Dr. Joe Dispenza ON: How To BRAINWASH Yourself For Success & Destroy NEGATIVE THOUGHTS!

Apr 12, 2024
most people lose their free will to those programs and it is that uncompromising will with which you continue to train the animal to stay and overcome all the cravings, the feelings, the habits of the body and become the best selling author and be the host of the number one Health and Wellness Podcast on Purpose with Jay Shetty I think the most beautiful and powerful thing in the world is a repetitive thought but sometimes the most dangerous thing in the world is an absolutely repetitive thought and we think that the most beautiful things What we believe is because We are obsessed with this new idea and this new thought that we want to build something, but at the same time we know countless people who every day have a thought that says: I am not worthy of being loved, I am not worthy, I am not I deserve love in my In life, if someone has a repetitive

negative

thought specifically about self-esteem, what they believe they deserve in love, where do they start with that thought?
dr joe dispenza on how to brainwash yourself for success destroy negative thoughts
Well, we mainly think, uh, 90 of the time we think the same

thoughts

that we thought the day before the challenge. that is the thought you keep thinking over and over becomes a belief and the nerve cells that fire together wire together so the more nerve cells fire the more they develop long term relationships and the more wired they become. They come back, the more wired they become. They are automatic, the more automatic they are, the more unconscious they become, so the process of change really requires becoming aware of your unconscious

thoughts

, which means that just because you have that thought does not necessarily mean that it is true if you have that thought and you do it. you accept.

More Interesting Facts About,

If you believe it, you surrender to it without analyzing it, that thought will lead you to the same choice, which will lead you to the same behavior, which will create the same experience, which will then produce the same emotion. The same emotions drive our same thoughts over time. Biology, our circuits, our chemistry, our hormones, and even our genetic expression remain the same because we are the same. In the process of change, when you come across that unconscious belief and make it conscious, most people feel uncomfortable when they confront that thought. and you are stopping an automatic process and the body that has been conditioned to be the mind because it is doing something over and over again that is a habit, craves the experience because it wants the emotion associated with it to be correct, so the thought of being unworthy produces the feeling of being unworthy that feeling that when the person feels unworthy tends to make the person have more unworthy thoughts all it takes is a thought and a feeling an image of oneself and an emotion a stimulus in response you can condition the body to memorize that behavior and that emotional state is better than the conscious mind, so the moment we inhibit that thought or the moment we become conscious and no longer accept it, there is a biological longing that has place in the body because the body has been conditioned to be the mind. the body begins to influence the mind to think more corresponding thoughts equal to that feeling, so here comes the assault, then not only are you unworthy, you are everything else that goes along with that feeling and this is where people have to do.

Decide if you really want to change, because if you decide to confront that thought and make a different decision, be prepared because it will feel uncomfortable, it will feel unfamiliar and there will be some uncertainty because you are leaving familiar territory now you are leaving the known and you are entering the unknown. Now this is really when you leave the stands and enter the playing field because the brain immediately looks around at your environment to see if everything is changing because you are changing and you see that nothing in your world is changing because you haven't actually changed yet. changed completely, so the moment we look for evidence in our life and we don't see it, sooner or later most people accept it. thought that leads to the same choice that creates the same behavior that creates the same experience that produces the same feeling then they say oh this seems good to me you know it looks familiar because you just returned to the known self I think that when people really want to decide to change and they become so aware of those unconscious thoughts that they will never be unconscious of them again, that is the time when the body reconditions itself to a new mind if you inhibit that choice that leads to that habit. or that the behavior is a habit when you have done something so many times that the body knows how to do it better than the brain now you are preventing the body from being in its automation on autopilot and if the body craves the feeling of unworthiness and you are preventing the body sits that way and you are aware in your life of how you speak, you are aware in your life of how you feel and you are checking, you are saying: do I really want to feel this?
dr joe dispenza on how to brainwash yourself for success destroy negative thoughts
In this way, this is that river of change where you go from the old self to the new cell, so it makes sense, so if those principles and biology work that way, they could actually work in our favor, like this that if you say, "okay, I'll go." to sit for a few minutes I am going to become so aware of my unconscious self, my unconscious personality, that Victoria today would not be unconscious of those thoughts, behaviors and emotions, okay, let me familiarize myself with them and I will not go. unconscious, okay, I got it, I know what thoughts I want to trigger and plug into my brain and if a belief is a thought that you keep thinking over and over again with intention and attention, you will activate that prefrontal cortex and assign meaning to the ACT and start installing new circuits in your brain.
If you keep doing it over and over again, it becomes more programmed, it becomes more automatic, and now you are installing a new belief that you are worthy of love, that you are worthy of abundance. You are worthy of healing whatever it is, that is the thought you want to believe in and when it matters most is when it is hardest because if you don't have the circuits in place, you will go back to the old programs. so if you said how I'm going to be on my zoom calls today, how I'm going to be in traffic today, how I'm going to be with my ex, my coworkers and you started thinking and rehearsing how you were going to act.
In certain situations, the brain doesn't actually know the difference between real-life experience and what you're imagining. Research on mental rehearsal shows that over time the brain will seem like it has already had the experience and is now empty of the experience. Keep triggering and wiring those circuits and you will start behaving that way, so now you are setting up circuits to use in your life to make your behaviors match your intentions if you said how it would feel to feel worthy of love. What would it feel like to be grateful for life? What would it feel like to be worthy of abundance?
And you said, I'm going to teach my body emotionally what this feels like before the manifestation of the event. You're not waiting for your life to change to feel worthy. You're actually changing. your life by becoming worthy you are generating abundance you are generating love you are creating a heightened emotion now our data is very convincing because when you really start to elevate your emotional state and you can really lock in you know that in those elevated emotions your body is so objective that it actually creates that you are living in a completely new environment before the environment changes, in other words the body thinks it is in that new future and if the environment tells the gene and it does it and the end product of an experience in the environment is an emotion, you are actually sending genetic signals ahead of the environment and your body will begin to condition itself to a new mind.
Now think about this if you did that every day the word meditation literally means become familiar with

yourself

become familiar with your old self you will become familiar with your new self and you say I won't get up until I feel this feeling and then you would say I want to be able to bring up this feeling whenever I want. I will continue to remember this feeling over and over again. It only takes a thought and a feeling. Feeling an image of the future in motion is a stimulus. In response, you can condition your body to believe that it is living a completely new life and when you feel the emotions of your future something incredible happens, you are no longer in lack or separation, so you are no longer looking for the event to take away that feeling. of lack or separation, your body actually believes that it is in the event and then you are without looking for it you feel that it has already happened, prepare

