. We had a few issues when I first bought the system, for example we set it up correctly exactly as they said with this green ground wire and I'm sorry that a few things got in the way.

I literally just like to take this and move it because we're going to shoot a little bit with dual voltage later, but this was connecting this green ground wire to the back of the ground here, then you ground the 5 pound hopper on the back and everything on that same post. Well now when we did that it was actually like having electricity build up around my person like you could see the electricity jumping from me to the gun or if I was too close to the cockpit from me to the boots if I had something with the zipper between the zippers it was really strange that we were having some problems, I pulled the trigger and I instantly stood up and turned around like my hair stood up and I got static sparks and you don't want those static sparks because if there's gun

around, it could ignite the gunpowder, for so there was a big explosion. problem there I contacted Eastwood there was a little problem with Eastwood because the product was very new and the tech support didn't really have any way to help now that I had made a mistake by booking a bunch of jobs thinking everything was going well so that everything would be no problems and so I was stressed because they had postponed some jobs because the system was not working properly after talking to Eastwood, they quickly sent a new machine, we got the new machine, which is this one here, yes, the other one. one is packed up they sent it back and dropped it off at FedEx today anyway we got the new machine we plugged it in and it was absolutely perfect ok but while we were waiting for the new machine to get to us we ended up What we did was we ended up running now that we have a ground connection.

I'll open this up, we have a true ground connection which for people who don't know, for people who don't know, a ground connection is a four to 12 foot long copper rod. about half an inch three quarters of an inch in diameter and it's pounded all the way into the ground so just showing that and then you go ahead and connect your ground to that copper rod which is the ground so this is here is the ground and this top piece is just the connector, that's when you want to connect the ground to it, slide this over it and put the ground there and tighten the bolt and hold it there, hey, so this right here is the ground. ground for the building notes here goes straight to the building it's right here this is the ground ground is freshly painted okay up here on the box boom when we look when we originally hooked it up we latched onto that ground and we were still having problems so what I ended up doing was running and you always want the shortest distance from the ground to your part so I ran across the green ground that is supposed to brown the back of the box.

I ran it directly to the ground instead of grounding myself. the hopper through that same rod there I went to the separate ground and I hooked the hopper to it, I connected the cabin to it and I connected our exhaust fan, our extractor, so that everything was connected to ground and did not have any problems. I still have this new system, although it was working fine. I have this new system set up the same way, so for Hot Coat Pcs 1000 it works fabulous. Now there are a couple of things that I really have a preference for and that I like. one, although you have to charge it more often.

I really like the two pound non-fluidizing hopper compared to the five pound fluidizing hopper. Now this is just my preference, maybe I haven't done any big enough work that I really like. I need the five pounds, but I discovered that between using the two I like the two pounds better. Now I have to be completely honest. The two pounds were free. Eastwood took care of us because of the problems we had because of the problem we encountered with the technology. support which they took care of but Eastwood sent us the two pound hopper for free. I just want to be honest that they sent us the two pounds but I'm not saying I like it better because they sent it to their free, I would literally rather use it if you notice when we did the super chrome and the red and the black one, we actually used the hopper of two pound for that we really like the two pound hopper, it really works well and especially when we're doing small jobs, we don't even fill it all the way, we fill like half, three quarters of the way, it's enough for one wheel, then we add more if we have to do a little more. which we do a little bit more of, but basically about a pound of wheel or a little less than a pound per wheel is what the dust is going to be anyway until you throw a pound in there a little less, a little more and it really works Well if you are interested in upgrading your system, we highly recommend the Eastwood Hot Coat thousand units
