Honda CRV Touring right now. I'm going to go over a couple of

tips

and

tricks

with you. You guys seem to like that about the last video I made. about some of the different features and everything that you can change inside the vehicle that maybe you didn't know about so go ahead and stay tuned and let's get right to it guys so let's take a look at uh the screen here first there's a couple of things that I'll show you right away, uh, that you can do that maybe you didn't know, did you know that you can move your icons and place them wherever you want?

If you want, you can change the backlight color. The way you do it is go to settings, go to system and then you can change the background color here and now it's red. Say your favorite color is blue. You can change it to blue, green, whatever. you know what the different color options are here, you can go to whatever you want, you want to go to blue and there's that so you can see what it's going to look like with blue, now let's say you don't like this setting at all. You don't like the screen at all and want to see something completely different.

Say you are an Android user and want your phone to look like an Android. No problem. Go to Settings, go to System and then from here. let's press the top arrow here, go to where it says uh change skin, click on the next yeah and now we have a completely different look, okay, this will give you a little bit more of a The Android device feels good, so you can customize these screens however you want, if you want to move your navigation, you want it right there, you can move it, you can rearrange them however you want, you can remove things from the screen. make it as minimal as you want or put as much as you want on there, it's completely up to you, that's what's really cool right now, I have a live wallpaper on there, okay, so how do you do it?

Press and hold. on the screen go change the wallpaper now from here you have a couple of different options you have a gallery so if you have a USB cable, which I don't have right now you can plug in your USB cable and select um gallery , so if you want to have a photo of your wife, your kids, your dog, your cat, whatever, you can upload it and that will be your background. Okay now I'm on the waffle live wallpaper so there are a couple of different options here for Live Wallpaper I like this water one so it has the water in the background so when you tap the screen you can see the waves in the water.

I think it's a really cool feature, but you can customize it and put different wallpapers. there your favorite cars whatever they are um and customize them make it yours so let's go ahead and move on to the next thing so the next thing we're going to look at is your gauge cluster okay so if you're the type of person that drive your vehicle you don't like all the things that are in your gauge cluster you want it as a minimal effect so this is how you do it you're going to come here you're going to go to your settings and then you're going to go from the settings you're going to go to the whoop system and then to the tachometer settings, okay, then your tachometer and turn it off okay and then boom, here the tachometer is gone, okay, it makes it a It's a lot easier to read how fast you're going.

I'll show you what it looks like on and off. It's okay, I prefer it off. Some people may like it, but you're driving an automatic. You don't need it. Now you have it. These different options down here, okay, so if you want to check your vehicle maintenance, those different types of things, you can do everything you know from here, you can check the oil life. Oops, you can check the oil life, you know whatever. if you come here, do the same thing, enter this system now, the instrument panel settings, okay, you have three different settings that you can switch between, so you know, husband, wife, child, whatever, everyone Those of you who know say that mom likes all things. there she likes to be able to check everything, tire pressure, fuel economy, anything you can do is go add and then you can add any of these features that you want, okay you don't like anything that there is there.

You don't need to have any of them, the only two you can't remove are a maintenance folder and, uh, speed drive is fine. The others you can add and remove as you want now after changing your settings. you can save it but then you know you can change the other two to have a total of three that you can switch between now let's say you're driving well or you get to where you're going how can you switch between them on the screen? Here we have the instrument panel, so you press that button and you can switch between whatever you want on the fly as you go.

Very simple to do and, like I said, you can do something like this. Move these things around too so you can take things off the screen if you want, leave whatever you want there and continue from there, okay, so it's covered, let's jump out of the vehicle. I'm going to show you a couple of interesting things out of everything. Okay, once we're out of the vehicle, what are we going to do here with your key fob? If you press the unlock button once and then press it again and hold it, it will roll down the windows, okay?

We will even do it. make the sunroof for everyone right now, how do you get them, how do you close those windows? Say you did it accidentally and it's raining, you need to pick them up, okay, take the key out of the key ring, put it in the keyhole, okay? We'll turn it once and then press it, turn it and hold it again, okay, and it will close everything for you right now. Some of the other things that will be very similar to all the other vehicles I have. guy covered with you is keyless entry okay now the vehicle is locked turn this here so you can see the vehicle is locked you need to reach for the door knob or door handle put your hand on the door handle, it will unlock, okay? what it's not going to do is, by default, it's not going to unlock all of them, so you can change that and set it so that when you grab the door handle, if it's raining, you're going to get in the car, you grab the door handle. the door. way your wife doesn't get mad at you for standing there in the rain, so you should open the door anyway, I'll come in and show you how to do it, so once we get in the vehicle, go to the same place you went.

We always go, which is the setup, now this time we're going to go to the vehicle and then from here we're going to move down to the door and the window, right now with the key fobs, you can do this with the key fobs that you can access to do the smart entry. Sorry, I lost my train of thought about a second smart entry to open the door or grab the door handle and unlock all the doors. This will be in the keyless door unlock mode on the right. now it's set to do only the driver's door so if you want to do all the doors you hit that now when you grab the door handle all the doors will unlock now obviously if you're single and don't have kids or not you're married or something, I would always leave it on the driver's door just for the safety factor.

Okay, now, if you wanted to leave your doctor, your door and window, here where it was originally going, you can go. auto lock now I'm going to jump out of the car I'm going to turn this on okay by default it's always off every time I sell a CRV. You always know, come in and I'll talk about it. I always recommend activating it how many times. Have you entered the objective and are you as expected? I probably didn't lock the car properly? If this feature is activated, you will never have to worry about it again because it will always be automatically blocked for you.

Now I will activate this function.
