BATHROOM ORGANIZATION! **AMAZING TRANSFORMATION**

, very messy, messy and disorganized. If you watched my last video, I organized and decluttered my childhood bedroom and that bedroom is actually right next to this

bathroom

and this is the bathroom. for that bedroom, so my goal with all of this was to make these spaces so that guests could use them, make them a very neutral, clean, organized space that anyone can walk into and it won't be an embarrassing mess like it is now, so That's what I'm trying to do.

To show you this bathroom and show you what I have, it makes the drawers very embarrassing. This is completely exposing me, but I do what they have to do so this bathroom actually has a ton of storage space.

I have cabinets under each sink. and then I have eight drawers to work with, so that's a lot of space to use. We have many things in each drawer. You can see that all these drawers are not organized at all. I think at one point maybe I was the one who tried, but I'm really going to put things in their own little compartments, have them in their own containers, have everything organized and labeled so I know where everything is and, to be honest, just I'm using the stuff that's on top of my counter at the moment, I probably barely even touch everything that's under it, so it's a really good time to go through everything, get rid of a bunch of stuff and just put back what I really I need and live a little more minimally here.

Another goal would be to obtain all of this. things off the counter I just want a clean open space on the counter and leave the soap on the toothbrush up there, so one of the first things I recommend before organizing your space is to go to the dollar store, like this I went to Dollar AMA and I got really inspired because I found some really cool containers for $25 each, which is

. You don't need to go to the Container Store, you don't need to go anywhere expensive to get containers that the dollar store has. There are a lot of options, so I bought a lot of these little containers, they came in little packs of two, but they're little squares that you can put smaller things in, like I found bobby pins and hair elastics, all that, like various things that I don't really have a place to go.

I also found containers like this that I can put inside drawers. This size is practically the size of a full drawer, so it actually works perfectly for me. I love these containers because they are clear so you can see exactly what's in there, you don't think things are out of place or forgotten because you can see exactly what's inside them, so I bought those and then got more sizes , so I have some nice square containers here and I have about six of those. I think I have these lengths that I thought were great for makeup brushes, hair brushes, anything that's longer that you just want to lay out and see, working with rectangles and squares really helps maximize your space versus working with containers circulars of that type.

You kind of cut corners there and lose space that you could use for organizing and then I bought two of these storage baskets that hang from your closet doors. I might use these, I might not use them. I don't want them to do it. interfere with the way the door closes, so we'll have to test it and see if they work in this space or under my sink. I wanted to use containers that I could stack things in that were bigger and could hold bigger things. which maybe I don't need them every day but eventually I'll need that kind of thing so I thought these larger clear containers were cool, they came with lids so I could stack them so I could see exactly what's inside them and then I store my extra towels in my bathroom so I thought putting them in cute baskets like this might help.

I can roll them up or fold them and put them under the counter in pretty baskets to make them look a little more presentable and lastly I got labels. It really helps everything look super clean and organized, plus anyone who walks into this space will know exactly where things are because they can read the label, so if you haven't started organizing or compartmentalizing all your stuff, head to the store of the dollar to see. What does your dollar store have? Get inspired to make your own spaces too, but let's go ahead and get organized. I'll just clean them with a little water and an all-purpose cleaner and remove all the stickers and store labels. containers.

I'm going to take everything out of the drawers and the closets and on top of the counter and put it inside my bathtub, that's just to save space, but just so I can see everything in one place, so I'm going to lay down my towel and start emptying everything out . Wow, this is pretty much the point where I realize I'm a hoarder or I weigh too much stuff, like I don't really use any of it so I'd love to get rid of it, but I'll definitely check it out. I also realize that I have six hair dryers.

I'm not really sure why, so I'll have to check them out and test which ones actually work. If they all work, then I won't do it. I'm sure what to do with them, but I definitely won't be using these old school ones, so this is it from the inside of the cabinets and drawers, and now I'm working on top of the counter, so these things are pretty much things which I use every day, so I'm going to try to keep them a little further apart, but at first I was thinking this would be a smaller job because it's a smaller room, but I swear there are like a million.

There's more here and this is a big piece of work so I hope I can get through this real quick. I'm trying to stay calm because I panic when I see all that, but that's the point when you pull things out and you realize. oh my god, what am I doing with my life? Hopefully you can relate to this mess and I'm not making me sound crazy, but I just feel like a crazy person here, okay guys this is now every single thing from the cabinets to the counters so everything. Here now it is empty. I have to clean the counters, the mirrors, the sinks and then all the drawers and cabinets because they looked a little sticky and a little gross, so it's time to clean.

