, so here we go, so I haven't actually had lunch yet, so with the leftovers in my kitchen I'm making a quick salad of arugula, some roasted zucchini, chickpeas, bacon, ricotta and avocado, a a bit strange combination but very delicious, so I'm going to make some. While preparing food for tonight, I found this large pumpkin, so I'm going to make some pumpkin soup that will last for the next few days in the refrigerator.

I'm also making my homemade granola which I love so much that I open the recipe here again and Max steals some granola good morning so obviously I start every day drinking a bottle of water to stay hydrated. This is followed by my morning matcha. This is a very important step in my routine. Matcha gives me a lot of cleanliness and good health. Energy contains caffeine but it is a different type of coffee so you don't feel jittery or dehydrated afterwards. Alright, let's start making my morning smoothie. I use half an avocado, cocoa powder, protein powder, a cup of frozen spinach, cinnamon, vanilla extract, coconut oil. and almond milk, I blend everything and add a little granola on top and it's ready.

I'm going to try this yume sparkling water with plum juice and plum puree that I bought at the Asian store last week. It's probably the best purchase so far in my kitchen so I'm having some hummus with cucumber as a snack before dinner and then I start cooking for tonight I'm making some cauliflower with turmeric in the oven brown rice It's ready and I'm roasting some salmon I serve it with fermented beet sauerkraut and a mashed avocado and our The bowl is ready when I don't know

I'm going to make this pumpkin spice smoothie bowl. I add a frozen banana in a cup, add some ice cubes, about three. a quarter cup of pumpkin puree 1 tablespoon of almond butter half a cup of oats vanilla extract pumpkin spice and oat milk mix everything and add it to a bowl, I added too much milk to make it a little runny, I top it off with a some pumpkin granola almond spice butter and breakfast is ready mmm so I've done a little work this morning um and it's lunch time it's 1:15 and I'm going to look at what I have in the fridge probably let's still have some of that sourdough bread.
On the left, I'm probably just going to make a little salad or something for lunch. I'm making a very simple salad with cucumber, tomato, feta cheese, fresh herbs like cilantro and mint. I always feel like dressing really makes a salad and I got this amazing one. Brightland Basil Olive Oil and it is so delicious. I'm going to add a little bit of this here and add a little bit of olive oil with a squeeze of lemon. I have this piece of bread and I'm going to put some garlic aioli in here. I really like this from Primal Kitchen, it's made with avocado oil and eggs and not cream and everything, and it's so delicious.

Lunch is ready so I got just a green salad with some cucumber feta and got. like toast with garlic yoli, so something I also wanted to talk about was like a parody of body paste and a relationship with food and stuff, because I often get so many messages from you on Instagram about how I can you feel confident about your body or you like how you weigh your food or what you eat or I can eat carbs and I think I've always had a pretty

healthy

relationship with food, however when I started modeling a lot and I was traveling all the time I barely ate carbs and I think which this had a lot to do with, I ate a lot of protein and vegetables and stuff, but I literally avoided any kind of carbs and I think this really had to be that way. which has to do with the type of industry I was in because the thinner the better and it's a bit messy because when you looked extremely scary sometimes after so many days of work and you barely liked to eat because you were so busy, people I'd be like girl, you look amazing and that's a little messy.
The really good thing I find is that that's changing in the industry, but yeah, I feel like I've definitely incorporated a lot more carbs because a female body especially really needs that one thing. carbohydrates like bread, rice and stuff. I've been trying to try this salad for a long time. I think it's very important. So honestly, don't be too strict on yourself and sometimes pamper yourself if you want to eat chocolate. eat some chocolate if you want to eat something really delicious just do it just make sure you get it right or you will be eating something healthier the next day.
I think this is very important, you need food, you deserve food like what your body needs. all the nutrients and protein and I eat vegetables and carbs and you really need to figure out what kind of diet works for you this is how I balance this I just wanted to say I have a little snack before my workout I'm going to have this wow macro bar coconut butter almond and chocolate chips like a vegan bar okay guys it's 6 30 mac isn't even home yet um and I'm going to make some dinner. I like to listen to podcasts, which is actually really nice while I'm at it.
I'm cooking, I love this time of day. I really have my own space. I haven't made it to the store yet, so I'm hoping we can do it tomorrow. Hello, what are you making teriyaki chicken with brown rice? I'm not going to do the full breakdown again because I feel like you guys have seen it now. I've recently been using this one from Rich, it's super clean and it's like a collagen protein. I also like to use this one for bridal protein, sometimes this will keep me full for the next two hours, so I'll see you for lunch. I'm adding chickpeas to a baking sheet and adding some paprika powder, salt, pepper and olive oil. I'm also roasting some squash in the oven for about 30 minutes, in the meantime I add the leftover cauliflower to the salad and make a vegan dressing, then add the squash, chickpeas, a little olive oil, avocado and hemp seeds to get more protein.
I added a tablespoon of brown rice and some beets and my fall veggie bowl is ready so for tonight I didn't really feel like cooking so I sautéed some zucchini with mushrooms and I'm just going to make some eggs so this is it brilliant. simple dinner I didn't feel like cooking much I grew zucchini, scrambled eggs with avocado and a little salad cream, my favorite chocolate is spinach so I made some chai tea with honey and oats and then we got this dark chocolate for the today's breakfast I feel pancakes. I wanted something warm, kind of sweet, so I'm using these like the protein pancakes I shared in a video earlier this month.
You can see this one along with Sammy, so I'm going to take ingredients like almond flour and eggs, it's like a keto recipe, coconut oil, I'm going to make some pancakes, okay, so this is my breakfast today, two pancakes with a little bit of ricotta, um, with a little bit of maple syrup and lemon, so it's like a lemon ricotta, it's so delicious and this is about two eggs and like a cup of almond flour, this is delicious. I don't make pancakes that often, but they are delicious. I also put in some protein powder to get the protein pancake snack ready, so yesterday after breakfast we were really busy filming everything. day I forgot to eat and at night we were so hungry they delivered us so much sushi and it was so delicious king sushi that I completely forgot to make a vlog and we were eating or so full so this morning made like porridge of amiso oats that will soon appear on the channel because this recipe was so delicious.
