Which One Is Best? Arrow Vane Testing

Jun 04, 2021
What's going on? Everyone, welcome to today's video. In my last video, I shot these oriental hexagonal

arrow

s. Spine 330 never got me into them, just very briefly, but today, you know, I was thinking about these

arrow

s. Maybe it would be better not to wear a boned jacket. that I normally use and something sleeker and more profile might be better on these because they are super lively and they like to be affected by the wind and everything a lot more so anyway I've had these samples that I wanted to try I pulled out a bunch of different veins and I thought what better time than an hour and a bunch of stuff going on to then pull out some sample packs and then test them against each other.

I know they're all going to work great, but I just want to see if there's any difference, so I'm going to stick with three with this boney clone jacket and then I have a heat vein that I've run before and I've liked wearing these. I have the two and a quarter inch boneless X Fame, so I actually really like this vein. I've got a couple of these on my pair of shafts and then, oh, I wanted to grab a three inch one, but there's another so the three inch arrow, but it will still probably fly very well on the hunting arrow, the heat

vane

is definitely a little smaller, a little stiffer and definitely has a sharper cut,

which

is very interesting.

More Interesting Facts About,

I think that will make it a little bit quieter, it definitely has like a more stealthy profile and then the main inch at two and a quarter you have a two and a quarter inch X vein that skews I think this is my favorite right now it's a sleek look sick shield cut I'm low profile, it's quiet but we're going to put it to the test. I'm going to do Fletch in one piece. We'll just shoot them at a blocking target at about 60 yards and watch them fly. I see the different noises they make and Become a big believer that noisy arrows are no good so they are compromising so we definitely have them all there is a pretty big difference between all of them so it's getting late outside, but we're going to throw a couple and watch the group see what they sound like and know how to shoot them, we're back to the right about 57, you know, it takes about 67 yards and I've got all the arrows here and I've got a morale target. five points down there, so we have five different combinations of Bane.

I'm just going to aim for a different point each time. It may be a small goal so far, but we'll see how it goes. First, the blazer is vanity, higher profile but shorter in length, okay, almost HIPAA-taught. Right on top of them, there are definitely mosquitoes everywhere. I missed that one so the top dye is right on top of that block and that first arrow was about two inches high above the point and then my second arrow was about two. inches above that just lowers it a little on the stings, luckily I have more blazer

vane

s because that's how they were originally built, come on, that was right next to the first one so it's still a little high, okay, the Next is the heat palette.

I really like this truck. I'm a little surprised I haven't photographed it more. It's super low profile. Even they make it as a slightly thicker material, so it maintains its rigidity and shape. Big heat fan. The vane is safe, so initial impression on the Blazer vane is that I really like them, especially for a broadhead running a broadhead, but they are a little louder than a cut bottom shield like this one, so let's see how it goes good. one was much quieter, very obvious, it's much quieter, but it went down, it went like below the point, so I don't know if it has more weight, more drag, it's a longer vein and I'm using a three degree propeller, so what could have more. spin rotation

which

just causes a little bit more drag, it's quieter, so it's interesting, okay, those two touch at the bottom right of the point, so they're even a little bit towards the right midge, well, my Camera just turned off mid-sentence while I was going over those arrows, so let's go ahead and shoot another one if the mosquitoes don't eat me alive this time, it's a little hard to aim like those five dots so close together because they all got mixed up, like this that I'm going to Shoot the biggest and tallest target on the right, just that center point, everyone in the center and everyone falls into place.
Let's do it again in order. Laser beam number one. Let's make sure it's recording well. It's recording well. The first laser beam is still pretty quiet after going back and firing, I shot them all and came back to this as if it were still somewhat quiet, it's not loud by any means, but out of all of them it's definitely louder than a quieter one. shield cut, well, those two are like way down, the dot site moved a little, maybe I'm just shooting low, I don't know, so this is the vein him again. I like that this thing shoots well, it's pretty quiet, like wicked quiet. like you can barely hear it from down here yeah I have one on the point and one just outside so they're shooting good this is the two and a quarter inch X beam I really like this vein I shot it good.
I have a couple on the shaft right now it's just a good it's a good length it's a good profile for a good broadhead direction I don't know if you can see these mosquitoes but I'm going to have so many mosquito bites okay that's it the right one the right side of the point is quite a bit stronger than Bane's, oh not much but just a little bit stronger just because there's more material, it really comes down to the cut in the material and they're all three degrees here, so the longer the longer the three degree helical vein was, just the more surface area the wind has to go against basic physics, physics, chemistry, that's a bad shot, yeah, I know.
Hello, no money. I didn't pee alive in these veins ex vein two and a half three three these are the three pretty sure I said it before just a lot of stuff reminds me of I'm like an old school vein like you see old school hunters principles 2000's 1990's I'm old school I think not too long ago anyway, with the big fletching or feathers and all that it shoots well. I know you could shoot them with my tough arrows and stuff, but there's more wind resistance, so it's a little stronger, more drag, and in a direction like left. -Well, win, it will bother you a little more.
I just went down, I didn't shoot very well right now because the mosquitoes are eating me alive, but I mean, they're going down, they're doing well. I'm still recording, look ooh, hit an arrow down there, who hit my other arrow with those main webs, so the

best

group was the one with the biggest veins, it's probably a coincidence, look at this dead mosquito, so the moral from this video or idea, I guess this is just to try different things, you know everyone is shooting with a little different setup, you might not shoot far, you might not shoot like that and it says you might shoot at big heads and wide, you could shoot with a lot of wind in the west or whatever, so it's like each vein each vein has its own purpose in its own configuration, four different arrows and stuff, so I could play with these a little more obviously As long as they don't come in alive because of the mosquitoes, it's been more time to see which ones I like, but I have to do it.
Let's just say right now I'm a little torn between, I mean, the Blazer is an all-time favorite. You really can't go wrong with the Blazer, but the heat vein or the heat these are the larger X veins and then the blazer paddles and I shot them and then I moved my site just for some reason. I hit and missed hitting low on this target too, but yeah, you can definitely tell my left and right are fine, but they just traveled up and down, these went down just because there's a lot more material air resistance and all that, so Yes, I hope the guys enjoyed this video of just trying out a couple of Bane by

testing

them with these arrows that don't shoot much hex.
I remember them, but I really liked the super light arrow in the eastern hexagon, so thank you all so much for watching. make sure to see if it's real merchandise, chill hats, we have a new OD green hat on there, it's not out of stock, they sold out super fast, so anyway I'm rambling again, so you guys for watching, I'll catch you next time time.