Now we are at the part where I start placing the containers again. the drawers and I'm just trying to find a system that works well, so I think I'm going to start with these drawers right here in the middle and the bathroom. These are the ones I can get to the easiest. I am going to start. using them like things that I use every day so all my makeup in one hair product hopefully skin care and the other and I just work down and across so I think these containers fit better inside Oh my goodness, they fit together perfectly and then I can use my smaller containers like this and start compartmentalizing all these little sections and creating purposes for each one.

I have all the towels stacked folded inside each basket. I tried rolling them up but they just wouldn't stay rolled up and it didn't really work. Well, I'm going to finish these baskets later with labels, but this cabinet is just going to hold towels, so I like that it only has one purpose and everything fits in there, okay, now on this side of the cabinet, I think I'm going to To use these big Tupperware like this, I'll fill them with everything extra and then stack them on one side, yes that will fit, but this cover has always been and probably always will be like my extra stuff covered, but I'm not going to do this this time. accumulating things, I'm just going to use the necessary things here and use this as my little storage space, which now requires me to go through here and choose what's going inside my cabinet, so this is like ooh, it's a daunting task which I'm not looking forward to but it will be worth it so I'm excited so let's move on and I don't even know where to start.

I literally don't know where to start. Now is the time. to test five hair dryers, it's not six hair dryers, it's five, but I also have one that I actually use, these aren't even the ones I actually use, so technically you have six hair dryers anyway, it has a plug, these and see if any of them light up this is literally crazy it looks like it was stolen from a hotel which is a little strange but this looks like it's from the 80's and this one too. Okay, hair dryer number one. Wow, it works, maybe so. a number two backup hair dryer, how do they still work?

Hair dryer number three looks like they're from the 2000s, okay, if they all work, I'm not quite sure what. First of all, I even bought new ones, now we have five. Backup hair dryers I'm pretty sure this is what you call hoarding here driver never before still works do I keep all five hair dryers what do I do? OMG each of these works to preserve hair dryers or not to preserve them. I think I'll save them now. I need to collect little jars on top of my counter, so I'm going to put Q-tips and little cotton pads on the counter here, just in these little jars that I bought this one from. the thrift store I think last year you guys may have seen this, but I'm probably going to use this for the Q-tips and then I'm going to use this for the little cotton pads, so I'm just going to empty them out.

Take out the entire package, put them inside, and then place them on my counter. I have things that you use daily, like cotton swabs and pads to remove your makeup, it is very convenient to have them in small jars, it makes them look decorative, organized but also very convenient to use I am almost at the finish line I have to counter completely clean I'm so excited I have everything back in the drawers in the closets there's nothing in my bathtub anymore. I also didn't end up using these little baskets that hang on the doors because I didn't really like how it felt when you closed the door.

I feel like you could hear a jingle and I didn't have enough stuff to put on it because I got rid of a whole garbage bag full of stuff, so that's a good thing, but the last thing I have to do now is make my little labels, so I only have one marker. I'm going to write in what's in each container or just as a general heading and then it'll pretty much be done so I'll show you the big reveal of each and every cupboard in the drawers so you can see how I did it. I should have done this so long ago seeing how long. The stuff I got rid of was horrible, yeah, we're almost done. I'll get to this from time to time. I'll show you guys at the big reveal. Alright guys, it's time for the big reveal. Look how beautiful and clean it finally is now. It was dark, as you couldn't see out my window, it could have taken me a few hours or half a day, but that's okay because no, it will last a long, long time. It is very organized. Now I know what I have. I know. how much of everything I have and yeah, it doesn't seem so embarrassing anymore so I wouldn't mind if guests opened these closets and went through my drawers because they are clean and organized so let me show you around and show you.

Guys, the difference because in my opinion there is a big difference. I want to get rid of a giant bag of trash or half-used bottles of things I no longer needed or wanted, so I did that and then put most everything else away. and then just put it away a lot neater, so let me show you my bathroom, so I cleaned everything, I cleaned my sinks, my countertops, I have the things that I use every day, like my little cotton pads and the cotton swabs. there, which I think looks really cute with this little flower in the corner, then I wiped down all the fronts of these cabinets so they're nice and clean.