yourself

because that is when your life begins to change and that is why we have discovered that if you are really practicing this and you immerse yourself completely into that experience for seven days, the amount of metabolism and biological changes that will take place in your body will be so significant that your body will actually believe that you are living in that future and yet most people who come to our workshops are literally in a ballroom, nothing really exciting happens in the environment except their bodies believe they are living a completely new life and therefore a thought leads to a choice which leads to a behavior which creates an experience that produces an emotion, then new information, new knowledge starts to make you think differently if you can remember that knowledge. and you begin to make a different decision because you want to experience the truth of that information you will have to behave differently and when the experience occurs and you feel the feeling of your abundance or wealth I guarantee that you will continue to want to do it.
Make the process of change something consistent in your life. That's why I love talking to you. I mean, literally, you might as well, you just said it. I hope everyone listens to it over and over again and I partly believe there is something to be said. For that, the best things that have rewired my brain and mind were the things I repeated daily. I took something that I loved to listen to or I loved to learn or read a paragraph from a book and I literally reprogrammed myself by delivering it to my mind. every day, yeah, and as I listen to you talk, I think there are some really powerful things that I wanted to bring out.
When I lived as a monk and studied The Vedas, they talked about thoughts in different modes and there are three modes. the mode of ignorance, the mode of passion and the mode of goodness, and there is a hierarchy to those thoughts, so the mode of ignorance would be an unsatisfactory thought or a completely wild and security-based thought, which It would be: I am not worthy or I have bad luck. and I can't do that I can't be in love no one can be in love with me that's like a mode of ignorance thinking about a passion thinking would be I can be in love with whoever I want and I can find anything and uh it's almost like you know you're lying to yourself and you haven't really applied what you're saying and it's just this big bold statement, but it doesn't sink in and resonate, and more goodness.
However, I can take steps daily to create love in my life right now and you start to see how people often look at what we say and think, oh, it's just positive, thinking it's not, it's not just a false statement. what you are saying is what your two words you used intention and attention you are actually being aware of where that intention and attention is placed you have the intention that if I do something every day and put my attention on XYZ then I can create this new reality for me every time I have a difficult conversation, a difficult meeting, something difficult, I will rehearse it in my head and you are so right that you can prepare yourself for the future even when I'm skydiving or if I'm sitting in a cold plunge, I'm preparing my mind even Before I do, there's no point in just jumping in and diving in.
I think what's really interesting is that, in part, a lot of the anxiety and stress that we feel is because we kind of hope that we'll never feel anxiety and stress again, so there's a sense of, okay, I can get to a place where I never experience anxiety. I almost think that makes us feel more hurt by anxiety and inevitable uncertainty. I'm sorry, I'd love to hear your thoughts, OMG, without me, I'd love to respond, I have three thoughts at the same time, do it, like this, to fulfill the first part of that question, it's an experiment, right?
It's an experiment. , life is an experiment. So if your personality creates your personal reality and your personality is made up of how you think, how you act and how you feel, if you keep thinking the same way, you keep acting the same way, you keep feeling the same way, your life will continue. being the same because you are the same so the experiment is fine let me start thinking differently so I have to remind myself how I want to think and I have to remind myself that I don't want to think anymore so don't default and go unconscious let me remind myself tell myself how I'm going to behave so I can make my behaviors match my intentions and let me remind myself how I'm going to feel if I can be

