It is offered for any new Corvette purchase and since I recently purchased my zr1, I will be able to experience it myself very soon. It's something good. To see GM continuing this tradition because of how powerful these cars are today, you almost have to teach them how to drive them at the limit and it also gives you the ability to better handle the car in the event of a dangerous daily driving circumstance that can appear from time to time, it's always good to know what the limits of your car are and how to handle it in a bad situation, so this class is definitely a big win for Chevy and the fact that they're sticking with it. with the c8 it's a big thumbs up for me, there's no talk about when exactly it will be offered but it's interesting to see that the car is already listed with the logo on the side and this tells me that it's probably going to be ready to go on the first day that The C8 is officially sold at many dealerships, so if this is something you were waiting for, I think you'll be fine.

. With the announcement of the Corvette c8's ability to go from zero to 60 in less than three seconds, you know GM is not. playing around, it was recently discussed that the c8 Corvette Stingray will have a top

of 194 miles per hour, which is pretty amazing for a quote-unquote base car base, of course, with the launch of its c7 Corvette zr1, GM was able to launch a crazy car that averaged 212 miles per hour which again is absolutely crazy the zr1 has always been known for its incredible performance so a top speed of over 200 miles per hour was expected however a

base model c8 getting so close to 200 miles per hour wasn't really what was expected, the base model 2020 c8 Corvette isn't likely to be the car many people buy, most people who can afford the new Corvette will probably check a few boxes and one of those boxes are most likely the z51 option.

This performance option will cost you an extra five thousand dollars, but it gives you some performance upgrades, such as a performance exhaust, performance suspension, electronic limited-slip differential, brakes, and larger rotors. Michelin Pilot Sport tires for S. improved cooling and new front brake cooling inlets, this is likely to be a highly requested feature due to the fact that it basically makes this car more track ready; Having said all that, the Z51 package actually limits the top speed of this car, now you may well be wondering why the track package option limits something as important as top speed, the answer is drag.

The z51 package includes a front splitter and rear spoiler that together provide 400 pounds of downforce. This is huge for improving handling, but it will drop the top. speed of the z51 equipped car at 184 miles per hour, which is still more than you would need for the street and is also much more than you use on any track in your area, so it's not a big deal, but because That extra downforce is going to give up 10 miles per hour of the car's top speed. It would definitely be interesting. I'm excited to see what GM comes up with with that. Now let's talk about something that everyone who is interested in the C8 has. We've been talking recently and that's the price when it was first revealed, we all heard it was going to start under $60,000 and we basically hit the floor, it's a great bang for your buck and certainly the dual clutch transmission cheaper central engine. car you can buy today, but it won't cost less than $60,000 for a long time. There are a lot of rumors right now that suggest this car will see a price increase for 2021.

Now, how much increase? What all this means to you is that if you want to see a Corvette, you better get in quickly so you can get one as cheaply as possible or you might be waiting. This car was shown off quite a bit before the C8's official debut and is quite different in shape and appearance from the C8 Stingray, which has always led me to believe that this may actually be a look at what the 0-6 or ZR1 will be.

In the future, I basically think the C8R is likely to mimic the body style of the Zo6 or ZR1. What we're getting very soon, which was recently pointed out to me by Mike, who is a subscriber of mine, is that the exhaust tips are not close to the edge of the car like they are on the Stingray model, it's really interesting. but this really leaves only a few possibilities on the table, but the most notable is that the rear trunk area has probably been moved outside the car to shorten it, save some weight, and give the exhaust tips a more focus-focused approach. rear bumper.

This is most likely the case because, especially since the c8r is a racing car where extra kilos for something like a trunk are completely unnecessary, it would be easy to remove. In my opinion, of course, in the past GM has been as extreme as making the rear glass thinner to save weight. on the zo6 model, so it wouldn't be completely far-fetched to think that GM would remove the trunk, shorten the car, and possibly give it a different

just to make the zo6 as crazy as possible.