Now the only thing I have here is my soap because I'm going to use it all. time and then two razors and a toothbrush that I'm using right now, and my makeup mirror because I use it every day, but other than that, everything is clear and I hope it stays that way and then I picked up my towels. here it just hung really well there and then yeah, just you know the bathroom and we have a stool because I have nephews and nieces that need the stool. There's nothing in the tub except toys, which is totally fine.

I don't mind having them there. So yeah, all my stuff is gone, oh how exciting, now let me take you through my drawers and my closet, so actually my favorite place is here, this is my favorite closet. Until now, they used to be my least favorite, but now I think. It looks colorful and fun, so I have a whole box here labeled extras becauseit's like you know, bath spray, witch hazel, extra shampoos, baby powder, that kind of thing, so I have it all in one container, it's all contained, it makes it look organized. I'm really happy with the label and then down here I literally have so much soap that I should probably show you, wait a second, so under the first container there's soap and Band-Aids, so a bunch of Band-Aids, a bunch of liquid Band-Aids. some rollers that are like various things, but guys, all that soap in there, a whole half of this container is hotel soap, which pretty much confirms that my family and I are kind of hoarders because we steal hotel soap, but I think than the majority.

People do it, but we have a lot of things to say that we don't need to buy soap for a long time, which I'm pretty sure was the point of all that, but anyway it's a little embarrassing but kind of smart at the same time and then back there I have my travel makeup cases, so this is where I keep my toiletries and my makeup when I travel, so you better save it until I travel some Epsom salt, some bath salt, all my nail polishes all organized by color which I think looks super cute, this part might be my favorite part I know.

This is a little strange, I actually showed it to my mom and she said it's a little strange to show it, but I think they look colorful and fun and if anyone comes over like a friend or family member and needs any of this, it's here for use it. I think it looks very cute and colorful and I think why hide it when you can display it. They made this packaging for a reason. I think it's cute and then you have all these things that aren't mine so I can't figure out what. have to do with that, but it could be the contact cases of my sister or my mother.

I don't know, like mouth guards, so I keep those things just in case, miscellaneous little jewelry that I didn't know what to do with, so keeping that just in this little space contained a hair dryer, oh my gosh, this was Too big. I didn't know where to put it so on the side it goes and it goes in the drawers, this one that's further away here just makes you know like more makeup remover stuff because that stuff is there so I have extra cotton swabs, extra cotton pads here, a tissue and then just a little bit of extra body cream and stuff underneath, this is all blue face paint.

I have a lot of face paint underneath. there and I think it's perfectly fine, I might as well put it away, so that's that drawer, this drawer is just an extra makeup bag, so it's also for traveling or if you need to stay over or take my makeup somewhere, these are all my makeup bags. This center section is probably the area I use the most, so this is all the makeup I normally use, so I have all my brushes in there. I have lip colors, lip liners, lipsticks, I have all my little palettes and powders back there. here I have everything I have here, mascara, eyeliners, eyebrow pencils, then I have my little tools like beauty blenders and eyebrow tweezers, that kind of thing and then I have my face stuff back here, so the foundation is my foundation then down here are all my body sprays and this is actually my face spray this is a great face spray by the way morphe and then I also have some additional body creams and lotions so I just have a lot of sprays body and their different aromas, so you might as well preserve them. them one day or maybe someone else will do it and then here it's like my daily face wash like kind of a cleansing area, so I have my floss, my razors, my little facial cleanser, all my face wash , which is the same thing, first aid, beauty, Vaseline, face cream, so this is like what I use every day, oh, my favorite eye cream, this is such a good eye cream, this eye cream avocado eyes qu'il yeah this is what I'm going to use when I use this sink because I wash my face on this side and then I do my makeup on this side because there are windows there this is how I organized all this and then down here they are all the hair stuff that I use, so my brush I use every day, the dry shampoos, the hairspray and then like little, like protecting sprays and oils, that kind of thing and then I discovered that it is a super cute closet, the towels look, how together they look just because I put them in baskets and labeled them and then because I have my outlet here, I have all of them.

My hair tools are here, so this is where I do my hair. I have hair clips. Extra hair brushes. My curling iron and my straightener. And then, like headbands. Things I like. They pull my hair back and then down here is the most fun. drawer I ever have four hair dryers in here, which is absurd and crazy, but I might give some away because it's kind of crazy to keep four hair dryers for no reason. I didn't do anything too complicated because I'm not a professional, but I did what I could. I labeled things. I put things in nice containers. I put things in their own little house.