success

ful that day.
So there should be some change in my life, this experiment, what if it doesn't change? That doesn't mean that the law doesn't work for you, it's just that you're not that good, yet you just have to keep practicing correctly so that the act of disconnecting from your life is long enough to remind you of who you want to be and who you no longer want to be. experiment then it is the experiment called life now it is not that you reactThe question is how long are you going to react. That's the real question because I mean I react all the time everyone does, but if you're going to stay there and live in that emotional state, you're going to see life through that. lens of that emotion at this moment becomes complicated because the stronger the emotion you feel towards certain people or problems in your life, the more you pay attention to them and where you put your attention is where you place your energy, from a purely biological point of view as well as Quantum State, we could say that you are using that person or that circumstance to reaffirm your dependence on feeling that emotion, so you have to hate your enemy and if your enemy dies, you will find another person to hate because that's how it is.
The correct response of the body is that the animal has been conditioned in a certain way and if it has been doing something and feeling something for a prolonged period of time, there is a modification of its receptor sites, it needs those emotional states, so in the process . of change just be prepared because you will feel uncomfortable most of the time, now the question is do you want to stay there, then most people think that they don't have any control over their emotional state, they think that I am just this way and I feel So, we can really show people that that's not the truth, that when it's hardest it's the most important and if you're really able to work and train your body like you're training an animal. stop feeling one way and start feeling another way if you believe you are an eternal being let's say I mean most religions talk about us being eternal and most of the sexes think only a few who don't do. going to heaven or hell or Nirvana or on the wheel, you are going to be there for a long time and that moment matters so much in the light of Eternity because that is the moment in which you decide to no longer be defined by your past, do you?
Why are you being defined by your past? Because emotions are a record of the past and so if you feel that emotion, your body believes that it is back in that same past experience, so the more knowledge we have and understand. Whether those emotions are valid or not, they don't harm anyone else except you, because the long-term effects of living by those emotional states, those survival states are actually regulating genes and creating diseases, sooner or later you're going to have to ask yourself. Yes This loving myself and forgiveness is just when you get over the emotion, you take your attention off that person or that problem, you are freeing yourself and you are freeing them for people to do the best with what they believe is available, that It is my belief and if you are not aware that you can control your emotional states, you will depend on something outside of yourself to do it, whether it is a computer game, a Netflix show or a drug, whatever it is you need to do. that feeling Go away You are dependent on your outside world and I think that is a hypnosis that is a conditioning, it teaches people that you can really regulate and change your emotional states, you give them the tools to literally take a step into a new future, so than that process, of course.
It's extremely uncomfortable and the question is how long are you going to stay in that emotional state and 50 percent of the story that most people tell about that past experience isn't even true because they're making things up and they're doing that so they can justify it. why they haven't changed since some past event most people reach a point in their life where they hit a crisis or illness or diagnosis or loss or betrayal where they finally go, oh my gosh, it's time to change. I think change is a continuous process and the more we change the more we should see evidence in our life that makes it exciting yeah and I think you're right that I've thought about this for a while and I feel like most people They know they want to change. and most people know what they want to change, but they still struggle to make a change, so I found that we don't often have a crisis of values, we have a crisis of habits because people don't know how to reprogram their habits and He started to assume that the way they feel is who they are and I'm wondering how you think about this because I think we're living in a time where what you just said is like you find a way to numb your feelings. are you turning to something external to numb how you feel or today we are told to feel every feeling and emotion fully and then we often don't get to the reprogramming phase so I guess how do you know how long? effectively take a feeling seriously and evaluate it before taking action on it.
Feelings and emotions are the end product of past experiences and we can remember experiences better because we can remember how they feel the stronger the emotion we have about some experience. In our life, the more upset we are within ourselves, the more the brain freezes a frame and takes a snapshot and that is called long-term memory, that image is being controlled neurologically in the brain, so what most people don't You know is that every time you remember that event, that trauma, that betrayal, that loss, whatever it is, you are producing the same chemistry in your brain and body as if the event were happening, so what happens over time is that condition process that conditions the body to literally live in the past, so if a person lives with the same familiar feeling every day, whether it be guilt, unworthiness, pain, suffering, victimization, depression or whatever, it is very important for them to face that emotional state because they are When faced with the known, the fundamental question for that person is whether it is possible to feel a different feeling now if you cannot feel a different feeling than the one you are used to feeling, it should tell you a lot about that feeling because en It's going to influence your very thoughts, so the research we've done over and over again is that the only way to reprogram your brain to work in your favor is by learning how to regulate it. waves and you know, of course, beta brain wave patterns or thinking brain wave patterns, it's the analytical mind, it's our critical facilities, we're in beta right now, we're aware of our bodies, we're aware of the environment, we're conscious of time. the neocortex is activated, it's what connects us to 3D reality, it's the seat of the autobiographical self, there are a lot of circuits there of things you've learned intellectually and things you've experienced in your life, so for the most part it's a repository from the past, so ninety percent of those thoughts that we have are the same thoughts as the day before tend to become automatic programs and become more subconscious and unconscious, so in order for us to start changing those programs we have to enter the operating system, the only way to do that is to slow down our brain waves in that thinking neocortex.
The challenge for most people is that they have so many demands on their life, they have so many emotional responses to circumstances. in their life they live in a state of stress and they live in a state of survival and a state of stress and survival. Don't close your eyes, you must keep your eyes on the ball, you must keep your attention outside. environment, then their brains tend to work in a higher brain wave pattern, a mid-range or high-range beta brain wave pattern that's like driving a sports car in first gear. It's a lot of energy for the brain, so learn to regulate and slow down. your brain slows down its waves is something we've been very interested in when you teach people how to do it, it could become a skill and when the brain starts to relax and move towards less of that chatter taking place in your brain and It is more of a type of imaginary state that the brain sees in pictures and images, it is more creative, we are moving towards that Alpha state, so now the door between the conscious mind and the subconscious mind opens as we go beyond our analytical mind.
It's actually what separates the conscious mind from the subconscious mind, sometimes you slow down your brain waves, you go into Alpha, you're entering the operating system and that's where you can rewrite a new program, that's where you can rehearse a new script, that's where you can start planning your behaviors intentionally, if you can't change your brain waves then it's like your computer is going crazy with all those programs and you're yelling at it telling it to stop, you're not in the right place. OS. people can get to the point where they are so relaxed that the body is in light sleep and yet they are conscious and awake and now they are in this Theta brain life pattern and in Theta, which is a hypnotic state, we are very suggestible.
According to our thoughts, we are very suggestible to information in that state and that state is where we see the most changes occur and therefore the person can literally change from the inside out when learning how to enter the operating system that has. I just hit the net on the head with the constant experience that everyone has. I think, going back to what I was saying, when we try to make a change, what stops us from making the change is usually the stress if I try. be a kind, loving and compassionate person but I'm stressed. I'm likely to be abrupt, rude, and condescending if I'm trying to be healthier in my diet but am stressed or exhausted.
