Here my bag has to be close to me, so it's right here in my laptop bag, so here's my jewelry. Since you are going to wear simpler clothes, you want to bring some jewelry to dress her up, so I put all my jewelry. another galini bag and this one has served me well for years and I just put all the little bags here to make it nice and organized so I put it here it will go in my laptop bag and then of course on my laptop I take a bit. I love these wipes so if you're going to restaurants or the bathroom and really want to clean yourself or after a run you can do that instead of howling.
You can really use them to cool off so I love them and then of course my iPhone and an expandable bag I guess because I hope to take the souvenirs home so this is the expandable bag and it's actually part of my baggalini. which serves as a small bag, so in case I don't want to carry my entire bag, say for dinner or just going out for a few minutes, I'll take this, so that's it. and then accessories, so you need accessories and they don't take up a lot of space, but they have a great purpose and that is to help you get dressed and complete your outfit, so I carry three or four scarves with me whe

never

I travel, I read one, a nice blue one and a green one nice that it has several colors, yeah, I think that's it, and again I put them in nice little bags and I like to separate and compartmentalize all my clothes and all my stuff, so these bags really help you and help you feel organized, so that when you open your suitcase when you arrive, everything is where you put it and it's in its own little place, so these are all my score, okay, and here I have My headbands, so I hope I can use them all, are they sunny or to run, so they all come with me here and then just for toiletries.
I like to bring American toiletries. I don't know if I can find some. or not, but we're going to be there for five weeks, so I'm not going to go any further than this, this is the maximum amount of toiletries I'll take with me, okay, take your two favorite bras, ladies, don't try to overcrowd. everyone in there and you don't like one, take something that's very comfortable, so I'll take my two favorites here in their own bag, of course, and pantyhose and my black spandex because it goes with everything, so that's gone. here and the unmentionables in their own little bag and then this is a nice jacket that's warmer than you can imagine and you can see I just got it out of here.
This is again from Eunuch Cologne and I love wearing it, it's sleeveless. I loved it, I took it all over the world, I had a couple tears and they fixed it for free, so I love Patagonia, but I'm not crazy about the new MLC and MLC. it's max or carry-on so we splurge and what's this bad thing it really looks like a backpack it's scary I know but this puppy is what I'm going to pack all this in and basically he was just going to do your The best thing is that he expand a little bit here to give you a little extra space and make sure all your luggage has information in case you get lost with your phone number and your address so there's my little tag and it's yellow too.
So in case I need to check it or whatever, I can easily identify it because it's a different color than black. Okay, so we're going to start packing now, so I'm going to show you how to fold your clothes and the way we pack. Let's start with everything that has to come no matter what and then we'll see if we have room leftfor the things that we would really like to take so we'll start over here and I'll start here with my black pants they will definitely come so the way you want to pack is if you want to fold more like if you want to roll up your clothes so you can spread them out like this and you start rolling and you just use this motion to make the garment as small as possible, okay and then you start.
I live in the corner of your bag and then we go, so I'm going to do my stockings here next and it's really liberating to be able to have the backlight. I really struggled with this for years, but I'm really seeing the benefits of packing light and carrying less with you because, on the one hand, you're not. You really travel so you take all your stuff with you, you travel so you experience the new place and all the wonderful things that await you, and more than that, you get to buy things in a new country and that's exciting, so I'm going.
Let's see this as a positive experience, that's my goal here for you too, okay, so the shoes I'll put on you as soon as possible, so I'll put them here mmm, actually, there's a little divider here, I had to put it in . Up, but I'm not going to use it, so I'm going to push it down so it's a big container. Okay, so I'll put my small bag, my small jacket here and my shoes, my bigger shoes, so these will go. here like this and the other one here, so I like to distribute the weight, so I'm not going to put two shoes next to each other, I'm going to put them at the other end of the suitcase, in fact, I'm going to move these shoes. here to the side towards the edges, so okay, I'm going to change my sitting position to have more control here, okay, now we're going to move to the top, so I'm going to bring my tops here and Taking this, a pullover very very thin turtleneck because it's probably cold at night so we'll be safe so everything I'm taking before I pack everything I looked at and visually made sure as much as possible that everything went with everything, so that's it. because the colors are pretty neutral and that's what you want to do, you want to create outfits in your mind and make sure you're not wearing something that you only wear once or twice, right, it's just not worth it, so do it before you throw away.
