God, it tastes like a pair of dry semolina pie. Everyone says it's perfectly crispy inside, just soft, melty semolina, that's what it tastes like. It's beautiful and it's just fantastic to sit inside this pineapple juice. Wow, this restaurant is really good. I'm taking you to one of my favorite places to go in Singapore Satay Street. First of all this restaurant is immaculate, so beautiful, the design is nice, the lighting is excellent, fair warning as soon as you sit down they will bring you small plates that look like they are free for the table, they are not so normally I lower it to keep them warm. salsa this is amazing look at their menu their menu is like a photo album and it's beautiful they go into detail about their dishes last time I had their yellow sea bass which is their specialty and that dish is always 50 off for some reason.
I would highly recommend it. I recommend getting it I also bought this plate this is a 580 a small wonton bowl where this wonton skin is made of pork I want to try this today this is a red mushroom lormy oh my god look at so much Skipper that's scary It looks fish, this peach water looks amazing, there are four special appetizers, such as one of the poor braised contestants, is their chilled seaweed and jelly worms. I think I forgot what I wanted. Interesting fact about the Michelin guy when they started, there weren't many cars. in the country so they were delivering guys to really good restaurants and hotels trying to entice people to buy a car so they could drive to these places and now we all rely on this cousin of Stay Puft Marshmallow Man for our food choices.
The first course is an appetizer, this is the intestines plate and they say they rub the intestines for over eight hours to get rid of all those funkas here and they just wrap it up like a fruit roll up. Wow, that's really good, there's absolutely no funk. Plus, at the same time, it has a really nice organic flavor and the snappy texture is fantastic. The taste is also very good, so Putin is fujam fruit and Fujian food is known for its lighter natural flavors. The next dish is a little red mainly because of this red mushroom, so this is another dish that is very indigenous to Fujin.
Here there is tan, clams, cabbage, scallops and noodles, very thick sauce-like noodles and, again, the red mushroom is a key ingredient here, oh, they are very mushroomy. It's super snappy, the texture is almost like biting into cartilage, very snappy, very earthy, yes it was like biting into a piece of meat, this noodle is so good, the thick and rich sauce has a lot of seafood flavor, also different types of seafood and also pork, wow, that pork definitely. It adds a lot of depth to this broth. I fancy some chillies here. A little vinegar would be even better, but it still has the sweetness of the prawns and scallops.
A little brine in the clam broth. It has an earthy flavor. from the mushrooms and of course some of that nice fatty richness from the pork, yeah this definitely with a little bit of vinegar will be amazing. The next dish just came out. I think it's deep fried noodles, this giant barbecue. Look at that, I think this is it. fried then pan fried which looks absolutely glorious, remove the head from the prawns, oh that flavor is so interesting plus that wonderful mama, you taste a bit of the fermented flavor, wow this is good, they say these prawns you can see the skin. with that because they fry very well and that is absolutely true.
What they didn't mention was that the inside of the prawns taste like a piece of lobster, they are so succulent and sweet with a good amount of wine flavor here too, I think maybe. They put in some reference tofu for the red skin color and crispy tails. You can definitely fit all of that in your mouth. That flavor is so unique. Wow, that thing is extraordinarily sweet. I also recommend taking home the dial, the tea they prepare. You're fresh, it's limitless, definitely take advantage of that and this, of course, is their signature dish. I will always recommend it.
It's like their best-selling dish. They say they have sold over a million of this fish every time I come here. always 50 off, the only thing you have to be careful with is that these are not deep bones, so you have to be careful with the small bones that this fish is known for, but Huang Hua you is a very famous fish in the traditional

cuisine. great medicinal qualities the meat is very tender but again it is known for its small bones my meat is so tender the taste is incredible and all this for eight Singapore dollars so this dish for about five dollars is unheard of the broth very light very bright I can taste the ginger, scallions and those are used to kill the fishy flavor but it definitely doesn't hide how delicious this fish is.
This fish soup is just exquisite, get some noodles and add some chillies, mmm I love it, you can use it. one of my favorite dishes, simple, so seafood and elegant for around 14 Singapore dollars, can't beat that deal, it's so good. I forgot I bought another bowl of noodles. This is something they recommended to get. It's Trump and Ethan. There are intestine rice noodles with a little seafood here and mixed with a little black vinegar. Yes, you definitely need to be liberal with the black vinegar and I also recommend chili sauce. For me, well, I got you, the races are stewed, that's how it is. super super spicy, it's a seafood broth with a lot of shrimp.
I see bigger bits and pieces of shrimp here. Some tofu. Some vegetables to make it more crunchy. My soup is very, very thick. I like it, but maybe I shouldn't have eaten two small plates at once. Being the final dish it has arrived in preparation I have to put on some gloves thanks this is a pork knuckle with salt and pepper it is also on the highly recommended list so on top there are some chilis scallions and the skin is perfectly crispy look at this let's break it this separates and the bone falls right off, look at that pork knuckle, all that nice gelatinous collagen and fat inside on the outside, perfectly crispy skin for a layer of salt, a layer of pepper, oh if you're a fan of the fat, I eat a lot of fat. lots of collagen, lots of that nice gooey gelatinous texture in your mouth, you're going to be a fan of this, it squishes me so much once you take a bite the basket starts to dissolve and mixes with all that big fat. texture that will really go really well these noodles have an extreme fattiness Follow them with some seafood and acid or just dip them directly in the chili sauce which is pretty fantastic because they are chili sauce which is amazing it's definitely like it's one of the best Chinese restaurants I've ever been to food, it's 10 out of 10, service is 20 out of 10.
