I'm putting people on the call. I see who is talking to me on the radio. Those kinds of things are not as complicated as they seem. Sometimes I'm on the phone and dispatching at the same time so you have both ears and try to list with yours. I noticed you have a pedal down here and you were using it several times while we were talking. What is that pedal? Make the pedal. it controls the radio and what that does is it frees up my hands and again, sometimes I'm on the phone and I'm dispatching and all these different things, so it's very important that it frees up my hands so that it takes a little bit of time.

Coordination after a week, you usually put the pedal down so you can type, talk on the radio, answer the phone, yeah, I mean, there are times when you know I've had people on a main channel, a Tac channel I've had. People talk to me through Tac. I'm talking on the phone. I'm shipping. People yell at me across the room. I'm Googling things, so it can get pretty crazy, um, which I think is my favorite part. I work when it gets so complicated when someone calls 911. What information should they be expected to provide and what are some of the questions the person taking the call will ask them?

Well, first and foremost, the most important question or answer to our questions. Where are you? If you know where you are, we can do anything for you. But you have to know where you are if you are calling from a home or business and you have a landline. That information?