I'm going to reach for sugary food or carbs and fats like that don't come from anything but stress to take away the feeling to take away the feeling take away the feeling right, so let's be very clear because I think it's important for people to understand. What we are talking about, please emphasize and we are talking about living in survival, it is very important to name those emotions because anger, frustration, control, hate, envy, jealousy, insecurity, unworthiness, guilt , shame, suffering and depression, are all derivatives, those are emotions that are derived from stress hormones and psychology calls those normal states of consciousness, those are altered states of consciousness because in stress the physiology is that We are out of homeostasis, we are an act out of balance because we perceive some threat, some danger, some emergency, so the stronger the emotion you feel in the face of any stressor in your life, the more you pay attention to it and, Over time, you must keep your attention on all the important elements of your life.
So you sit down to do a meditation and when you are living in stress and you are living in survival there are only three things that are important at that moment your attention is on your body because you have to preserve it your attention is on something in your environment and what is there in your environment people object things places and you are very worried about time and when you are stressed and you are in survival the brain goes into a default mode and naturally tries to predict the next moment based on what was learned in the past and, therefore Therefore, since you always try to predict the future based on your memory of the past, you cannot be in the present moment and yet, our model of change, what we discovered is that the only way a person can change is when they go beyond your body, it goes beyond all the elements of your environment and it goes beyond that predictable fusion of the familiar past and sinks into the present moment, which is the unknown, so if you can't do it than because of the stress hormones, most people will sit down and say, okay, I'm going to close my eyes, I'm going to start this process where I'm going to rehearse how I'm going to be today and they start thinking about their cell phone, they start thinking about all their emails and they start thinking, I can't meditate, there's something wrong with me, it's my mom's fault, you know, and they actually believe that thought is true and then they get up and actually reaffirm it and say no.
I can meditate now. I can tell you that if you are willing to see that that thought is just the thought in your brain and you are curious to know what is on the other side of that thought, yes. You're going to feel uncomfortable, but if you had some tools and skills to apply and you could take your attention off your cell phone and bring your body back to the present moment, that would be a win and then your body would say, come on. You have to feel a little frustration now you have to be impatient you have to be critical come on that's not what you always think that's how you always feel and you like an animal you adjust your body back to the present moment and say it's not the right thing anymore mind that you are the mind that is a victory then the body says uh hey friend you are super busy you have a lot of things to do you have a lotpeople to see you have many places To go you have many things to do and you have been doing the same thing every day.
Your body will want to get up and do something you don't want to stop because your brain tells you you can't do it. This, if you had the awareness of settling the body back into the present moment, you would be executing a will that is greater than the program because most people lose their free will due to those programs and it is that tedium at the beginning that is a uncompromising will where you continue to train the animal to stay and divert all of its attention from the environment to achieve this. Go beyond all the cravings, the feelings, the habits of the body, the impulses of the body and surprise yourself by failing to fulfill that predictable future, bringing your body back to the present moment, diverting energy back to your attention towards the past based on those familiar emotions from the past that we.
I have found that if you are willing to do that for a few days, you can actually release a tremendous amount of energy from your body. You go from particle to wave, from matter to energy and you are literally transmuting those limited emotions into high emotions. and something really beautiful happens if you're willing to turn on The Crucible and sit for long enough, all these emotions move, that energy goes right up to the heart and the person starts to fall in love with life, they start to feel this state of gratitude. gratitude for being alive in this inevitable word of relaxed and awake and something really magical happens when we discover this simple little thing and that energy reaches the heart, there is only one place it wants to go and it goes straight to the brain, so the person begins to relax in your heart when you feel this feeling and the more you relax in your heart, the more suddenly your brain starts to get excited and starts to go into these elevated gamma brain wave patterns.
Now gamma is not unconscious. Gamma is actually super. conscious, it's actually super aware that you're now out of the program, so when that happens and the brain goes into gamma brain wave patterns, what we find is that it's not a little gamma, it's not a lot of gamma, it's not a large amount of gamma, it is something supernatural. amount of gamma and we start to see these brain waves where we see that Theta starts to carry Alpha and Alpha starts to resonate with beta and beta starts to create high Beta and high beta starts to create gamma and you see these standing waves of brain coherence happening and the person feels that way.
It is surprising that they do not want the moment to end and so we see when they put their attention on their heart as if they were filling a tank of gas, we see on the scan meter this very low frequency begins to increase in the heart. The energy that the heart uses to function actually increases because they are placing their attention there and where they place their attention is where they place their energy and then you see the parasympathetic nervous system arise, that is the relaxation nervous system and then we see it drop and We see that the sympathetic nervous system begins to rise and now sympathetic regulation is a right of arousal, but the arousal is from fear, the arousal is not hate or aggression, the arousal is from pain, that is the arousal created from survival there is only one other excitement and that is ecstasy, that is Bliss and the person suddenly feels connected to something bigger now here is the beauty, we were able to see people do this in 15 minutes the most important conclusion of all this is that feeling that That feeling is not coming from anywhere outside of them, no person is doing that, no wardrobe change is doing that, no sports car, not a football match, nothing is doing to them, it actually comes from within , that is the moment when they stop looking for it outside. of them and the love story begins, then when we start to feel these heightened emotions, these more selfless emotions, it's not that you have to try to forgive, it's actually the side effect of changing your emotional state that you no longer want because you feel so complete.
How could you want something? So we started interviewing people who had these moments and had such an incredible amount of love that they felt or we measured their oxytocin levels. They are very high love chemicals, the amount of gamma in terms of coherence was 200 300 400 standard deviations off normal in coherent gamma now three standard deviations off normal in gamma is about two percent of the population 200 300 400 a lot of energy in the brain, so suddenly the brain is receiving an enormous amount of energy, so we have discovered to relax the heart and wake up the brain and that transformation process is your willingness to sit, pass that thought, pass that emotion and keep training the animal and sooner or later you will be able to recondition it to a new mind and The system for this new mind and this journey that you are talking about is meditation like this, which comes through a meditative practice, is similar to the breathwork meditation practice you just researched or is it completely separate from these.
Wow, okay, yeah, yeah. So our week-long events are a fully immersive experience. We have done the largest studies on meditation ever done just because we have a community of 1800 people who attend an event and they will get up at the same time, do the same thing, practically eat, choose the same foods and practically a large laboratory, for That's our findings by working with 1800 people to measure brain waves, their brain function before and after the event, measure their genetic expression before and after. the event we're measuring uh 2882 metabolites in your blood we're measuring DNA expression we're measuring urine we're measuring saliva we're measuring the energy of the room we're measuring everything and meditation in a sense that's not the traditional way, um , what we do is look at what really works, you know, we're actually looking to say, well, that's something where we can really see how it changes, so we teach meditation three ways to get familiar with your old self and to get familiar with your old self. new self, that's what the word meditation means, familiarization with it, so we use that model for change, so slow down your brain waves and go beyond your analytical mind, this meditation and teach your body how to do it and us.
