era, so today I have a lot of

, I have a ballistic lab zombie torso and I have

modern

armor, let's put them to the test against medieval weaponry and let's see how effective they would be or are they outdated, let's get ready and start, okay, first things first, let's see how

these things are against an unarmed subject, so I have a fictional ballistic zombie bust from Labs right here and our first weapon I don't really know the name I really don't know the name of any of the weapons we have today so I'm going to give you mine, this is the pointy meatball on a stick and I'm just going to give it a good whack and see what Come on, here we go, I bent my staff, it's not very high quality, but I will say it definitely looks pretty

, it wasn't as bad as I thought.

It would be, but it's still pretty bad, so I wasn't too impressed with the pointy meatball on a stick, so next I have this thing, it looks pretty bad, it's very pointy and it's solid like it's a solid piece of metal. I'm going to call this the pointed scepter I have higher hopes for this one oh yeah that was pretty gnarly um I'm going to yeah I'm definitely going to say it's lethal that's really bad oh dear so I think we've established that medieval weapons They are really lethal, but now what we are going to find out is how effective medieval weapons would be against modern armor, so this is a ballistic helmet that is rated for most pistol bullets, I think all the way. to 44 magnum so let's put this on a fresh new zombie bust and let's give it another hit with the okie dokie pointed scepter, here we go, well, that definitely looks, oh, he bent it, he bent my pointy scepter.

Damn, it looks good, it looks solid, our helmet we didn't even penetrate it, it doesn't look like we got much damage, so the modern helmet, the modern armor, at least against this particular medieval weapon, did a pretty good job , You know? The guy is pretty ugly, but you know what else is ugly debt? I'm going to give this thing a few hits and see what happens there. wow, I missed it, damn, that was close G, I gotta dig, get this off the table over there, well, we almost made it, maybe I'll hit it this time, one, two, three, oh, we did some on it damage to that hull that time.

I've got a pretty good little Notch right there, but I don't think we've done any real damage to it, oh dear, well, it's got a little bit of bleeding, uh, it just sticks out, oh, just push it back, it's no big deal, it's not Big deal, he just reappeared there and also his skull is a little bit broken, uh, so we still managed to do quite a bit of damage with this medieval weapon, even with this modern armor, uh, man, that was a really hard hit, it's hour. To get a little more serious and take it a step further, this is my meat tenderizer and it has a very pointy tip on the end and I have high hopes for this one, we almost penetrated the hull with the pointy ball on a chain.

So I think this one has a pretty good shot. Okay, here we go. I think we could have hit it a little bit harder, but we hit it right there and there's a little hole right there, but I think we can do better. I was a little afraid to break this thing, but this time I'm going to be a little braver. Also, I can't see anything and where is my helmet? Let's take a look. I hit it really hard and To be honest I'm not really sure where I hit it, I think that's where that velcro patch is, oh oh, I think we made it.

I actually pulled this pad out, yeah, we have a little hole right there. Look here, we've got a little new notch with a little hole in it, so we didn't make it very far through the hull, but we did make it and I honestly think it's pretty impressive before we move on, let's go. go ahead and hit the hammer part of this and an unarmed guy oh god, I'm going to say this is pretty effective. I would definitely like to wear some kind of helmet if someone had one of these because that was just pretty horrible, that's pretty horrible, I have it in my pants, damn, luckily, even though I didn't get better, I did, I have a little bit on my shirt, but it's still okay if you want to buy one of my three limited edition ones. -Anniversary jerseys that do not have blue stains, you should visit Kentucky ballistic.com.

I'm putting the armored helmet on him and I have some Premier body armor, soft armor, this is level 3A and it's rated up to 44 magnum now. I don't really expect this next weapon to penetrate said soft armor, but we're going to take a hit anyway, so obviously we didn't. penetrate armor his head is oh oh that's not good um I think there's a good chance his head will fall off so I can feel a pop nothing a little duct tape can't fix just put that right there just throw his head away back so when it comes to this soft armor, I'm much more interested in pointed and sharp weaponry than blunt force weaponry, so we have a sword and I'm going to take a swing at this thing like this and I'm going to try stab it and see if modern soft armor will hold up to this medieval masterpiece oh oh dear, okay, we have to check it, we cut this whole part of the aircraft carrier and cut that armor just a little, we definitely did.

I didn't make it all the way through, but gosh, that's actually pretty sharp. Well, I have some gloves on now. I'm going to try to stab and then GNA will take one more hit to The Swinging, but we'll try to do it. cut some more, here we go, you got it right, actually you know what we may have done more damage than I thought, let's get this out of here, or okay, it's all good and cut it, we can tear it off there, actually, cut quite. a few layers, but we didn't make it through the back, so it seems like our path to victory nowadays, when it comes to medieval weapons versus modern armor, has a bit of a point to it, so next we have a spear.

Okay, now the next question is: am I really? I'm going to be able to hit it, so there's nothing else to do but do it right, yeah, oh, we actually hit it, yeah, I don't think we got past that, it bounced right there. I'm going to take another hit. At this point I'm not really sure what the proper technique is for throwing the spear, but I'm going to try throwing it harder. I can feel a bit of a bulge, but it didn't make it through. like that it's really hard yeah oh I tell you what I feel pretty good about my spear throwing technique which is pretty effective right there and definitely oh oh yeah that would do that.

I'd definitely like to use my bulletproof vest, not so Good luck with the spear, but I feel pretty good about the old meat tenderizer. I think I can pass it over there. Let's try it, so look here one, two, three, oh yeah, that did it, it worked out. through that soft armor and it looks like we hit, that's where we hit right in that spot, oh, so for my final weapon today I have the four more swords, this is a 9 foot long claymore, oh, this thing It's a little unwieldy, okay? here we go, oh okay, I don't know who built this sword, but it wasn't made for a man of my height, apparently I guess I put a lot of force behind it and it's, well, it's bent and the handle broke.

I'm so glad I didn't pay like $1,500 for that CU sword. I totally didn't, let's take a look at uh, Mr. zombie, here. I hit the leash and we did absolutely nothing, not a damn thing, he's perfectly fine. I hit it, yeah, oh, oh, okay, that was pretty effective, not bad for a small sword, that sword has no edge. Okay, now let's see what I can do with a smaller sword that I can maneuver better and that's pretty sharp. Well, yeah, that was definitely more effective. Well, there is a pretty good shot that is much more effective than the largest sword.

Well, I have come to the conclusion that medieval weapons are no longer relevant, at least in my humble opinion. I had a hard time defeating modern armor with medieval weapons, and honestly, I had a hard time defeating a zombie torso with medieval weapons in general. I mean, I did more damage with my minibike than with all my weapons combined, so I'm going to go ahead and say that's something I can't do for myself and I'm going to stick with modern technology.
