You know, all you have to do is like the photo, leave a comment and you should definitely subscribe to my channel because if I don't win this week's giveaway, we can give away another two in my next video, oh my goodness, and We have Christmas decorations behind us, there is so much going on in today's video, so let's go ahead and get started, James recommended using an eye primer instead of a concealer to prep the lids, so I'm going to remove the attractive gap on shade zero and I'm going to put it on the lid and I like to take a generous amount of this and all the brushes. that I'm going to use today are from the collection, so let's use the m22 brush and just apply this foundation on the lid and today I'm going to extend my shadow up to my temple and down. my nose bridge guys can you believe I'm starting today's video with eyebrows even though I haven't completed them?
These are my natural eyebrows, as most of you know, I usually trim the tip of my eyebrow just because it makes it much easier when filling them in and also allows me to apply shadow there without the eyebrow hair getting in the way, so I don't know how I feel about them you can keep watching them or in my next video I might have a half eyebrow you know so we're going to start with a shadow color on the m45 brush before we move on to this. I'm going to go back and just remove any creases from that face, we haven't set the base. so we're going to go straight into the shadow so I'm going to take that and I'm going to use packing strokes and I'm not using the landing strokes right now we're just going to be like I mentioned packing the pigmentation on the lid and I'm going to keep it in this shade pretty much low in my crease as we will be using quite a few shades to create a beautiful full tip and this brush is working really well for this step, it is allowing me to be really precise when applying that shadow so I haven't been more productive but I will continue with the same brush and I'm just going to touch and blend those edges and this will help with the blending process. and what I love about this brush set is that there are duplicates of some essential brushes, so I'm going to use another one of the six m45 brushes and I'm going to pick up a playground shadow and I'm just going to repeat those steps, so I'm going to apply this right on top of the previous shade and we're going to blend it a little bit later, so now we really want to pack that pigment onto the lid, so I'm sure I can see that sharp line between the two different shades, so we want to go in and blend it out. and to do that I'm going to grab the M 506 brush and I've already used some of the eye brushes from this set when I played with the palette and found my new favorite.
I brushed a combination and that's using a previous brush that we used to add a pigment and then using this 506 brush to blend it and these two together are a power couple so blend that hard line. I'm going to dip my brush between the two different shades and use circular motions to blend that hard edge, so before I move on to my next shade I want to make sure that that blue is blended. as much as possible, so I'm going to use the m4 3/3 brush. This is a nice, flat, fluffy brush, perfect for introducing and blending that line without blending it too much because we don't want it to look too dull. and almost messy, we just want to go in and diffuse that hard line, taking the third and final m45 six brush with the socialblade shader.
I'm going to go in and repeat the same steps, so I'm just going to place it on top of the blue one. tone. I'm using that M 506 brush to blend it in between the green and the blue and I know things are looking a little crazy right now, but be patient and it'll all come together and now I'm going to go in and choose. I bring up a little bit of shade B and I'm going to go ahead and repeat the exact same process applying this on top of the green shade. I wish I had more room for the lips but unfortunately I don't so I'm bringing this shade up to my brow and I'm going to blend everything again until I'm happy with it and I have no problem blending these shadows so before go in and really refine that blend, I'm going to cut the crease and To do this, I'm going to use the m22 4 brush and we're going to create a double cut crease today, so I'm going to create this cut line a little bit higher than what I normally would when create a normal cut crease and this.
The brush is a great option for cutting the crease, it makes the process a little bit easier, so what I'm going to do now is take a cotton tip with a little bit of makeup remover and I'm just going to remove all the shadow under the cut crease . because we want to create a clean canvas to work with when we go in with the next shadows, as you can see we've gotten rid of a cool white and a lot of blue, so I want to use that shadow color again and I'm going to grab that on the brow brush from the set, this is the M five eight brush and I'm just going to place that shade on the edge of the crease of the cup and by doing this, I'm going to bring that depth and dimension back into the look.