I've discovered a formula that just makes it so easy for people to do it. If you practice it, you will be good at it like anything else you practice. To go beyond the analytical mind, there is another way to reprogram ourselves and then meditation is really about going beyond your body or disconnecting from your body, disconnecting from your environment and forgetting about time and that is that eye of the needle where we start to make the most significant changes so that we are data-driven, you know we are really looking to see what it is and when we see that the brains respond in the same way it helps me tremendously to teach the material better and so the more people understand what they are doing and the more they understand why they are doing it, the more naturally how it becomes easier and nothing has come out of conjecture if there is nothing left of Superstition or Dogma or even in spiritual you know traditional words you know science like the contemporary language for demystify that process and give new people numerous times to improve themselves and numerous times to connect sooner or later you will start to see the transformation before your eyes and one of the interesting things that we have discovered is that we have a lot of compelling data that suggests that you are bigger than you think, more powerful than you, not more unlimited. than you could dream of we have compelling data suggesting that your nervous system is the best pharmacist in the world making drugs that work better than any drug in a pharmacy a drug study is about 18 to 25 cause and effect causality our data is between 75 and 85 percent cause and effect this is a person creating their own pharmacy of anti-inflammatories their own pharmacy of anti-cancer chemicals their own pharmacy of painkillers they are seeing this over and over again so we have this incredible data that says that this is no longer pseudoscience this is real this is really science the side effect of a person's transformation has changed my belief in what is possible.
I've seen people on stage with stage four cancers that were in every organ of their body. and that metastasized and they have no signs of cancer in their body and we have data that suggests that you put the blood of an advanced meditator and a uterine cancer cell a pancreatic cancer cell 70 of the mitochondrial function in cancer cells decreases Mitochondria are the energy packages of the cell that are drawing energy from the cancer cell. It works perfectly with what we are seeing with the testimonies that people are telling around the world. We have seen blind people.
We have seen deaf people here. We have seen people with injuries. of the spinal cord to walk again. We have seen changes in ALS. We've seen all kinds of incredible health conditions. Changed by a person simply by changing their way of thinking, their way of acting and their way of feeling. How long have I seen certain things lost, like how much you have to continue the practice daily to maintain the impact because I feel like you know this is not a one-time thing and that's not what you're promoting in this way. It's the experience of when someone comes to a retreat or event and has this incredible experience, but then you measure how people continue to practice.
Yeah, it's important, yeah, it's super important to us, um, uh, and of course, we have tons of data, but let's see if I can say this as clearly as possible when a person has that arousal where they feel that heightened emotion and He has his eyes closed, he is in a room with 1800 people and there is music playing in the background. They don't eat, they don't smell, they don't taste, they don't move or they don't feel on some level that they are having a correct internal experience and the body is so objective that it literally believes it is living in a new environment.
And that heightened emotion somehow tends to drag the body out of the past and into the present moment. Many people with everything from eczema to muscular dystrophy, when they have those events, a biological change occurs in their body where they feel completely different. now some people are completely healed some people are out of their wheelchair and they're walking again but they're limping and that doesn't mean it's over it just means they made contact where they hit the gold and there are varying degrees that We see, we've seen people for seven years to work on a terminal health condition and seven years to cure that health condition.
Some people take two years, three years. Some people do it in three months. There is no predictable menu that we can say. It's so now that when people have those more deeply aroused states, it seems like their change is much more immediate and much more permanent, but for the most part we see people's response quite dramatic. Now it is also important to say that we have seen people heal from Terminal cancers they stop feeling those elevated emotions and they respond again to the circumstances and conditions of their life and return to the same personality, the same personality is the same personal reality and its Bodies believe that they are living in that same environment and they are feeling the same way and they have the habit of acting in the same way and thinking in the same way and lo and behold the condition returns.
We have seen people cure themselves of Parkinson's disease and more than once have a response to some very serious event in their life. that produced a very strong emotion and within an hour their condition returned because they literally returned to their old self and we have seen that person turn around and reverse the condition again. People do the best with what they think is available to the person standing. on stage who we have had numerous doctors and researchers standing on stage are the four minute mile that they are telling the community I am the example of truth now this is no longer philosophy this is no longer theory here are my scans We recently had For someone with bilateral breast cancer, there is no evidence of cancer in their breasts or lymph nodes that are no longer in our liver.
I'm looking at the audience and everyone is bowing, there's a form a mile away and that person is telling the truth. and they're telling a story and it's not pretty, it's not always Rosy, they went through many Dark Nights, they went through many of their conditions and they got worse, but every day they had to present themselves if they stopped. by showing up and doing the work, they wouldn't really believe it was possible, but if they showed up and did the work, it means they believe it's possible and I think when you believe in the possibility, you have to believe in yourself, you believe in yourself, you have to believe in the possibilities, so they used to be some examples of that, now we have so many fantastic testimonies, so many wonderful stories, that now people are becoming infectious like a virus or any bacteria, now health and wellness is becoming so contagious like the disease. and you get a community ofpeople that starts to break through when you start to see these changes where people stand on stage, you will invariably see a very strong change in Consciousness and Consciousness is consciousness and if you are not aware of that, you could actually heal yourself to yourself, you will make the same decision once you see it.
I think it starts to create a wildfire and that's really the exciting part, which is why we've seen so many great testimonies that are definitely great transformation stories and many, many of those. people still don't have eczema they still don't have Parkinson's they still don't have cancer yes, since the last time we spoke, I know that your team of researchers went and did some work. I wanted to ask you a few questions about this. Research into the impact of one minute work of breathing, how does this affect our heart rate variability and how does HRV affect our anxiety?
Let's talk about heart rate variability because it's important. So your brain is trying to control and predict everything that is happening in your life because stress is actually created when you can predict something, you can't control something or you have the perception of Something is going to get worse, okay? Then you turn it on. that primitive nervous system, the fight or flight nervous system, and as you shift your attention from one person to another, to another thing, to another place, to another problem, each of those different elements has a neurological network in your brain. , so the excitement of hormones to say, pay attention, there is danger as you start to shift your attention to each of these elements that have neurological networks in your brain, your brain starts to fire very incoherently and, In fact, you might, by thinking about your problems, activate the stress response. just by thinking and that's what most people do so now you're sitting in traffic the heart is pumping because it's trying to get blood to the extremities because a primitive system turns on saying there's a predator, there's danger and the heart is beating against closed arteries and the heart starts beating out of rhythm, it starts beating out of order and it starts beating very incoherently, so when you have incoherence in the brain and you have incoherence in the heart, when the Waves are incoherent when they cross each other. they cancel each other and when they cancel each other there is less energy in the brain, there is less energy in the brain, by default you will use some of those reflective systems.
