Now all nine members of the Rochester City Council have signed the letter in reference to a situation that took place Monday afternoon when a Webster police officer says he was trying to stop District Attorney Dorly on Phillips Road. The officer states that Dorly did not stop, continued driving and did not stop until she pulled into her own garage.