I applied more of the Pele face and I'm just using it to really clean it up and sharpen the edge of that cut crease. I also applied it up to my lower lash line since we're going to really start smoking. that shadow, so we also want the base there, let's go back with that shadow color and I'm going to take that on the m1a2 as a brush, this is a nice flat brush and I'm going to start packing it into my outer corner and I'm going to bring this out to glitter all the way to start creating the negative space for this double cut crease and again I'm just going to stamp this product on the lid for maximum pigmentation and then once it's packaged I'll come back.
I put that brow brush on and I used that shade and I'm going to apply it as close to my waterline as possible and one thing that I've noticed about these shadows is that there's no fallout and there's almost no fallback in the palette which is amazing. It makes the whole process much easier, there are no messes or problems with the second one; for the brush, I'm going to take that shadow area and just stamp it on the edge of the previous shadow and I'm just repeating those exact same steps with the socialblade green shade as well as the yellow shade B.
I'm using that flat brush to blend the edge of that color shade and I'm also applying it to my inner corner while I'm sure you can see that we're creating a halo eye inside of it, there's a double cut crease so I'm going to pick up more shadows on that flat brush and apply this again on the edge of the previous shadow using packing motions so I gradually blended that shadow to the center of my lid because now we are going to use a shimmer shadow and I wanted it to have some vibrance underneath to act as a base so continue with that flat brush, I'm going to moisten it slightly using the peak setting spray and then I'm going to apply the shadow, hello, and I'm just going to place it in the center of my lid and see how This shade is beautiful and I use more shades to create a blend Nice just applying a little makeup remover with a cotton tip to wipe off all that excess makeup.
Louie's foundation will quickly appear on my waterline in the crown of my Marc Jacobs eye. and this is an unexpected shade for mascara. I'll be using my own charity lash roller, so this is one of the giveaway prizes and this mascara makes your lashes look so long, almost like real life falsies. It doesn't flake or crumble, it's just amazing and for the falsies, today I'm going to use Nakia Joy Cosmetics lashes in the style of Selena, so I'm going to go ahead and do the other eye, wish myself luck and then we'll move on. and tear my face so I'm going to take advantage of the Porefessional foundation and other products that are in the giveaway and I'm not really one to struggle, we have large pores, I have some small ones around my nose and this just fills them in about a millisecond so if you're struggling with large pores you're going to love this and it also makes my skin feel really soft and just evens it out for foundation, let's say I'm rubbing on Maybelline Superstay Full. coverage foundation and we have a sponge here to apply the foundation.
I've heard amazing things about this sponge so I'm really excited to try this so I'm just going to apply it to my foundation and we're going to apply it to the skin. Right off the bat, it's much harder and firmer than Beauty Blender, but it's still a beautiful polish on my base. Oh and I love this straight edge of the sponge to surround the eye shadow, let's start with Kat Von D, take a look. concealer and I'm going to apply this under my eyes and in the center of my face and I'm going to use the same s to go in and blend it out, that concealer just blends it out effortlessly, just like it looks.
Flawless, it's definitely a lot firmer than I'm used to, which doesn't make it bad, like I said, it's blending my foundation and concealer beautifully, it's a little different to what I'm used to, which is the bounce. Gentle Beauty Blender to set under my eyes today. I'm going to take the Loomis powder still translucent on the a48 brush. It looks like it will fit perfectly under the eyes, so I'm really excited to give it to it. I just want to go. Oh yes, I love it. This under eye brush is very comfortable and just does its job, it's very quick and easy.
Now it's not really a big fluffy brush from the collection and I need to set my face so I'm going to use the M 5. to 7 brush I know James Charles uses both of these bronzes on the skin and I'll do that in addition to using this brush to set the rest of my face before continuing with the face I'm going to paint. Quickly come back with the M 4-3-3 brush with more shade B and I'll just take it and brush it around the eyeshadow and reapply it where there is foundation or concealer and I may have removed it like that.
