car will be Valene with the vacuum in the cooling system. We can place the tube in Valene's cooling tub. Open the tap and it should draw all the coolant into the system, hopefully without any air bubbles. I think it was about 8 liters later and I was full. Now I can install the duckbill spoiler to Well, you can see where the air comes in. There is some final molding to put on the rear and then move on to the front to put on the headlights and that was it. 24 hours we were so close, but just look at how amazing it looks even in this unfinished state, so much better than 24 hours before this.
Oh, we were so close, maybe I was a little ambitious, but I don't feel like I failed one bit because, well, I have a completely stealth exit. 2022 GT3 we have only 4,000 thousand on the clock it looks so good even in this unfinished state yes missing grills on the bottom yes no wing on the rear at the moment we are repeating the touring look because I'm with Hoping to get a carbon wing to match the carbon roof and rear view mirrors and that will save me from wrapping the rear as well, but I was never able to sell this car.
I feel like this car was made for me, but unfortunately I can't drive it yet. it's not complete, but remember at the beginning of the video there was a little bit of damage, it's not structural because it's a group like non-structural damage category, but this is kind of part of the chassis, it's really flimsy metal, I know because I bought this part for the purple GT3, it has a dent here and it's like it's a little wrinkled, but I don't think it's enough to replace it. I'm pretty sure when the body shop reopens after the holidays they should be able to get this dent out, it hasn't affected any of the bolt alignment, they are all still lined up in the perfect spot and the hood still has a half gap decent, so I think we can do it later. with many other pieces, but I guess you guys want to know how much I paid for it and how much it cost me to get to this point.
I won this GT3 for 8700 and spent £4791 repairing it. which makes the total spend much cheaper than it would be to buy the same spec GT3 in the UK, but of course it will be cheaper, it's a crash issue, it's a category n car and I still have some pieces that I have to buy, I guess I'll leave that up to you if it was worth it or not, but for now thank you very much for watching this video. If you enjoyed it, hit the subscribe button, hit the thumbs up button and I'll do it. See you in the next video, peace, oh God, you are like a drug bed.
I just can't den now.
