What it takes to get a 5 Star Island

May 30, 2021
I watched a five

star

island

walkthrough video to get some ideas and it turns out my entire recommendation was swamped by players who are much better than me at designing things after seeing all this. I was wondering if it was necessary to have architect levels of creativity to reach five

star

s after about a month of playing. I think we discovered that wasn't the case and that you could get a nice

island

with mediocre skills, thank goodness, but how do you actually get five stars? That says? You can talk. to Isabel, sure, but she changes her advice frequently, she tells you to plant flowers, then you plant flowers, she tells you to touch some furniture, so you do that and then you go back to her and she tells you to plant flowers again. certain amount of trees, flowers, furniture, fences that you have to place, it's like previous games where you count the decorations by square, searching online, I found so many different guides that tell you how many trees, flowers, fences, DIY furniture, no, miles of furniture and infrastructure to place and they were all different, which makes sense because it allows us to play our island any way we choose, but makes it difficult when we try to break down how, if I start, the island can be achieved first, first we have to Clean the island completely.

It means cutting down all the trees, picking up all the furniture, and destroying all the bushes. One thing I'll leave out is that they don't think paths count and I think buried items are fine and this took too much time in the flow to do so it remains. The terraforming land doesn't seem to affect it either so I left the work in progress maze there too, after clearing everything I went to check how many stars my island had completely empty and the verdict is that this is probably due to the fact that I have a bridge with the ten villager plots placed in buildings like the upgraded ones and Oaks crania the evil sisters of the museum the only factor that most of the guides had in common were specific categories of items to decorate your island with which were furniture, flowers, trees and fencing, but the numbers they listed were high, there's no way it would take that many flowers to get started.

what it takes to get a 5 star island...

I planted or placed sixty of each of the four categories. I saw this image that recommended that you spread everything all over your island after placing them all. In these I was still at two stars, so I time-traveled a couple of days helping the fully grown trees and flowers add another star, but it still wasn't enough. I was stuck on two stars and she kept telling me to just talk about the virus. I mention that I tried to play with only red thoughts. I was curious if variety was necessary or if it was just a consideration of how many flowers, trees, and furniture you placed instead of how many different types you had.

I tried this with trees as well and planted only young trees. After placing another 30 of each item I went to talk to Isabel again and she suggested varieties of trees, there it was finally confirmed that the variety could be the key. I went around planting cedars, different types of fruit trees and planted different flowers, here are three stars. In the end, if you're stuck trying to get out of two stars, just follow Isabel's advice, you'll get there eventually. Then Isabel dropped the bomb on me that she needed more bridges and inclines as my only bridge. I enjoyed having to run to the southernmost part of my island every time I wanted to cross the river, so I left some money for myself and talked to Nook a couple of days later.

It had another bridge and a very useful slope. I chose the cheapest option just to save some bells in time. I'm not sure if the more expensive options give you more stars or not, but there's no definitive way to tell you, except maybe digging into the game code, which I can't do in this case. I thought being frugal would probably be fine for another couple. of possibilities Isabelle showed that the game can distinguish between purchased furniture or crafts and furniture from nook miles, so I spent a lot of Nook miles on the cheaper furniture options since I don't have a ton and place more DIY related purchased furniture.
As I traveled back in time to do this, I collected branches of grass and stones that were lying around. I wasn't sure if they affected the score; They occur naturally in the game, so they probably don't count negatively, but I picked them up anyway. read any type of experiment variables after hours of talking to Isabel planting flowers talking to Isabel placing furniture talking to Isabel planting trees starting Isabel installing more infrastructure Isabel fencing is about making flowers Isabel Isabel's trees are about furniture Isabel's flowers I finally got 5 stars. I couldn't walk around my island properly, but hey, five stars are five stars.
Isabel will congratulate you, she will send you a recipe for a vertical watering can and she can also get you golden roses. Having a five star island also allows lily of the valley flowers to grow. Now I really wanted to test if weeds affect your island's score. I went into my warehouse, took 300 weeds, and started planting after speaking. Turns out you guys were right. Weeds do not negatively affect your island score every time I talk to Elizabeth I. I would plant or place between 30 and 40 items. I was curious to remove a couple of items at a time.
I would lower my rating so I could find some kind of limit I was hitting, so I removed one from each category, still had five stars, and came back. and I removed another one from each category and it went down to four stars. I slowly started placing one item at a time and checking the rating after adding two pieces of furniture and it immediately went back up to five stars, this made me think that the furniture had more weight to it than something like trees or flowers. I removed 20 flowers and still had five stars wanting to test the variety theory a little more.
I removed every rose, making the only flowers on my island pansies, tulips, and my island. In fact, the score went down. This could be related to the variety or maybe just because I removed a lot of flowers, but you don't need hybrids to be able to achieve five stars, so that's a plus, but

what

are these points? Is there a certain amount of points you must have? I used to get a perfect island, wouldn't you know? I found my answer on page two of Google based on a Nintendo soup article, that's exactly how it works, they got an animal crossing guide that explains how to get five Star Island guides aren't always correct, the Pokémon company actually found 60 errors in the official swords and shields guide, so you can't always trust them, but a quick, advanced search on Twitter showed that an awesome ninja data miner found the exact information found in Online with the guide, you basically need 665 development points in 450 stage development points, which means bridges, ramps, fences on furniture, while the stage refers to flowers, trees and apparently DIY furniture.
There's a ton of information in the Nintendo soup article I linked in the description. About how many points each planted item will give you in the Play Store, it also confirms that you need buildings like the museum's capable sisters and improved corners to achieve 5 stars according to ninja, you will lose points for having more than 220 trees and 15 loose items. that you've dropped around your island, things like naturally occurring rocks and branches don't actually count, but dropped items like wood, iron, and random furniture icons will be counted in these 15 items, so maybe reduce your size In a cute craft area or your free spot for DIY recipes, it doesn't matter if these items are dropped on a table or stand or just on the floor, your island can't be cluttered either.
The amount of space you need to walk around your island anyway, so just don't do it. Place all your furniture in a square. I spent all this time trying to find the answer to something that was on page 2 of Google because all the garbage on page one put no effort into researching any kind of information. Use the page two people. The gold is found there. What does your island look like? Let me know in the comments below and I'll see you in the next video. Goodbye, my God, we can make you look happy.