I'll make sure to keep that beautiful blend in the look, we're going to contour the cheeks and to do this I always use the Hoola Benefit bronzer. Look how rough mine looks and I'vereached the goal, but this is what is really lasting me the longest. I actually love the brush that comes with it, but today I'm going to use a brush from the set. so I'm going to take the M 405 brush and I'm just going to take that product and I'm going to go ahead and take it off my cheekbones, okay, I like this one. brush for this step, see how I like it.
Push my cheek, Barnes, look, yeah, I'm going to take two of the Anastacio powder bronzer in Rosewood and I'm going to take the same fluffy brush, the m-52 seven brush, and I'm going to go ahead and warm up my face. Okay, I love this brush. for the bronzer oh my gosh it's literally doing it so quick and easy I feel like you could be like Jojo and you can walk out the door looking like a bronze goddess okay so I went ahead and quickly did my brows and I used the m15 eight brush to pick up some brow pomade and create a really nice sharp edge on my brow and this brush did the job.
I was able to create a really nice precise line and this is actually the brush I used for smoking as well. I lined my small lash line, so I loved being able to use this brush in various steps of my routine. Let's go ahead and add some blush and James is explaining how he created a shade in the palette that he likes to use among his highlights. and bronzer to act as a blush so I thought I would try this today so I chose the shade that literally has this beautiful pink shimmer and I picked it up with a full brush, this is one of the only brushes on the market. collection that I already have, so I already know that I love using it as a blush brush.
She is pretty. If you don't normally love blush then you'll love using this shade because it just adds that really subtle pop of color. the cheeks so I didn't even use the Benefit High Beam Liquid Highlighter because I wanted to use the face shade as a highlighter because James explained that he loves doing this so I thought I would give it a try, it looked really pretty. photos, so I took it with the M 501 brush and let's try it, oh my goodness, they are intense and really pretty. The lips I was thinking about painting with Jeffrey's Non-Liquid Lipstick in Crocodile Tears, but then I was like, "Okay." The green lips are too much of this look, but then I was like, hey, this palette is all about unleashing the artist in you, so we'll go to where the green lips are and this is the first full look.
I really hope you like it now. let's go ahead and move on to your look number two so we go back to a new face and now it's time for look number two and I wanted to use the other half of the bottom two rows so that those pink and purple tones can even use the white and black. I know it's dipping into the middle row, but they are basic colors whether you're doing a glam look or a rainbow look. My last look was very sharp, precise and detailed so I want this look to be very smoky and muted and I can even use some of the other eye brushes that I couldn't use on my last look so what I'm thinking is using that bright pink shade and blend it past my eye and around the sides. of my face to act as a blush now I know that sounds a little crazy but I have a vision and I think it will come together going back with that P Lewis foundation in the M in two to four brushes.
I apply this on my eyelid and bring it around the sides of my face to give myself enough room to blend so to start I'm going to pick up the shadow escape with the M four five six brush. This is the same packing brush that I used on my last look and I'm going to use the exact same techniques, so I'm just going to pack that shadow into my crease and just like the last look, we're not going to blend at this stage, just We want to pack that shadow and pigmentation onto the lid and as you can see we're creating a different shape than the last look, this look is going to be all about that outer corner so I haven't picked up any more products but I'm just going.
I'm going to continue with this brush and I'm going to touch and blend the edges. I'm just going to help with the blending process when we apply the next shade, let's pull out the shade one just on another four five six M brush and We're just going to follow the exact same steps and again, I'm actually putting this shade in my outer corner, so I grabbed my M 506 brush and dipped it in between the escape shades and it's unique and now I'm going to use circular motions to blend two shades together to blend that harsh line so I grabbed the M brush from 4-3-3 which is that flat fluffy brush, and I took the shading which is that bright pink and I'm going to press this shade on the edges of the previous shade and I'm going to start using little circular motions so that we get that pigmentation and it also blends as we take a clean version of the same brush and then buff those edges to create a really smoky vibe to the look and take more tone in one go with a clean M 506 brush and blend between that purple and pink tone and for now this blend it's just kind of a foundation because I want to apply the foundation at first before I start blending this pink tone around the face.
