so come here and well let's get to work it's that time again meal number four is coming down same news this morning we have 90% lean ground turkey we're going to do the same 196 G about 7 oz and we're changing the carbs are short today right now for this meal we're going to go with sweet potato okay we're going to do about 200, 50g of that and 250g of sweet potato now what I like to do is a little trick for this so once I heat it up I put it in the microwave put a little cinnamon brown on top and sometimes it gets a little messy so we use it well and that's it so here is 7 oz of lean ground turkey 90% turkey 250 g of sweet potato heat it for about 2 and 1 half to 3 minutes, put a little sea salt, a little whole cinnamon and that's it, then meal number four, the last meal for me will be salmon and white rice, very easy to prepare .