And being a Michelin star restaurant, the prices are really good for the dishes here, like a noodle dish, only about 14 Singapore dollars. Pig Trotter was about five. Singapore dollars each and this place filled up very quickly, we got it right after it opened, now it's packed, it's definitely one of the best Chinese restaurants I've ever been to, you can taste the quality, the ingredients are amazing, for Of course, when As for Chinese cuisine, what I like most is to try the food, but I have also eaten Fujian food all these years. Here's a dish I haven't seen since I was last in Japan, but this place serves medium rare wagyu beef. bowl of rice with uni in Aura on top again the last time I had something like this was in Tokyo, Japan, thin slices of wagyu, you can see there is a marbling in the thin slices of meat here, it's definitely not a lot of meat, very thin slices, but this Looks delicious a little dipping sauce right here, put some money on top, have some mikura, don't forget I also have some Wasabi for that bite, this is so good, the rice in yes it's delicious, it melts in your mouth, little Kura poppy with a little. additional plaster withmom and you'll need to provide that extra silky, salty texture that makes this the perfect surf and turf rice bowl.
The set comes with some foreign cucumbers because you want more wagyu as much as possible, on the other hand, the thin slices of meat. I think after this I'll go home for a while, you know, as I mentioned tonight, one of my favorite food streets in Singapore. a street that only serves Satay BBQ dinner will be amazing, this is a beautiful Hawker Center in the middle of the financial district. There appears to be a clock tower at the top.
This is La Passat Hawker Center and I think it's okay at least from the Prices are the most expensive pork extender I've ever had. So far, but this is where the pretty scene really explodes and the stir fry stands rule the night at this moment, it's around 7 p.m., the stir fry stands are just opening and they're getting everything ready. An aromatic, delicious and inducing street in Singapore wouldn't be an exaggeration, I mean it's just tons of stir fry BBQ stalls that you smell the sweet flavors of peanuts, charcoal, grilled meats blocks away and usually a game will include shrimp, chicken, beef, horse, stir fry sauce, these things. it's fresh off the heat, I mean beautiful chicken, dip it in the satay sauce, sweet, smoky, very pun intended, I mean spicy chocolate, tender and juicy, delicious bites of chicken and if you want to clean your palace between the sautéed skewers, chews a cucumber. and then dip it in that delicious stir fry sauce and start again hmm muscle that deliciously tender texture of the chicken is offset by the crunchy peanuts inside the sauce the stir fry sauce is not too sweet you still get plenty of that great smoky flavor from the chicken, this is my favorite stir fry beef, look at that nice Char on the outside, the sugar caramelizes a little and with this it looks absolutely perfect beef, just like tenderized chicken, especially when you bite into the ones with a nice piece of shit.
I love how as you chew more and more it releases flavor from the skewers when you first take a bite, it's not as spicy, it's sweeter, more peanut-y than as you chew, the spices start to shine through, the smokiness more comes out of the meat. This is one of the must-try foods here in Singapore and of course prawns. What I love about this is that they take the shell off so the head comes off very easily of course all that great flavor is there and on the other hand look. that shiny body of meat there stuck on the head, oh, how juicy, all those fantastic touches of Umami flavor from the spices, the spiciness that these prawns already have and, of course, that magnificent smoky flavor.
I don't even want to dip this in the sauce. I love the natural sweetness of the Prime. I think it's absolutely perfect as it is now and this is my favorite score as much as I love meat. I love chicken. It's incredible, it has a lot of flavor. Spice up the prom with different ones. spices than the other skewers, I try a little cumin, some chillies, this is absolute magic. When you come here you should never get the smallest game because after one bite you're going to want a little more, especially a prawn, get a bunch of these so skip seven and eight. is definitely the most popular stir fry star here um the line is getting longer look at this all the way there.
I also wanted to try other stalls so Joey Chestnut ate here so I'll try Joey Chestnut thanks everyone. right, this is really interesting, so here are a couple of different items that this doll offers. First of all, they give you packets of rice cucumbers and this time I bought lamb instead of meat stir fry sauce and they give you this sauce that looks like chili sauce I think. it's for bronze oh, the prawns look so good, oh, they're cold packs of sticky rice, it's a rice cake, actually, the prawns look just as attractive, perfectly charred, beautiful prawns, the skewers are stir-fried, you can see all the different herbs and spices on the sautéed skewers. and these are nicely charred, the chicken on one side and the lamb on the other, oh well that's incredibly amazing, so Ginger is so beautifully charred that you get a nice little crunch from the Char on the outside, the caramelization that It is outside. different herbs here, I think maybe a little cumin they used, it's not as spicy as the last place but it's a tender chicken skewer and I love that little bit of bitterness from the Char on the outside, oh wow oh this one it's the lamb and there is definitely cumin here beautifully charred and tender Smokey I still like the chicken better, well it's a great cure, it's the one I always look forward to and they have this extra sauce here just for the prawns hmm wow oh that sauce it is delicious.
The thing is very spicy, it definitely needs to be changed. I think also to make some sweet soy sauce. Wow, my amount was on fire for this. You definitely need to dip the prawns in that drink, so the prawns always turn out so good, they're so sweet. The sauce makes it taste so good. I think when it comes to just chicken skewers, I like six more prawns. Definitely seven and eight install. Seven and eight prawns are pure addiction, but they both actually release everything I've eaten so far. Incredibly delicious, everything is perfectly cooked and seasoning the flavor.
Now you don't want to stop eating it. Not really. Maybe I'll go for one more after this. Okay, that's all. Sati scratches the itch. This night market has such a beautiful atmosphere.