Now I've chosen a little bit of the creepy tone, which is that black, and I'm going to highlight it in the same outer corner just to create more depth and dimension to the look oh, this black is pigmented, let's go ahead and cut the crease, so I'm going to create a hop cut fold, so to do that I'm just going to step back inward. with that M two to four brush and then just using a little bit of makeup remover with a cotton tip and I'm going to remove all the excess shadow so that we have a nice clean canvas to work with when we apply the next shadows, so I want to define around this half cut crease, so I took more of that, a dark purple shade that leaks out on the eight m15 brush.
This is the brow brush from the collection and I'm going to take it and apply it around where I carved this. cut the crease now I'm just using the simple shade to gently blend those edges and set them back with that P Lewis base for the next shadows that we're going to apply, this will also help clean up and refine the edge of that cut crease so in the James' reveal video for the palette, he explained how difficult it was for him to find a good quality white shadow and I 100% agree that literally every white I've ever used you apply and then throw away. literally before your eyes it has disappeared so she was explaining to me that the weight of it is very buildable and you can build it up to a deep white shade so I'm really excited to try it myself so I usually use a white shadow.
I used a full coverage white foundation first, so I usually use Jeffree Star Cosmetics Blue Liquid Lipstick or Hydra Super Beauty Eyeliner, but today I thought I'd go straight with the shade and see if we can build it up and P Lewis. The base that we're using is white anyway, so at least it has kind of a white face and I'm going to take that shadow flashback on the m16 six brush and let's start tapping that white on the lid with LAN number two. Now the pigmentation is definitely there and I can see what you meant by making this shade buildable next time.
I would probably still use that full coverage white foundation just to make sure we don't have skin peeking out when taking on more shade. I'm going to blend that into my outer corner so we can start to create a nice blend between the white and the purple, then we'll take a single shade and follow the same steps to blend that white and purple shade and finally add that nice drop shadow using the m12 brush four, okay, we need to add a little bit of shimmer to this look, so I'm going to use these gorgeous metallics still standing, a liquid eye shadow and I'm going to pick up a little bit of that shimmer using this precise and detailed little brush, this is the m25 Oh, a brush and I'm going to outline the edge of this half cut crease and this brush helps make this step as easy as possible.
I'm adding a layer of my lash roller benefit, and my lashes and falsies I'm taking it via Tati lashes at tl7 these lashes are so wispy and gorgeous I'm obsessed let's move on to my face so I prepped my skin like this let's move on to the foundation so there's actually a foundation brush this collection so this is the m-43 and nine it's a rounded kabuki brush so I thought I'd apply my foundation with this one oh my gosh this one brush is so soft and gentle on the skin that it is the one that lent me the foundation, you know, wonderfully, I think. that if I had to choose between the sponge and the brush, I think the brush has been on top, so the only other facial brush in the collection that I haven't used yet is this type here, which is the cutting brush m13, so I thought I would give this a try and blend it out with my concealer.
This is blending my concealer really well and although I prefer the foundation brush for concealer, I think I'd take the sponge because I really like that flat edge to go into. and blend the concealer around the eyeshadow. Let's go ahead and add some of the beneficial high light liquid highlighter. This is another product from the giveaway and it was so pretty it's like a little bit of nail polish so I'm going to add it to the top of my cheekbones and then I'm going to go ahead and use my finger to blend it out, look at that shine, sorry pretty, so I had a slight change of plans, as you know, originally I was thinking of bringing that pink tone. on the sides of me but I'm actually happy with how the eyeshadow looks as is so I thought I'd save that for another

tutorial

so I went ahead and did my face.
I use the same techniques and brushes as In the previous look I just changed some of my products, but now we can go ahead and move on to the Love lash line, so to start with this lower lash line, I'm going to grab the Jacob's Eye Crayon Amok on a great liner and a liner on my waterline, so I took the escape shade on the brow brush from the collection and I'm just going to place this shade as close to my waterline as possible. I'm going to grab that there's a little, cute, fluffy one. brush, this is the m15 brush and I've picked up some of the shader which is that bright pink and I'm just going to blend this under my lower lash line and create a really super pretty fill in for the look and I'm actually taking this shade up to the lid shadow and then I'm going to use the m4 for a brush and I'm really going to blend that pink out and create a really muted look and the last step. for this waterline, it's taking some of the simple shade and just blending between the purple and the pink.
