Many times you look at it for a few seconds or a minute, thinking that you are looking at your

phone

too quickly. However, if you count every minute and every second, you will find that you spent the day on your

phone

, this is very scary. It actually reduces your enjoyment, so you can use your time effectively. If there was one thing I would end the day with, for everyone who owns a phone or any electronic device, in the next few moments when you pick up your phone, think. about all the possibilities that go into “turning off” your phone, not “turning it on.” Thank you.