If the energy decreases in the heart, you will not trust. You're not going to be vulnerable You're not going to want to commune You're not going to want to connect You're not going to want to feel grateful It's not the time to feel any of those things It's time to run, fight and hide, okay, so most people say which is okay, well, I had a stressful day. I was stressed all day. At the end of the day they turn on the television and relax. The important thing to write is to realize that if you are relying on something outside of yourself to change that emotional state, you will become dependent on it.
So is it possible to start creating more coherence in the brain? And the answer is yes, because when you are under the gun of those survival chemicals. you're narrowing your focus on the cost you hear something moving in the bushes you freeze and narrow your focus and it's that narrowing focus that tends to be obsessive when we're stressed we overthink things we overanalyze that we actually have discovered makes the brain worse and actually causes the heart to regulate more disorderly, so we said okay, if the brain is narrowing its focus and becoming overly attentive, what if we taught it how to do something else?
What if we teach you how to do it? widen your focus and instead of focusing on something material or something known simply open up and focus on nothing the act of widening focus actually makes a person stop thinking and doing and start feeling and feeling is actually what begins to slow down your brain waves. The redundancy of shifting your attention from one person to another person to another problem to something else makes the brain go off like a thunderstorm and clouds very incoherently, so when you start opening your awareness and you don't feel anything, We have seen it thousands of times.
Sometimes those different networks that activate out of order start to synchronize and what sinks in the brain connects in the brain and the brain becomes more orderly and starts to become more coherent if you could learn how to rest your attention on your heart and where you are. place your attention is where you place your energy regulate your breathing start to slow down your breathing, even if you did it for a minute it could start to change your brain waves and it could cause your heart to start working more regulated and at more order if you said okay, I'm going to work with my body and I'm going to start breathing and I'm going to start feeling emotions that I do want to feel.
Yes, it may take you a few minutes to get there, but if you keep going. By practicing it over and over again, the heart starts to produce a very deep signal, it starts to produce an external magnetic field, it is measurable, so now you have a coherent brain, which means you can be very intentional and you have a coherent heart, which which means that you can feel the emotions of your future before it happens somehow, you have this transmission of this wifi signal and the brain tends to be electrical in nature, so it sends an electrical charge to the field, the heart is the Magnetic charge is what attracts things. us is the magnetic field and now, actually, by changing the way you think and the way you feel, you are changing the signal in the field, so if you are able to maintain that state for an extended period of time, I say something. magical something unusual is going to happen in your life some unknown experience is going to happen if you keep thinking the same way and feeling the same way your life must stay the same so we do one minute practices we do five minute practices we do 30 minute practices we want be as good at doing it with our eyes closed that we can do it with our eyes open, yeah, no, when I hear that, I feel like I've had a genuine personal experience of that, where I've done it when I've had when I'm having a moment in the that I'm feeling anxious or stressed or you know something unpredictable has happened and I feel that change in my heart rate and I notice my breathing changes, I notice it becomes shallower, I notice I become more random.
I know that when I practice breath work I can return to stillness. I can return to that sense of balance and then I can address the problem at hand more clearly. with more connection and a feeling of trust, but when someone else who maybe hasn't had that experience here or isn't trained in it, is just thinking well, how can I solve the problem correctly?, they're listening to me. and you're doing well but I can't because I just need to solve this problem like you're saying I'm going to be 30 minutes late for a job interview or I just had an argument with my partner this morning and I have a big presentation this morning at work too , now I'm stressed because I'm thinking about it or my son just had Yes, I had to take him urgently to the hospital and I think, I guess, when you're looking at it from a very human point of view.
It's really hard to understand the value of this. What do you say to anyone who thinks and feels that way? No, I think it's a reasonable conversation, I mean, sometimes. We have to be super excited, yes, and sometimes we really have to pay attention and sometimes there are threats and dangers where that primitive nervous system really works in our favor and that's the emergency system, but you also have to realize that you only have a certain amount. of energy and if you are living in emergency mode for an extended period of time there is no energy to grow and repair, there is no energy for long term construction projects, so when it is necessary and you have to leave the Predator behind, you go Don't don't sit back and try to befriend a predator.
We're not that good. Run good. The problem is that if you keep that alarm system on all the time, it becomes very addictive. It's a great answer. It becomes very addictive. I've looked at brain scans of people and I've seen their brain get worse in the first few days and I've tapped them on the head and told them what you're doing there. 100 of the time they were analyzing the problems in their lives within that disturbing emotion and if the emotion is a record of the past and they cannot think beyond how they feel they are thinking about the past there is no solution on the other side of the river. beyond the emotion and you will see the possibility because you are no longer in the box of that emotional state now it is much easier said than done because you are going against thousands of years of life and survival programming.
I mean, 200 years ago it wasn't easy to be human. I mean, we're in survival all the time. and hunger, you know all the diseases, I mean, it was difficult to be human and that's why we have to let go of what we use all our lives to get what we want so that something bigger happens and it goes against thousands of years programming. It's not something you can get good at once you have to keep practicing, so you really have two ways of looking at it if you live in stress and you live in survival and that system changes.
Then everything will be a threat, everything will be a danger, everything will be a reason to rush, to be impatient, to be frustrated, to judge because that is Consciousness, that is the emotion we live with, so now you have a problem with a partner. work, you have a problem with your partner, whatever it is, you use it as an example and you have to give a presentation now, now you really have one of two options: be a victim of those conditions in your life and remain in that emotional state. state and I'll tell you Jay, worry that way while I'm like this because of this person the circumstance the person or circumstance is controlling the way I feel the way I think anything that controls the way I feel and the way I think I'm a victim of entitlement, okay, or I can actually be a Creator now, okay, so when it's hardest is the most important thing, okay, then there will be a story, a valid story that will go from agree with those emotions that you are going to have. give it up you can address it another time from a different state if you are upset in that state and you say something you do something you write the email you send the text you will always regret it you will always say I should I never said that, I never should have done it, we have to learn that we're in an altered state at the time, so there's only one of two options: either you stay there all day and tell everyone that story or you say okay. let me take a moment remember this is the experiment called life okay let me practice relaxing in my army slow down the animal let me practice now I'll take a few minutes let me breathe let me regain my state let me change everything it's good. let me remember who I am, who I want to be when I open my eyes and let me practice that again now, even if you had to do it 10 times in one day, I would say it was a day worth living.
I would say it was a day worth living and when we do walking meditations, in our Retreats we are doing walking meditations so you can practice doing it with your eyes open, yeah, like you're relaxed in your heart and awake in your brain and you. you can do it with your eyes closed, okay, let's take it out for a test drive, yeah, let me open my eyes, let me pay a little more attention to my inner world, let me practice feeling this feeling and we practice feeling this way and let my brain do what it does, let me finally change my physiology, let me change my state, let me walk like the personally healed one, walk like the Abundant person, let me walk like my prayers are answered, walk in the state if I keep practicing that and again.