We just want to really mix it up with a negative grip using a precise bullet brush from the collection, so this is the m4a1 brush and I picked up some. of the face shadow and I'm going to use that to highlight my inner corner. I'm just applying it to a scar on my lower lashes, so to finish the look I'm going to grab the Sigma Liquid Lipstick in a foxglove. I think this will come out with the perfect eye look and I wanted the lips to be a little more purple so I added a little bit of Jeffree Star Cosmetics Liquid Lipstick in I'm Royale on top and this is complete look number two, I really hope so. that you love so it's the next day and after completing two makeup looks, first the sun was setting and second on my skin it was like taking off my makeup but I didn't want to sit down and talk about my final thoughts on the shades that were they use in the palette as well as the brush set and also whether or not I would buy this palette instead of the

morphe

35o B palette because I know a lot of you have been wondering my thoughts on that, so the shades are used in the palette, I really enjoyed how you saw it, I had no problems blending them, they were super pigmented and I was pleasantly surprised that there was no fallout, so the way I used it really impressed me and I can't wait to try them. shades in next week's video, if you're just starting to learn and play with bright, colorful makeup then I'm not sure this palette is for you because, as James explained in this video, specific techniques will help certain shades work, and if you're just starting to learn about using circular blending motions and transition shades.
You might get a little discouraged when you apply those techniques on these shades and they don't work like you think they will and there's nothing wrong with that. What it has to do with your skill, it just has to do with the techniques you are using and one technique that is recommended is to use packing motions and then gradually blend over a wet eyeshadow base and that can be a challenge for anyone. especially if you're just starting out but if you're someone like me who is obsessed with playing with color then you're going to love these shades and how they work so here's my 35b palette and yes the lid has fallen off it's a bit old, it's been used and abused for a few years now and for that reason I don't feel like I can comment on the quality between the two different palettes because I feel like my 35e palette is about to disappear, you know the shadows are getting quite dry, but I feel that if you buy a new 35 B palette, the quality will be the normal high quality of morphia shadows as far as color selection is concerned.
When I

review

this palette,It could go to the shades you know, the most basic version of a color, for example. Instead of going for these peachy orange shades, I would just choose the orange and in this row I would just choose, you know, the classic lime green shade and the James Charles palette has all of those basic rainbow colors, so if you're not looking If you know those additional colors, I would suggest the James Charles palette as well because they know those brown and neutral tones to be able to create a more wearable evening glam look, but if you choose this palette, I mean it's a beautiful palette, you can't go wrong with her so in the brush set and I am very happy I bought it.
You know, I enjoyed using different brushes than the ones I already have in my collection and I think there is a good selection of brushes and maybe I would have liked to see a brush like this for blending the primer, but from watching James' video I know that he doesn't use primer. Also maybe I would have liked to see a big fluffy brush like this one. one to help set the powder but I already have both brushes but I think if you're a beginner this one shouldn't be in your first set of brushes it's more designed for a makeup artist you know it has multiples of the same brushes and if you just you're using your everyday neutral palette, so it's a waste of money to have several brushes that you won't use.
I'd probably suggest getting a smaller brush collection that just has all your basic brushes. I also really like the case because it comes perfect for traveling and your brushes won't get damaged for me personally. I like to use it when I travel with clients. I put all my dirty brushes in the unit to close the lid and then I just take it to my sink so I'm really happy to have another one of these brush cases and that's the end of the dresser if you made it this far thank you so much for looking , I really am and I hope.
If you enjoyed the video, don't forget to enter my giveaway. My Instagram will be linked below. I am very excited to be faithful to this series. I love the palette sofa so I'm really excited to try the remaining shades and hopefully, I'll see you in that video I guess.
