intermittent fasting I started doing that because someone told me it was a good thing and I believed them because I'm very gullible and it worked very well. In fact, I have to say hello. I usually don't work out much, so that takes care of doing this type of exercise. My wife introduced me to this thing which was I called the bikini body app and I thought yeah I'm sure I'll try it how hard can it be and it's hard now it's called The Sweat app because maybe they realize they're deleting a group demographic like me calling it the Bikini Buddy app, but now it's the sweat app and it's hard to do burpees, uh, push-ups, you know, a warm-up.

I could do it by jumping rope or running or on an elliptical for 10 minutes on the heavy bag with cardio based on overall body weight and then if I'm traveling like now. I could go to the gym and use some machines, you know, for strength work and I do it more for the mental benefits than the physical benefits. I mean, they're both good, but I think mentally yes. I'll break the fast with a mix of vegetables and water that, you know, I'll drink while I'm making lunch for lunch. I could easily eat half a chicken, potatoes, vegetables or salad, so I'll eat it as a proper lunch meal. I could have a snack. a little during the day, some nuts, but I'm not a big eater. I might have some fruit, you know, an apple, you know, any nectarine for dinner. I'll have a big full meal again, we usually eat around retirement time at 6:30. 7:00 dinner early, I try not to eat too much red meat, but I could definitely eat it most days.

I probably eat red meat, maybe four times a week, fish, potatoes or rice. I make a lot of things in the oven, so I'll roast them. some broccoli or, like I say, I'll make a salad, so I really have two main meals and then, you know, after dinner, I'll have some ice cream, something sweet, you know, I don't really pay too much attention to the Which as without sounding smug. I'm lucky that I burned a lot of calories naturally when we were doing 300 and they were like, "You go and eat whatever you want. You know some people were on a very specific diet.

The goal was to lose 58 kilos. what I did was during a 10 day period where I had to lose that weight so I started with 1,000 calories a day and I did that for about 4 weeks and then I got stuck at 64 kilos so then I lowered it to 600 calories a day, so basically it was a can of sardines, some berries and a handful of nuts a day.
I wouldn't do what I did for hunger again. I wouldn't do that to my body again. No, what is more difficult? Diet or exercise. training because I don't really follow a diet, training is always hard, it always starts with me watching my runners, you know, for like 10 minutes and I don't have a coach. I like to exercise alone. I'm pretty motivated when I get going if there's not a lot of you know, I rest, I push, I push hard, but it's always interesting, the Gremlins, you know, when you work out, you know, some days it's like, oh, you didn't sleep very well, you know?
You know you don't have to do all the exercise? I know that if I don't complete the training that I have set out to do the rest of the day will be ruined and you know the opposite that if I complete the training day it will be fantastic, the best smell of food in the world, nice, like a coffee with sauce ball I know it's not a food, but it smells good. Favorite comfort food for me would be pizza and spaghetti. Well, at the same time, I don't really eat peanut butter either smooth or chunky, but if I had to choose, I'd probably choose smooth, yeah, and I had it when I landed here yesterday straight to In-N-Out.
I have two. cheeseburgers I like the Smash Burger I like the ratio of the beef patty to the bun, it can't be too thick for me without bacon. Probably more like snacks, probably popcorn or if I'm in a hotel and I might do room service and eat whatever I ordered in bed while watching movies. I've thought about this kind of death row scenario, so it's something that I need to repress, obviously because I'd be pretty nervous, so my last meal I think would be chips and salad, no, but I mean, I've always been curious about you.
I know um Sports diets and I guess it's changed to I think probably Thomas Ran's period when he was playing was probably eating whatever obviously science has come into play a lot more. I don't know now what modern science would say, what they would say. would eat before a game now I don't know how much football players do on the ketogenic diet or how much is carb based. I know people who are doing marathons and stuff will eat maybe a lot of pasta or rice or get the carb boost I'm Michael Fast Bender and this is what my diet looks like.