Plus, it will become a habit, so we practice it in as many ways as we can. We do at least seven or eight different breaths because we see how they all work in the brain. We have all kinds of meditations. Sitting meditations, we have standing and walking meditations, lying down meditations because we want you to be able to do it because you open your eyes and walk any way you can so you don't fail and you go back to that person now if you do it by default you didn't fail that's a program just you became unconscious and how many times do we have to forget until we stop forgetting and start remembering that is the time of change no one cares no one how many times you fell off the bike if now you ride a bike, now you ride a bike so It's a constant process, every day, and I think sometimes we look for evidence in our lives and it hasn't happened and I think it's very important that we still show up, yes, yes. because that's where you are changing the most and when you get to that point where you don't care if it happens or not because you feel very happy, very grateful for who you are, get ready because your life is going to start to change. in a magical wayI am very proud of our community, not because they do the work every day, not because they are trying to be good or please anyone, they do it because they don't want the magic, yes, really, and I know the experiment. is too good, if you don't do it, you will continue to be a Creator in your lives, then when you change the way you feel and think and begin to see evidence in your lives, you will remember what you did within yourself to produce that result and you will go. to believe that they are creators of their life unless they are victims of their life and that is empowerment, yes, and you can take it away from anyone, you can't tell me that now. you're too sick to do that you can't tell me you're too old to do that you can't tell me you had a horrible past you're too out of shape you can't even tell me you never meditated before because the people who come don't know anything, they're dragged along by someone and they have the most profound experience because they don't expect anything and we have data that suggests that when you don't expect anything you're going to have a profound moment so everyone can do it, there's no one so special to be excluded from this process and we've had people who have We've had brutal pasts with trauma abuse, we've seen Navy Seals and prisoners with horrible memories, literally transformed, literally transformed, in seven days, and I could say right now that you take the time every day to decide who you're going to introduce to the world. and you get up like that person, you are going to fall down many times, but sooner or later, once you start to change, it is quite difficult to come back, yes, I think we forget very easily that whatever we have achieved today, wherever we we are What you had to do was commit to refining the process, it was a disciplined effort to make a small improvement in something else when you give the bicycle example, the bicycle example, the idea that you got up and maybe changed something that you knew how to change your balance differently, you knew how to pedal at a different pace, like you tried these different things and that's what you're saying it's an experiment, if we keep trying the same thing we get the same result, but the point that I love that you mentioned answer was the idea that sometimes you need to be an emergency, but not exactly make an emergency a habit and I think that's where most of us go off on the wrong path.
I was asked recently. Anyone who knows me today knows that I am a hard-working, productive, high-performing type of individual. I live a very scheduled and disciplined life and the biggest question I get asked during the holidays is, Jay, can you unplug? I always come back and give the credit. to my monk training and I say I turn off immediately uh as soon as I'm on the flight home I was I remember before Christmas I was taking a flight home to London and I left the moment I got on the flight and it was because I was not because I am special but because I am unique or I have superpowers it is because I have simply done what you said where I have trained myself to always be present and so if I am really present in my work as I am with you now, then when I'm on the plane, I'm just present and I know it's time to disconnect and that's why I think about the idea that our presence bleeds and our lack of presence bleeds. bleed and it's not like you can selectively be in emergency here and not in emergency here, the state that you feel will extend throughout your entire life, as I know many people who are high performers and have had to be.
Keeping this in mind too, it's like they are a high performer at work but then they take that high performer and give it to their family and now that family is getting a high performing parent and they don't want that, they just want their father. or they want their mother and then how do we develop? I guess it's a highly trained skill. What you're saying is we have the capability and then we can say, "Okay, I know when to use this and when I don't, that's more intense." State, yeah, I mean, look, there's nothing wrong with stress hormones.
I mean, that's the only way we could really survive or we're part human, part animal, and part divine. I mean, we have two things at play here, I think the biggest one. It's a challenge for a lot of people and 70 of the time people live in that state of survival, they live in that state of stress, the more you understand what that really does to you, the more you can make better decisions about how much time you really want. To stay there, here is an example, many people who are changing a health condition in our work begin to do the work they begin to notice I am sleeping better I have less pain I have regained my appetite I feel like I have more energy they begin to notice These subtle subjective changes that are going to Their doctor and their scans still show that they have their health conditions, so they are noticing a change, but they are not completely cured, no, they are not saying it didn't work, they are saying.
What do I still have to change to heal? What thought? What behavior? What emotions? So, they are in the process of progress. Many of those people find that they have a really good hour of meditation where they feel connected. your heart is opening, you feel your brain is coherent, you feel great, you don't want the moment to end and then you spend 15 or 16 hours of your day on a program running back into your emotional states responding and reacting. and you realize that how could one hour of elevated State go against 15 or 16 hours of my response to everyone?
Everything in my life emotionally stems from those familiar emotions of fear, anger, hate, pain or suffering, whatever it is, it's okay, so now this is where the practice really goes to the next level because you no longer just sit and rehearsing who they want to be, but they're actually rehearsing for their lives, they say "okay" when I see that person when I'm in that circumstance I can't go unconscious and feel this emotion and I can't go unconscious and say these things or act like that. this way how am I going to act what I would love to do what greatness would look like they don't know they read about it They get more information and they are building this model and now all of a sudden people's response to circumstances, to problems in their life is changing, that is because they are changing and then they notice that their health condition starts to improve a little more.
Now they are no longer saying how my Alzheimer's or my Parkinson's or my ALS has been cured, they are saying how much more I can open my heart in my day and feel this with my eyes open all day if I understand that if I live according to these emotions. I'm pointing out genes ahead of environment. Oh, I'm going to stay in this state because it's this emotional state that's really going to heal me. Then I remember this feeling. I remember this feeling. I remember this feeling and now they are no longer trying to remember the feeling just for any other reason, but because I want to remember the feeling when they are with their eyes open, now they understand that the more they change, the more their health changes and and you can have the best diet and You can do the best exercise and you can be very rigid about your food choices, vitamins and minerals and keep your body balanced chemically and physically, but if you are not emotionally balanced and you are constantly in that stress of the fight or flight system that is when your body loses homeostasis, stress is when your brain and body lose balance, so you could have all those things working for you, but if you live in fear or you are controlling, rigid, perfectionist and hard on yourself.
It will make sense that that has to change for you to be able to shift properly, so yeah, people are starting to understand it. that's the only way I'm going to change if I don't change it's not going to change yeah one of my favorite things as a practical exercise that I did was I literally had a script and I mean handwritten like I wrote scripts of how I wanted to feel when I experienced ego or envy, and for every emotional challenge I had something I thought was an unhealthy thought. I literally had pages and pages and pages of scripts that were built from research that was built from spiritual literature. that were built from science, whatever that is, from what I wanted to be able to tell myself when this or that thought came up and it sounds so basic, but it really reconfigures your thoughts when now all I can think about is that script sure and I need to update that script regularly sure that's a good point I mean, I mean, I'm constantly, yeah, it's constantly, yeah, it's not once, I'm constantly, I mean, I mean, 95 of Who we are in the period of the Middle Ages. set of unconscious thoughts, behaviors and emotions, I mean, those are beliefs and perceptions that we have about ourselves in our lives, so I mean this is a never-ending process of self-discovery.