Everything together is good, so the next thing I'm going to do is pack my running clothes, but I'm going to wear light clothes, so I'll leave these pants that I would like to wear here. These are the long pants that I really feel comfortable running in. and spring will probably be a little cold, another one, okay, here we go, my running pants, okay, I'll leave this top here because maybe I can do without it because my sports tops can also be for yoga and running and actually , this particular one with one of my yoga pants has to act as a swimsuit in case there's a hot tub because I'm not going to pack a swimsuit just for a possible necessity, so there's something you can have. double duty if necessary, it's nice to be able to comfortably say that everything I'm packing is something I love to wear and you want to be able to say that because you're going to be in this for a while, these are my lounge pants, so just we'll roll them up another trick is to take something that's really comfortable and well worn and maybe it's close to the time that you're ready to donate it or leave it so you can finish wearing it and then leave it behind and that's it. that will save or create more space for you as you come back so we're getting close and I don't like to pack but you pack it to the brim very very full so we're getting pretty close here so we have got to have Be careful what happens here, so I'm going to put on my dress.
I want to take my dress and my red blouse. I want to take this one, so at this point I'm going to look to see, yeah. We still have a little bit of room to go and we still have all of that and the yoga mat stuff is actually going to go outside, you'll see, so I'm going to put a couple more things in here. I'll leave this. one behind this is nice, just roll it all up and if it wrinkles a little that's okay and that's another point, don't wear clothes that might wrinkle, try to wear clothes that don't wrinkle so you don't have to worry.
As for ironing, I don't use an iron either, obviously, or a hair dryer, because every place you go they have a small dryer, so that's it, it's very important not to have to carry you around, okay, my little cardigan, We are almost done. with this compartment so and of these I'm going to take one of them this is the cutout that I'm still cutting out yeah it takes a lot of guts but you can do it too okay I might pack this one too I really like this one Okay let's see I'm not I'm sure I'll have room for my black sweater, so it might have to be between this black sweater.
Let me put it here and not worry about the gray right now. Okay then. We're going to go, we've left three pieces behind four, actually, so what we're going to do is put my unmentionables here, my pantyhose here, very nice and press them, you won't break them there, just close my ribbons for the head. over here and my score is this is the last thing I'm going to put in this main container, now we're going to close it, so here we go, okay, and you're really going to squeeze this tighter and then this side is okay, come on, Alright.
I'm already very impressed with the e-bag, so we'll see how it goes on the trip. Now I'm going to close this top part. I have a bat bag here, no. I'm sure I'll use it late but I could put some of my essentials back in here but what I want to do now is pack my bag this is what I'm most worried about with this one again this is my baggalini bag very nice bag I put the UM with the handle in and it's empty relatively empty and then I put it here okay, perfect, so now I'm going to put my expandable here my toilet, we're going to try to put them in my wet wipes, sunglasses, I'm going to have a little of care, so I might carry them with my bra here and it's a very good idea, ladies, to put everything in small bags in case security opens your bag and you don't want anyone else touching your private clothing.
So my other one is fine, so this is working fine, and it's not terribly gigantic or anything, so I'm going to close this now, at this point I'm going to take a look at the clothes that I left behind that I can do without. this without this without this without this but I really want to take this so I'm thinking maybe I can use it on the plane that I have three layers on or maybe I can still put it here it's a game time decision so I'm going I'll look here and I'll try to close this and put my yoga mat here.
How are we doing? This is where I call my husband to say: can you help me? and he will tell me that you will also bring. not much nothing no this is the minimum so here we go so it's the external compression so I don't know maybe I have to use this type on the plane so we'll leave it aside for now and not worry about it. Regarding that, now I will show you how I carry my yoga mat. This comes with me and will go out. I think it's going to go here, so we'll put it like this and use these handy outside handles.
This one come on, okay, lovely and then this one, okay, so this is my main luggage, what do you think you see? This is actually it. Oh, I can actually look at it closer because I haven't even used it in its full print, so these are. the handles of the backpack, as you can see, I could take it like this or like that or just put it on my back, so this is the first section of packing and I actually feel pretty good about what I won't be carrying. I'll be fine. Now I'm going to show you how I pack my laptop, so I decided to take this one on the plane so we wouldn't have to worry about packing it.
I'll just look very warm. This is my laptop bag, it is a very nice bag. I've used it for a few years and I'm basically going to put my laptop in here. In fact, I also have an iPad that will go in the outer bag. My little yoga towel. My toiletries. I can easily take them out for safety my makeup bag flips over and my jewelry goes in this bag here then the headphones your other things other electronic chargers I'm going to put all that here my USB key I actually like to use this outside USB pocket and iPhone, so I'm going to put my sunglasses out here so they don't get compressed and then the rest of my makeup here along with my purse, so this one is super easy.
I also put out some snacks, some bars. or whatever for the plane and that's it, we're done here, so this goes over my shoulder like this and my husband will bring the laptop charger young, so I'm ready, so this is it, this is what I will take to Europe. five weeks in the spring, so if I can do this, you can do it, try to pack light, don't check luggage and enjoy your travels, don't obsess over carrying too much. I hope you enjoyed this and I'll talk to you. you in the next video goodbye