I mean, there will always be challenges that you will have in your life that we will initiate you to become aware of that which you are unconscious of, yes, and you have to face those challenges from a great level of Consciousness and the Consciousness that is created and you cannot if you don't respond the way you do. You feel and the way you think are the same and if you believe that the way you think and feel creates your life, if you don't change the way you think and the way you feel, your life will stay the same because you are the same , I mean, that's how it works so fundamentally, it's very important for people to understand that it is actually possible to change, it really is possible, yes, it is.
I love that you keep repeating that because I think that's the hardest part. where you just heard the broken record again: I can't change, nothing will change and without realizing that it's just a set of habits, it's just a set of routines that you have adopted as your reality and you are going to be uncomfortable, so get used to it so that you can remain uncomfortable or you can say how I want to feel, let me, instead of memorizing this emotion, let me memorize this emotion, let me open my heart when it goes against everything that I have been. taught and programmed to do, I mean, and that's really when it really starts to matter more, so it's a really exciting time and I'm really happy to see that people are thinking about all of this and doing it, you know? by themselves absolutely, absolutely, have you found a difference and I want to get a little more technical?
Yes, have you found a difference between meditation with breath work and without breath work because I know you do both and what you find is the usefulness and benefits of either one, so we do so many different types of breathing, we breathe for so many different types of reasons, the breathing that we were talking about with Inspire, taking the mind out of the body, we do that breathing to take that creative life force that is at the base of the spine that energy that can create another form of life the energy we use to digest a meal the energy we use to flee from a predator we are taking all that energy that is stored in the body emotionally and we are pulling that energy back to the brain.
If you practice this breathing repeatedly, there will be a release of energy in the brain. We have data that shows that you will have much more energy in your brain. more coherent in your brain and you will be more aware, right? So why is that important? Because when you regulate your brain waves, we don't want you to fall asleep, we want you to be really relaxed and awake in the moment. At the same time, we do this breath called getting the mind out of the body, which is the Inspire series, where we take all that creative energy and with the breath we bring that energy directly to a specific area of the brain when If you do that correctly, your brain will go into an altered state, that's the reason we do it, then we do all kinds of breathing, like breathing to change the heart rate, sometimes, when we breathe while practicing.
In that mystical state, just as the audience is beginning to transition into a slower brain wave state, we will do a very forced inhale, exhale, inhale, over and over again, like a hiker's breathing, just to make the person calm down. feel euphoric and so euphoric that they don't want to fall asleep and move into a slower brain wave pattern. The door between the conscious mind and the subconscious mind opens and many times there is a mystical experience waiting for that person that is transcendental, so we do all kinds of different breathing. techniques because we have different intentions behind each of them if people want to dive into them, where should they go if they want to learn some of those techniques or get access?
Only at events? There is an online course that we offer. called Progressive Workshop at the Progressive Workshop we teach some of those breaths and if you come to a week-long event you will have the opportunity to do them all and we start at six in the morning and we finish it. I don't know Cancun, the last one we did, I think we finished at 8 or 8 30 every night, it was just a great group of people and we go seven days Jason and some mornings a little earlier, but you get a lot of practice. many tools so that whenyou go you can use them in your life yeah that's amazing yeah for anyone who obviously can't access the live events then the online course will be helpful but if you can go yeah and I think.
I think there's also some good descriptions in Becoming Supernatural, my latest book, where we break it all down, uh, yeah, and then there are some tutorials that we have on our website to help you with some of the breathing. I love that Joe is there. I haven't asked you about today or anything that's on your mind and heart that you really want to share with everyone or anything that you've been working on or anything that you feel compelled to share, God, we covered a lot. A lot, we're doing some really interesting research with random event generators and random event generators are sophisticated coin flips.
You know, the more you flip a coin, the more you'll get 50 50 heads, heads or tails, so this machine generates a program, the machine generates about a thousand flips in a second, so you're looking at a very, very sophisticated machine and if you run it for 30 minutes you will eventually see an equal number of ones or zeros or heads or tails and you will see the straight line when you gather a group of people with brain coherence and hard coherence, they are emitting a field and when we do healings in our events One hundred percent of the time, when we do those healings, those random event generators are dramatically biased to show that random events become less random and more intentional and it's the collective networks of observers that determine reality and it's not The number of people is not the amount of energy. because it could be entropic, it's the most coherent energy and it causes a machine to be programmed to behave in a very different way and I think that idea of a community of people coming together when everyone else is afraid to show courage when everyone else they feel pain. show compassion when everyone else is angry or hateful, show love, I mean, I think by nature as human beings, I think we are programmed to give, connect, communicate, care for each other, heal each other, shine for each other. others. and our data is very exciting to support that theorem, yeah, I love that you mentioned that and you know that's very macro and big as well, but also micro in the sense that you're measuring people's daily experience, I think. you know when I think about families that live together or couples or couples or whoever you are you know when they sleep together when they wake up together at the same time when they sit down together to eat when you know that We notice and we know that the sign shows that your heart rate is It synchronizes like your heartbeat synchronizes when you're with someone and I think it's really interesting because I think today in our individualistic world there is a great desire to do things on our own. moment we want how we want, but if you're really trying to build a relationship with another person or build a community, there's a lot to be said for doing these basic practices at the same time together, right?
It's really hard to be in community when we're in survival, uh, because survival makes us put our attention on ourselves, right? And I think that when people are not living in survival, when they are not in survival, our nature really is community, it is culture, it is connection and it starts with self. then it starts with our closest relationships and it builds from there and I think that's a healthy model that you know for the world, I mean, when you're working on yourself and I'm working on myself and I'm okay with you and me. I'm okay with you, we'll be okay with everyone you know, and I think when we're not okay with ourselves, that's when it gets complicated.
It's awesome that everyone listening and watching, be sure to follow Joe on social media. We'll put the links to everything in the sections there so you can follow along, but I want to make sure you share your best ideas with me, tag Joe and I on Instagram on Twitter on Tick Tock, whatever platform you're using. We know what you will practice. I hope there are parts of this conversation that you listen to over and over again because you have to realize that the first time you listen to it there may be some inspiration, there may be some insight, but the second time you listen to it it will help you apply the rewiring and reconfiguration, so make sure you repeat, listen and make sure you share this with a friend as well so you can discuss it, talk about it, put it in your own language and your vocabulary.
Joe, as always, thank you very much for taking the time and effort. I know unpredictable things always happen to you in your life, like this morning, but you chose to be here and uh. Thank you very much for being here. I really appreciate it. Thanks Jay, thanks for having me. Thank you if you love this episode, you'll enjoy my interview with Dr. Daniel Amen on how to change your life by changing your brain. dopamine, don't throw it away because when you throw it away with the chips and alcohol, you don't have much porn left and then you have to
